2061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BTCtalkcoin [TALK] - Pure POS - Multipool Ready! - AirDrop Coming Soon on: May 21, 2014, 10:54:49 AM
To anyone receiving the 4600 TALK (BCC) airdrop coins:

This coin, btcTALKcoin, has less coins then blackcoin atm, blackcoin sold for 30000 sat, BTCtalkcoin is at least worth 15000 sat.

$1.34 When you sell the 4600 coins at 60 satoshi, = 0.00276 BTC = $1.34136
$223.56 When you sell the 4600 coins at 10000 satoshi, = 0.46 BTC = $223.56

So would you rather have $1.34 or $223.56 and buy yourself a new ...?

(at current BTC rate of $486)

Think before you sell when you receive the coins.

Thank me later for following my advice  Wink

I like your math Smiley.
Too bad this is dream math , not real life math.

To make matters more interesting , why didn't you compare it to other coins?
You could have come with 2 millions or with 4000 satoshi.

Exactly.

Lets say, TALK has very very less coins compared to DOGE. Go figure Cheesy

Even less than that. I can imagine a super intelligent kid, but I can't imagine duplicate public / private keys

Why do you want to do that ?

Because he has got shitload of negative feedback on his profile. Spamming other users requesting the removal of feedback didn't work:

2066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin (CPU-mining, true anonymity) on: May 21, 2014, 09:45:36 AM
When the difficulty is going to a level to get Bytecoin out of the hand of CPU miners ?

This is a CPU-only coin. It would never get out of CPU miners. But I can imagine people with several CPUs outdoing smaller one-CPU miners.

But starting now is a better start than you will ever get again, so hash away and get as many as you can.

True. I am mining on my desktop CPU to gather as much possible as I can.

2068  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is It Worth It ........ on: May 21, 2014, 09:14:33 AM
i am not doing it to be rich

i was looking this site https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

i think i am doeing it wrong
 46usb X 330kh/s = 15180kh/s
when i put that in the bitcoin calculator it gave 0.0004144usd a day
but when i put it in the litecoin calculator it gave 23.1usd a day

can that be right or have i misunderstood this......

You're purchasing SHA ASIC, they work for Bitcoin mining only, not Litecoin mining.
So 0.0004144 USD/day is the correct figure, considering the current difficulty.

I wouldn't advice purchasing a shitload of USB miners even if you're doing this for fun.

Instead consider purchasing ONE Gridseed ASIC miner which works with Litecoin. You'll have fun and a considerable return on your investment too, at least for a few months.

If you're too concerned  about your negative feedback, just stop using this account and create a new one.

Call me a noob, but is there anything I can read to make myself more aware of what 'Masternode Payments' are and how they work?

LTC is dead.... Just will take longer to happen....

No original cryptos are going to die anytime in foreseeable future.

Bitcoin - the first SHA crypto
Litecoin - the first Scrypt crypto
DarkCoin - the first X11 crypto
Bytecoin - the first CryptoNote crypto

All clones / forks can kiss my bum, they won't be killing these original players.

If I had to invest my 100% fiat into a bunch of cryptos, these would be my choice.

80% pre-mine BCN is destroyed, so total coins are only 20% of normal supply - it's true?

Where is the credible source of this information?
2073  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: May 21, 2014, 08:27:31 AM
new subject then. what do you feel about Brock Pierce being the boss of the bitcoin foundation ?

Couldn't you think of a better redirection than that?

No, could you?

What about the latest internet rumour that Michelle Obama is actually a transsexual?

Why would obama had liked a transexual?

I don't know but he is rather odd, isn't he?

When did Michelle Obama became 'he'?

Hope the new president of india never try to ban bitcoin or some exchange, so we can have the next rally .

Mr. Narendra Modi has open mindset when it comes to technology, so it is highly improbable that he would ban cryptos.

On the contrary, he might actually start accepting them Cheesy

i am selling my account

offer price

0.01 to 0.1

Dude, seriously?  Roll Eyes  1) Nobody is going to buy an account that has neg trust, and 2) Offering to sell your account is likely to get you even more negative feedback. Just create a new one and start with a clean slate.

And that too, @ 0.1 BTC  Roll Eyes

It must be quite an achievement, because he has never even communicated with me.

He thinks his PM spam and trying to bribe others can help him remove the negative feedback.

On the contrary, it will only bring him more negative feedback.
