Обычный VPN не особо помогает, смотря как определяют. Ну конкретно IP он да, поменяет, но если уже ловили, ты поставил другой айпи и зашел, то не факт что прокатит. Так как многие сервисы считывают canvas твоего браузера, и чисто смена айпи не зайдет.

Real lottery very close EV. I don't remember correct rules, but as i understand there 6 digits to imagine. This is 10^6 combinations (first digit this is from 0-9, second also can be any 0-9 and up to 6), and you need to guess at least 3 numbers. This will be C(6, 3) = 20 (this is in case if order of numbers doesn't matter) and also we have 3 slots which can be any numbers (this is 10^3).

So the result = ( 20 * 10^3) / 10 ^ 6 = 0.02

Yep, a little better (in 2 times) but with the reward for 3 numbers i doubt that EV will be positive.

You can not copy this, you can count it by yourself in your head. For example, 4 of a kind.
we have 13 denominations, How many ways we can choose one of it? Pretty obvious answer - 13 ways.
And how many ways we can choose 3 another cards of the same denomination from number of cards which left? This is binomial coefficient, C(48, 3)

And our probability will be the multiply of 13 * C(48, 3) divided by all possible combinations (this also will be binomial coefficient or combination of k sets from n set, where n = 52 and k = 5) C(52, 5).

And you will get needed probability. Looks a little complicated, but after you will handle such powerfull theory you will be able to count probabilities with more practical view, for example what a probability to get two cards of the same denomination if you already has 2 on your hands 

As i see here, we have 100 2-digit numbers. That means that probability to hit needed number is 1/100.

So, let's count EV: 1/100 * 16 = 0.16 USD

And you need to bet 0.20

Difference is -0.04 USD per very your bet. So the best strategy is do not bet on this lottery

Too much ordinary words. I wrote here last week with more precise and practical theory: probability, and especially - Expected Value . If you don't have any inside from any ponzi site, your EV value will be negative. It means, that this is below your investment sum.

It will be negative because probability of success is multiply of many probabilities corresponding to ponzi itself and some not very obvious things (like the fact that if you invest 100 dollars you will get it with profit back, but if more - then not for sure)

So better do not try

The same thing. It's very weird because of two reasons:

1. It's against main purpose of every casino - to make more money as it can

2. Such "option" would make just more complaints from angry gamblers (you've lost 100 dollars, you want regamble again and you find yourself under stoploss limit. butthurt will be with probability of 100 % )

Если он постепенный, то он может повлиять на менталитет массы людей и таким образом на политику (не существует никаких ЗОГ и мировых правительств, любой политикан это производная от народа и того что он ему позволяет).
