Gates of Olympus is one of the best Pragmatic slot games and when you start playing it will be hard to stop. However, I don't play it too much because, despite the good RTP, it has a high volatility. Meaning you don't win quite frequently but if you do, you win big just like the +400x multiplier you got. Congratulations on this nice winning! You were very lucky trigering the bonus feature just from the free spins.

I like it! The background color is the same as the default background color on blackjack fun Unfortunately the forum software does not allow animated images in the signature space. However, it would look much better if you make the text move more slowly so we can read it better. Also, make the cards (logo) slide from right to left not from center to left. Just my opinion.i believe that blackjack.fun is not having the issues of deposit and withdrawal because from the look of blackjack.fun it have stayed different years in the business of casino playing and gamblling so nobody can complain for it complications
You are right. There were no issues with deposits/withdrawals even during the recent updates the the team was implementing. I made several withdrawal requests and they were processed fastly, as usual.

I was away from playing on blackjack for few days as I was busy on offline. And I have checked today as well as played today and I have not faced any problem. I think site update already completed. So, I hope we should not face any problem while playing as well as withdrawing.
Yep, I couldn't play any of the games in the past few days and many players experienced the same issue. But now everything is back in order and working as it should except for blackjack (in-house game)! The chips do not appear at the bottom of the screen and if they do and I select one of them I get an error message. I have a slow Internet connection right now so the problem coud be at my end, not sure. I.can't wait for V3.0 to be released and see how the changes will look like. I only wish the transition will be smooth and with no problems. Good luck to blackjack team with it!

Casinos delay withdrawals and/or ask for kyc when a user hits a big win and make a withdrawal request for different reasons. They usually do it to have time to verify the legitimacy of the winning, to comply with their license requirements: in some cases, you can find in the tos the amount above which you will need to complete kyc. Small or new casinos do it simply because they don't have enough money to pay.

Thanks for bringing this up. We of course take privacy extremely seriously and we will look into whether it is worth moving away from cloudflare. Just a note, isn't this forum using cloudflare?
Thank you for your response. As I said, I consider using cloud flare a con but I wouldn't recommend moving away from it, not unless you have a better alternative. Most websites on the Internet use cloudflare and you are right, this forum uses it too. You can read theymos (forum owner)'s comment on this matter from the link I posted above (in my previous reply). Making your games provably fair is going to be a huge improvement. Good luck!

FAQ added
That's good. However, when signing up the website asks us to confirm that we agree to your terms and that we have read your Cookie policy! The problem is that there is no link to your terms page so we can read it. And the Cookie policy link redirects to: https://www.privacypolicygenerator.info/ which is as the name suggests a tool to generate privacy policies for companies. How can we agree to terms that we didn't read and doesn't even exist! You need to finish these two parts before enabling registration.

You can change your email address by following the instructions posted above with no problems. However, a note will be displayed on your trust page and it will be removed after 15 days (if am not mistaken): "This user's email address was changed recently."
Note: a notification email will be sent to your email address and it contains a link to lock your account without the need for a password (the link is valid for 14 days). So better be careful especially if you believe someone else have access to your old email account.

It would have been better if he have finished developing the website and made sure everything is in order and working fine before creating this announcement thread and start the promotion. The first impression matters and am certain those who visited the website after finding about it in this thread and didn't like how it looks, are unlikely to visit again even if it gets improved.

Active support either inside the site chat or in email form as long as there is someone who's responding
and giving you an update will give you some hope if you have any issue with your balance, it's not easy to trust but if you see that the site or the representatives are willing to assist you, then it gives some enlighten to your concern.
An active and responsive customer support may help you to solve some issues or give you hope, as you said, if your money is stuck. But, unfortunately, it's not an indicator that the casino can be trusted. It can be in a perfect world, but in reality and based on my own experience I can say that it's not. What I have noticed is that most scam services or phishing websites usually have a very active customer support (most likely the scammers himself) while most trusted and long standing services are known for their bad customer service.

Personally, the license is not the main basis for me, I would go on reputation rather than license as a sportsbook can easily get a license but it's hard to maintain a good reputation.
I kinda agree with this but the signifance of the license depends on the licensing authority. Most crypto casinos have a Curaçao license which is practically worthless. You can get one for few thousands dollars and start operating your licensed casino. On the other hand, the are unlicensed casinos which have a very good reputation. So, a license shouldn't be considered a determinent measure to judge the trustworthiness of a business, especially when we are talking about crypto gambling.

I agree with other members. The design looks cool and the website is easy to navigate but it's not well customized for mobiles, at least not for mobiles with small screens. When I open the game, I have to adjust the size of the window manually to see the full table. A small rake fee is deducted from the winnings
Sorry, but doesn't this contradict what you've written in OP about no house edge! edit: thanks for the notification Slow death. I didn't notice this was an old thread!

When you are manually typing the characters and you mistakenly type another character and you send it then the person send the coin and coin entered another person address then your fund is gone.
This is unlikely to happen thanks to the built-in checksum. If you mistype one or few characters then you will high likely end up with an invalid address. Any decent wallet software will notify the user if the checksum fails and will not let him create the transaction. Even if you use a faulty wallet which will let you broadcast a transaction that sends coins to an invalid address, the network will reject it. So, the chances of losing coins because of this are really tiny. Double-checking addresses before hitting the send button is a must, though.

So how does newcasinos.io aim to separate itself from its competitors?
I understand that this is a new website but after taking a look at it, I think there is still too much work for you to do to even have the chance to compete with other established casinos review websites. For example, there is too much content on the main page and, to be honest, I don't know why it's even there! The design needs to be improved (white text on a gray background.. really!) You also need to think how to make navigation and accessing information easier...

Also have a look at this image below from the thread in the past to depict how hard is it to crack these vanity address ...
Just a small correction (although am certain you already know this) just to avoid any confusion: the "average time" in the last column isn't the time needed to crack the address but the time (theoretically) needed to find an address starting with the same characters and it's almost impossible to generate exactly the same address. Never use online or closed-source tools to generate vanity addresses. Better use a well know tool such as vanitygen on an airgapped computer.

I don't think spammers and scammers are much of a problem and personally I wouldn't care too much about them - few good admins can get rid of them and keep the group clean.
I thought OP's idea was good and many users will be interested in it but after three months the tg group still have only 49 members and they are not very active (few posts a week!). So, it appears I was wrong and the community is not really interested n such projects.

but watch out for any new similar looking casinos coming out in future. Stick to reliable and trusted casinos with good reputation.
If this is indeed an exit scam then I am pretty sure they will come back again under another name, assuming they didn't do it already! Did anyone archive their website when it was still live so when a similar one pops up we can compare them to know if they are the same? And what about their social media pages (if they have any), are they still active or they took them down too? Although am totally against kyc and all that sh*t, but in cases like this we realize how important eing licensed can be.

Yeah it is restricted in other country as it was mentioned in the early posts(i hope I remember it right) and you are correct that the site seems an oldschool but reflect the likes of older gamblers.
In the first pages of this thread, some members complained about not being able to access the website (you're right about that) but this wasn't due to country restriction or anything like that since the casino doesn't have a license and not even live yet. But it was due to some technical issues (the owner probably messed up with some settings but later fixed it) : Hello, I had removed an item from the site and it was unavailable, but it is back online. I think the basic and simple design of the website is probably due to this being a single-man project.

@OP, please give us more details so we know what's happening exactly and whether the problem is with your wallet (comproized) or with your device (infected). For example, it would be helpful to tell us if any one else have access to your mobile or if you have downloaded any new apps recently. But first, can you tell us where are you sending the coins (bnb) from? Is it from the same mobile or you use a different device (pc or laptop)?
|
|
|
OP, take a look at this thread to know if your device is indeed infected with clipboard malware and how to move your coins safely in such case:
I never heard someone has been infected with clipboard malware using a phone Android or IOS. So I guess someone already has access to his private key and uses a script to run and automatically send funds to another wallet. Android devices can be infected by the clipboard hijacker malware too: https://www.welivesecurity.com/2019/02/08/first-clipper-malware-google-play/I believe OP is sending the coins to his trustwallet from a different device and that's the one which might be infected. Afaik, unlike bitcoin, you can't transfer bep coins unless the transaction gets confirmed. So, the sent coins must appear in his wallet before they get stolen if the hacker is using a bot to do so.
