AG Lynch Testifies: Justice Dept. Has ‘Discussed’ Civil Legal Action Against Climate Change Deniers

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2016/03/09/ag-loretta-lynch-testifies-justice-department-has-discussed-civil-legal-action-against-climate-change-deniers/

Oh fuck yeah!  Please, Please, Please make this mistake.

The fact of the matter is that the money flows associated with the 'science' behind 'global climate change' SHOULD be investigated.  Even this trial balloon is enough of an excuse to justify doing so if/when we have a non-globalist executive branch.  And there is a chance that that day is coming.

Discovery, in the law of the United States and other countries, is a pre-trial procedure in a lawsuit in which each party, through the law of civil procedure, can obtain evidence from the other party or parties by means of discovery devices such as a request for answers to interrogatories, request for production of documents, request for admissions and depositions. Discovery can be obtained from non-parties using subpoenas. When a discovery request is objected to, the requesting party may seek the assistance of the court by filing a motion to compel discovery.

AG Loretta Lynch: DOJ Not Required To Charge Hillary Clinton, Even If FBI Recommends…

Attorney General Loretta Lynch indicated Wednesday that the law doesn’t require the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email system, even if the FBI recommends criminal charges.

Lynch was asked in a hearing by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, what her department would do if the FBI were to recommend that step. “If the FBI were to make a referral to the Department of Justice to pursue a case by way of indictment and to convene a grand jury for that purpose, the Department of Justice is not required by law to do so, are they — are you?” Cornyn asked.

Slate Calls Breast-Feeding Unnatural, Says Women Are Guilted Into Doing It…

Public health advocates often use the phrase natural in their attempts to promote breast-feeding. As a marketing strategy, it’s a shrewd move. Most mothers will feel at least a little bit guilty about going the “unnatural” route and will be too tired to question the speciousness of what’s being implied. But as a public health strategy, this use of natural may not be a very wise move at all.

In a new paper recently published in Pediatrics, bioethicists Jessica Martucci and Anne Barnhill argue that the emphasis on the “natural” aspects of breast-feeding can easily backfire. By endorsing breast-feeding as natural, they say, breast-feeding advocates are reinforcing the idea that natural is A) something that actually exists and B) healthier. By setting up this dichotomy, these pro–breast-feeding campaigns might serve as unintentional fodder for concerns against “unnatural” interventions like vaccinations.

Oh please... Bernie is up by 6% according to the national polls...

Bernie also beat the Polls in Michigan by 22.9%!!!

If all the polls are off by 22.9%, Bernie should win by 28.9%... can you say landslide?

I get no satisfaction beating a dead horse that does not know it is dead already. You can camp, eat and use the bathroom in this thread if you want. Bring your own food, water from the toilette is free.

I had the unfortunate experience once of encountering a horse by the side of the road that was the victim of a hit and run.  It was bleeding profusely, and it was, as you say, a dead horse that did not know it was dead already.

Having no guns or knives to put the poor animal out of it's misery, there was nothing I could do.  The thought actually did cross my mind, though.  "I could beat the dead horse," and then I would be able to say I beat a dead horse.  But that it was already dead did not mean it might not bite back.

It's useful, though to attempt to actualize many phrases used in speech.  Now I'm not an advocate of beating dead horses, you see.  From the above it's obvious that I declined the opportunity.  But I do suggest that advocates of Bernie mull all this over while they piss into the wind.

I don't know why but I read "advocates of Bernie mules pissing this all over the wind..."

FOX News Gained 700,000 Viewers for Trump Victory Speech – Lost One Million Viewers When It was Over

Donald Trump bragged about his wine, his water and his steaks during his “Super Tuesday 2” primary night news conference. Based on early ratings data from Nielsen, he can add another feather to his cap: his ratings.

Trump’s presser dominated cable news coverage on Fox News, CNN and MSNBC during the 9 p.m. hour, and the ratings reflect that. All told, an average of 8.8 million viewers were watching one of those three channels during the 9 p.m. hour. Compare that to an average of 7.4 million people watching during the 8 p.m. hour and 7.3 million people watching during the 10 p.m. hour.

Fox News added 700,000 viewers in the 9 p.m. hour (for a total of 4.24 million viewers) compared to 8 p.m. and lost more than 1 million viewers in the 10 p.m. hour. CNN added 500,000 viewers from 8 to 9 p.m. (2.97 million viewers) and lost more than 300,000 at 10 p.m. MSNBC gained more than 100,000 viewers in the 9 p.m. hour (1.65 million viewers) compared to 8 p.m., and lost 100,000 in the 10 p.m. hour.

Why such bad incidents taking place for the people. They have not anything bad, they're just supporting people in their bad situation, even when no countries came forward to give support.

You reap what you sow...

We shouldn't have colonized the world, we shouldn't have used and destroyed them, we shouldn't have burnt to the ground their cultures and civilization...

Now it's too late. No peace is possible. We can either finish them or drawn.
Clearly, if you believe this, then you should stop using the computer, and the internet, these being shameful creations built on the backs of those enslaved by the West.

I await your announcement of taking this positive step in the direction of fixing your share in the wrongness.

Logically this should be the last time we hear from him if he does...

Mark Zuckerberg, Tech Leaders Urge Supreme Court to Open U.S. Labor Market To Illegals

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and a coalition of tech and business leaders are joining the administration’s call for the Supreme Court to “unfreeze” President Barack Obama’s 2014 executive-amnesty programs.

In an amicus brief filed with the Supreme Court and released Tuesday by FWD.us, a Zuckerberg-founded immigration advocacy group, more than 60 tech business leaders say that Obama’s executive amnesty programs are essential to a stable national workforce.

“By clarifying its enforcement priorities and giving certain low-priority undocumented immigrants the opportunity to obtain temporary work authorization, the federal government can help stabilize labor supplies in these, and many other, industries, thereby reducing labor shortages and spurring economic growth,” the brief reads in part.

The Supreme Court is slated to hear oral arguments on Obama’s 2014 executive amnesty programs — which would provide pseudo-legal status and work permits to millions of illegal immigrants — next month. Texas and 25 additional states have challenged the executive amnesty in court and have so far been successful in preventing the programs from moving forward in lower courts.

Democrats in Congress also filed an amicus brief on behalf of the administration’s actions on Tuesday.

Republicans and the states challenging the administration’s actions have argued that the executive amnesty programs represent an unconstitutional overreach of executive power that burdens states with excess expenses.

House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) announced last week that the House will soon vote on whether the House will fill an amicus brief in opposition to the programs.

“The House will vote on whether to file an amicus brief in Supreme Court opposing the president’s executive amnesty,” Ryan told reporters. “This is a very extraordinary step. In fact, it has never been done before.”

I've been keeping an eye on SJWs and Feminists in general because they've been trying to attack the games industry which is something I've been preparing to go into for awhile now so naturally I've been studying their tactics.

They have wormed their way into the top levels of game marketing and media, because gaming is a genuine subculture that they could not control through their normal channels.  They have very few people actually inside the gaming culture, because gaming culture is fun and/or competitive.  SJWs do not like fun or competition, so they are natural enemies of gamers.  And now, even though they hate gamers, they're deciding what gamers can play and what articles gamers will read.

After they orchestrated an online media campaign to announce that "gaming is dead", they started the same thing with heavy metal subculture - articles entitled "The Problem with Heavy Metal is the Fans".

Yes. That is why the SJW movement is a cancer, eating away everyone and anyone.

It´s true, those attacks just backfire. Create sympathy for the one being attacked, especially for a teflon guy like Trump.

And this fellow has a plausible reason why:

Quote from: Damon Linker
How the GOP stupidly enabled a Donald Trump 'comeback'

Remember when Donald Trump was losing?

If you blinked, you might have missed it.

It started during last Thursday's debate, continued through the muddled results of Saturday's caucuses and primaries, and lasted until, oh, around the time that news outlets began calling Mississippi for Trump a few minutes after the polls closed in the state on Tuesday night.

Now that Trump's march to the nomination appears to be back on track with decisive victories in Michigan, Mississippi, and Hawaii, it's worth pausing for a moment to assess just what went wrong with the #NeverTrump movement. Why has it done so little to alter the shape of the race? How has Trump managed to stay on top through the unrelenting critical coverage of the past week?

A good part of the answer lies in the distinctive defects of the messengers. In just about every case, those leading the charge against Trump lack the credibility to make the kill....

http://www.theweek.com/articles/611489/how-gop-stupidly-enabled-donald-trump-comeback

tl;dr: the most prominent Republican figures leading the charge against Donald Trump are easy to describe as compromised in one way or another. Thus, because of their pasts, they end up playing into Mr. Trump's hands.

They (have created) a semi perpetual motion machine, boosting TRUMP.... For them to win is to not play the game and stop feeding the machine... But they are too deep in it.

Climate Change Killed Ancient Seafaring Dinosaurs…

Imagine dolphins disappearing from the world’s oceans as a result of prolonged climate change and slower evolution. As shocking and unlikely as such an event might be, it happened in the past to a group of marine animals: the ichthyosaurs.

These “fish-reptiles” were an iconic group of marine predators from the dinosaur era – and the ichthyosaurs underwent the most profound modifications to become fast, efficient swimmers. They evolved a shark-like body shape, their limbs transformed into muscular paddles, and they had some of the largest eyes in the entire animal kingdom, presumably to seek out and hunt prey in deep or turbid marine settings.

About a hundred ichthyosaur species are currently known, covering a 157m-year reign in the ancient oceans that ended around 90m years ago.

Study: 76 percent of attack ads target Trump

Seventy-six percent of the estimated 9,200 political attack ads that ran over the past seven days took aim at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, a new study says.

A coalition of conservatives committed to stopping Trump blanketed the nation with 7,000 TV ads over the last week directly attacking him, according to figures published Tuesday by the Center of Public Integrity (CPI).

HISPANIC GANG MEMBERS Arrested After Crumpling Trump Yard Sign and Pulling Gun on Trump Supporter

A Georgia man had a gun pulled on him after he confronted three Hispanic youths who tore down and crumpled up his Donald Trump sign.

Mauricio Rodriguez, Hector Ayala, 20, and Alexander Moreno, 17, were arrested on a number of offenses including gang-related charges.

David Grant believes he was targeted because the trio did not believe in Donald Trump’s message.

Fatalism, basic concepts.
Never assume someone could do something which he/she should not do.
Fatalism is poverty of the mind. And lazyness of the rich.

It's not fatalism as there is a choice. Fatalism is when you think nothing can be done and it's all in the hands of the fate. Here he gives a choice: kill or be killed. If he was a fatalist he would say "our only possibility is to" ^^

Is he/she/it a realist?

I assume this is a rhetorical question.

If not, I would say nope, but you are an idealist.
We will find a nice niche for everyone.

In philosophy, idealism is the group of philosophies which assert that reality, or reality as we can know it, is fundamentally mental, mentally constructed, or otherwise immaterial. Epistemologically, idealism manifests as a skepticism about the possibility of knowing any mind-independent thing. In a sociological sense, idealism emphasizes how human ideas—especially beliefs and values—shape society. As an ontological doctrine, idealism goes further, asserting that all entities are composed of mind or spirit. Idealism thus rejects physicalist and dualist theories that fail to ascribe priority to the mind.
