It’s unethical but it’s part of trading to have a movement when the price is stagnant. This is same when shiller is posting about hyping certain things like the price will sky rocket to a certain level without any proof but just faith that it will happened. Trading shouldn’t be one sided and everyone has the responsibility for their own investment so there’s no ethical or unethical when it comes to trading as long as it doesn’t involves direct price manipulation on the exchange through inside trading.
It's totally unethical; no but's. It's like saying scamming is okay because the victim didn't educate himself of scams — it's unethical regardless of how dumb the scam is. |

I personally don't see anything bad in taking a loan to invest in crypto, particularly bitcoin. For it's just same as taking a loan to invest into normal conventional business which you're not still promised of making profits at the long run cause losses can take place too should business go wrong.
The only issue we should direct our point to is that for you to take a loan to invest into crypto make sure you're well skilled and strategic about the crypto industry not just blindly jumping in with a loan out of believe that by luck it might work. That's when it's bad.
The difference is that you can get rekt regardless if your bitcoin/crypto thesis was right; due to a lot of factors(economy, regulations, FUD, etc). With a conventional business, while there are also factors that could be unforeseen, a huge majority of the results would totally depend on you and your performance. |

1. UI/UX designers find a way for Bitcoin's general experience to be easy enough for technologically-illiterate people
2. Technologically-illiterate people actually makes good amounts of effort to understand it
or, the most likely outcome in my opinion:

So it is a non-custodial or fully decentralized payment gateway even if you are not KYC verified you can withdraw the amount to another wallet.
And I tried to read the faqs but it seems Coinbase commerce doesn't require KYC verification.
OP, report it to Coinbase regardless. There are a lot of careless hackers out there that there's a small chance that the hacker might send the stolen funds to a KYC'd account. You already have nothing to lose anyway, and submitting a report takes just a few minutes. |

Supply discussions and talk on scarcity are a couple decades too early. There is currently no shortage of available Bitcoin for purchase and as such no immediate need to implement a new, smaller unit to make it more readily available, and at the time we hit such a bottleneck, there is already a ready solution for it.
True — but despite this, we should still be using a smaller denomination by default (in my opinion) like sats or bits. Buying stuff using 0.000xxx BTC is far less welcoming than using something without decimals. It's easier said than done due to the inevitable different opinions and backlash, but yea. |

But I think there isn't enough evidence to expect a bull run around halving. We may have a bull run sooner, in 2023, we may have its continuation in 2024.
People see bitcoin's past halving performances as "evidence". But once everyone expects the same exact thing to happen though, that's when things end up moving differently. Maybe the price increase would come far sooner, far longer in the future, or maybe not at all. |

Should anyone care what they are doing even if it leads to centralization, if we can't actually stop them?
So bitcoin if centralized, #fork and dump the centralized chain.
The community definitely cares simply because they have the incentive to care, and the community decides in the end which proposals end up being implemented to Bitcoin Core because the community decides which Bitcoin Core version to run. |

Everything else is pretty insignificant. If the whales decide to buy, the prices rise. If they panic, the prices fall. It is that simple.
Lol that's not necessarily true at all. Whales do definitely have a decent amount of impact in the markets, but they don't control the markets at all. The 2017 and 2021 bull markets were heavily influenced by retail traders. |

In the beginning, we can start with a small budget. We can request forum community members to follow as well as share the information provided in those videos. The other option is to create a child board on the YT channel and the rest would be taken care. I am not looking to compete with the mainstream media but want the forum to have a mouthpiece of its own on any social media. The forum itself would not be sufficient to fight those lies. We need a social media channel to counter them.
You're probably overestimating how much power the Bitcointalk community has. In the grand scheme of things — taking into consideration both Reddit and Twitter communities, Bitcointalk is just a drop in the bucket — a very small minority. |

Go with Bisq if you're not willing to submit AML/KYC documents. On the other hand, if you're fine with submitting such documents, go with whatever exchange is available in your locality(DYOR, of course; there are a lot of shitty local exchanges out there), or go with Binance.
