2001  Economy / Services / Re: ➫ ➬ Lucky Bit Signature Campaign ★ Earn up to 0.1BTC every month ★ Open Now! on: November 19, 2014, 12:39:51 PM
Did I mention that I'm up at an odd hour, but there's work to be done? Oh, I guess I did. Anyway...

The following users have been disqualified and barred from the campaign for failing their 15-day evaluation. Post-free periods are daily inclusive so if you're wondering why someone was disqualified for a 6-day gap, count the inclusive days and realize it's really seven.

rogerdonkey - No posts from Nov 3 to Nov 15 (!!!)
camelson - No posts from Nov 6 to Nov 12
philivejyr - No posts from Nov 4 to Nov 10

Today's completing enrollment was disqualified.

gkv9 - 42 posts, and a no-post gap from Nov 3 to Nov 13. I'm aware that I'm a few hours early but even if this user did make 8 posts in that short timeframe, over 25 posts would be within the past 2 days, so this is a non-paying enrollment either way.

Gosh, you guys are making me feel like a thug! I hate having to disqualify people, but I gotta run a tight ship here. This campaign is way too popular to let people slide on things. When there's a line of people waiting to get in the game, I have no justification to retain people that aren't active.

Hi Sorry for not being active. I actually went out on a vacation, and my mobile network gave up the first day I left, and I wasn't able to post then, I never intended to not post, as I am always active here, but was helpless during that period. I posted an updated, the day I had access to a network: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671689.msg9508022#msg9508022
I would request you to not bar me from the campaign for that reason.
Please let me know if it would be still possible for me to join the campaign back again. I wouldn't mind starting over.
I understand rules, say that I have to be active every week, but I really couldn't help then. I would understand, if you stick with the decision to have me barred. But if you could consider reenrolling it would be great.

Thanks stingleword
2002  Economy / Gambling / Re: Texas Hold 'em poker on: November 18, 2014, 11:53:42 PM

2003  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | The Most Popular Bitcoin Game | 1% Edge | PVP | Active Chat | Faucet on: November 18, 2014, 11:43:29 PM
Someone shares his way of abusing the PD faucet in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=864008.0.
Stunna, please take a look at it and fix the problem.

This is actually no faster than going all in on your first bet to hit 50k tip minimum and then sending it to another account, it just has less variance.
The Process listed on it would take ages to make some respectable amount.!! lol..!! kinda useless it is.!
2004  Economy / Services / Re: Win Primedice Faucet 100% of the time! on: November 18, 2014, 11:40:49 PM
I thought this exploit was very obvious from the start, however its not worth putting in the time and effort to claim 500 satoshis and earn less than a dollar over an hour. You are better off by spending that time elsewhere, and earning more.

Lol yeah..!! This hardly sounds profitable.! Might take month before u made something decent.!! Not worth the effort.!! Begging on the streets might be more profitable than this.!! LOL.!!

2006  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Get Paid $2.5k to Live On Bitcoin: The Brawker Experiment on: November 18, 2014, 11:10:28 PM
In fact I do not think that it is possible, if you use only bitcoins, paying daily your expenses. Where you can find fuel station, which work with BTC ? Also restaurants will not accept this, except just one or two.

if you cannot find a fuel station that accepts bitcoins. then ask to speak to th fuel station manager and talk to him about bitcoin. get them to accept bitcoin.

you really need to realise that bitcoin is not a company with a sales team that goes around businesses and gets them onboard. if you want your local station or grocery store to accept bitcoin then you need to ask your local store to accept bitcoin.

once you have got your local fuel station and grocery store to accept bitcoin, then work on your landlordand help them to understand bitcoin too..

then once you feel you can live, eat, travel via bitcoin.. then you have a chance to enter this experiment. as thats the main aim of the experiment to get more businesses accepting it and get people living off of it.

i would enter it myself but i have already done the hard work in my area and am happy living off of bitcoin. thus it is only fair to allow someone else the chance to become fully bitcoin integrated, and get a prize for doing so

WOW...you have actually done it?? I want to do that too..But i'm in a developing nation.. where its reallllly hard to explain ppl..as quite a loot of them dont even have PC at home...n if they do..no decent net connection...! Even though I stay in a City.. lol.!! Im trying to educate ppl with BTC's, starting with my parents( which didnt go very well), now spreading the word across my friends..n asking them to spread it around..! Hope BTC awareness grows n we r able to live without using fiat currencies.!
2007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Being held for ransom on: November 18, 2014, 09:56:45 AM

My point is, Bitcoin does solve this problem to some extent.
its opposite in bitcoin. A lot of hackers and blackmailers, use bitcoins to ask for ransom, rather than it being good for people to stay away from ransom asking people.

2010  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | The Most Popular Bitcoin Game | 1% Edge | PVP | Active Chat | Faucet on: November 18, 2014, 09:52:14 AM
Part of fixing the issue is forcing all accounts to set a new seed pair, in an hour expect to be prompted to set a new pair.

We (bikinidice) change server seed every rool. That's isn't very pretty for player (need to check every time his pair to make sure of our fair system) but we need to protect our investors coin.

Sites like bikinidice which pick a new server seed for every roll are a real pain to play on for the paranoid gambler. In order to be sure that the rolls are fair, you have to make a note of each new server seed hash, and then pick a new random client seed as well - for every roll - and then verify the rolls afterwards, too.

If any player force the sha256 server seed is a BIG problem. Yes it's difficult but not impossible.

I would find it hard to keep track of each server seed if I run an automatic bot. How do I verify each roll in that case?
2011  Local / India / Re: UNocoin advertisements on radio? did anyone else hear it? DELHI on: November 18, 2014, 09:50:38 AM
I heard a radio ad about unocoins on the radio! I literally went crazy when i heard that ad! Did someone else hear it? Is there really a potential in radio ads?

hardly anyone here knows about bitcoin. Might be better to educate them on what bitcoin is rather than advertising an exchange directly. But I guess, that advertising might have covered bitcoin Smiley
2012  Local / Mining (India) / Re: Anyone using cloudmining.website ? on: November 18, 2014, 09:49:44 AM
With the sudden increase in bitcoin prices over the last few days, you will have to check whether these cloudmining sites have lowered their prices or not.

Almost none of the prominent cloud mining players like PB mining, cloudmining.website or CEX.io have lowered their price against the recent price fluctuation.

That is probably because, they also suffer losses on the same, and the price hardly matters for mining.
2013  Other / Archival / Re: TREZOR - Lost in mail? on: November 18, 2014, 09:48:26 AM
To anyone here that has purchased the TREZOR wallet: How long did it take to arrive? I am in the US.

It has been over 3 weeks and nothing is even showing up on tracking. Support replies are kind of slow.

Any replies appreciated.

I had ordered a Trezor before as well, and it was stuck "in transit" but luckily showed up after a weeks time. Took 2 weeks to receive it. Try waiting it out, else just drop the store an email to track it.
2014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ISIS to create own coin. How can we convince to use Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2014, 08:31:52 PM
Attempting to make it easier to fund terrorism so you can profit make you a terrible person

Lol...thats the first thing that came to my mind after reading the headline...! I think it BTC can only receive negative publicity if ISIS start using them.!! N in anyways they have their own agendas for releasing a new currency..n somehow I dont see them as ppl really keen on technology other than weaponry..! no way they use BTC's..!! :p
2015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK government wanting thoughts on digital currencies on: November 17, 2014, 08:24:33 PM
I wouldn't divulge too much information to them.

That sounds smart. And I hesitate about sharing my thoughts. I guess that somehow the more people will reply, the more they will feel they should regulate BTC.

I didnt think of it this way.!! but anyways i think they would know whats going on n stuff( If they r really keen on it).!!

Well...yeah true.!! n I dont get it!!! adding BTC's to their payment option could only help em'.. This deal could help both parties.!! Whats taking so long?? BTC is pretty much in the mainstream..!!! Lets hope it goes through soon.!! Smiley
