2061  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why everybody is panicking ? Its a game of greed and fear ! on: December 02, 2022, 09:16:13 PM
Guys , do not panic , its a cycle , everytime btc loses 60 to 70 % , it will recover with HUGE profit , check : graphics 10 years . always the same .

This is what commonly old people in crypto will think about, based on their experience.
but, beginners or someone new in the crypto industry, will panic so easily every time the FUD comes. Selling off their assets at lower prices to avoid losing more, is what they are thinking. They may not think about the future investment, because they are too panicky. Moreover, if they are investing in shitcoins. That's enough.

I think there's a bunch users already create similar topic about "DCA, only invest that you can afford to lose and Bitcoin history"
Unfortunately, even though this has been repeated no matter how many times, there are still many people who don't learn about it. there are still many people who even know about this, but they still panic and fear. Moreover, they are also easily influenced by various FUDs. Plus, they are easily tricked into investing beyond their control and ability.
2062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next crypto craze? on: December 02, 2022, 09:10:41 PM
Don't forget about DeFi which was once one of the hype, often hyped up, and finally now, as usual, has mushroomed and moved on to something else. The merger between NFT and Metaverse might still take place, as we know that before they reached their peak, bearish had come and finally they began to erode the bearish era. Even though the Metaverse has complex goals and is still growing. Maybe later this will still continue to develop and progress with more real progress.

If I am about to guess the next trend, maybe it is again ICOs.

Are you mistaken, I don't see any increase in bounty campaigns. and ICO will definitely never come back, it can be said that fundraising ICO is an old and extremely risky form.
Indeed, I ma sure that people will no longer be interested in ICO anymore, moreover with the huge scams in ICo that we have passed. This is old fundraising and we are not expecting that again. Although it was one of the successful beginnings for crypto fundraising, in fact, this way has several minus sides that will make scams, so many scams were there.
2063  Other / Off-topic / Re: Am I being scammed? on: December 02, 2022, 09:02:25 PM
I have been dealing with an apparent nice guy on Insta. He initially posted ona mutual picture that if anyone responded to him in a particular way he would clear their debt for them. I agree, too good to believe.

For the hell of it, I decided to reply and he agreed to transfer the required funds to me via crypto.
The first rule:  don't trust anyone who contacts you through any social media, especially when it comes to money. This could be the start of scams and other scams!
The second rule: Never believe something too good to be true that can be gained or shown easily.
The next rules: Do more readings, learning, and research before doing something.

Addendum to original post: he has shown me an ETH view only wallet with the money in it that he has promised and that because it is coming as a trustee or something from a business wallet account to a personal one as the reason why these fees are needed.
He could have used his scammed wallet to deceive victims including you. And it's possible to use someone's wallet and show it to you, moreover, it's view only. do not easily believe their various boasts. There is no such good person in cyberspace.
2064  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 02, 2022, 08:53:42 PM
Even though Uruguay won, they failed and this is very unfortunate, but on the other hand, we also know what Korea's struggle is like, so this can indeed be an added value for Korea. The defeat of Portugal in the previous match made Uruguay have to bury his dream in the world cup this time.
Yep. Uruguay won the match but they still failed to qualify for the next round since Korea won against Portugal. It is very unfortunate for Uruguay team but they already did their best until the last match at least. I'm sure they will accept this fact and will come back stronger in the next world cup tournament.

What do you mean by second-tier squad? All the Brazilian players are top class and any player that gets an opportunity to play as a substitute is not second tier. Their coach Tite is trying to rotate play amongst all the players, so all players have an opportunity to give their contribution to the team. What I feel is that this game is not a must win for Brazil, so they are not intent on winning, If they win good, if they don't, unto the next game.
Agree. I don't think the current line-up is a second-tier level in Brazil squad. All the players are top players, they have the same quality as the previous lineups. The difference is that they are not a must to win this match because they are already leading group G. They mustn't force themselves to play all out to score, they may keep their energy for the next round.

2065  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Japan fall behind in the crypto industry ? on: December 02, 2022, 08:27:44 PM
However, in the crypto industry, we barely heard anything great from Japan, no leading blockchain ecosystem or any cryptocurrency exchange alike.
Although Japan has no top crypto exchange or no top crypto project, doesn't mean they are left behind in crypto exchange. I think there are many Japanese who are involved in crypto exchange, they don't need to have top crypto exchanges to prove they are not left behind. As far as I know, crypto is legal in Japan and Japan is one of the friendly countries for cryptocurrencies. Moreover, lately the Japanese government is planning to make more friendly regulations for developers, they expect to make developers be easier to list crypto exchanges. According to this issue, Japanese government is open-minded, it is not a sign of Japan lagging behind.

2066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin? on: December 01, 2022, 11:59:14 PM
Leaving sentiments asides, will you advise someone to still buy some Bitcoins (Not up to the value of 1)  if they have an amount of money that will be okay to purchase the equivalent of 1 of a good altcoin with a strong community? Is having some bitcoins (in decimals) more valuable still than having the value of one good altcoin?
I won't advise anyone to buy BTC or altcoins, both are risky investments. He/she will blame me if I advise him/her to invest. However, if someone asks for help, I only want to explain the advantages and disadvantages of investing in each Bitcoin and altcoins. Then, he must decide himself to choose which coin he desires. The basic thing is to invest in crypto with our own intention/own will, don't invest in BTC or altcoins because of others' advice.

By the way, BTC may be a safer coin to invest in. But altcoins sometimes can be more profitable than Bitcoin. Because each has its own advantages and disadvantages, people prefer to diversify their assets by investing in both.

If this is undoubtedly true, it's wonderful news for him. Bruno Fernandes has so far been playing brilliantly at the World Cup and is also a valuable player of Manchester United. Since players like Modric and Kroos are getting older and could leave the club at any point, I envision him getting ample playing time at Real Madrid. If the deal comes calling, I hope he accepts this offer because it is excellent for him.
Ancelotti already has successors for Modric and Kroos, they have Tchouameni, Camavinga, and Valverde. I think Ancelotti doesn't need new players for Real Madrid midfield line. Moreover, they must know that Man United won't let Bruno Fernandes leave easily, they must ask for expensive transfer fees. Since Real Madrid is focusing on getting a new striker, I am sure they don't want to spend much money on a midfielder. So, I think it is a rumor only, Real Madrid seems to not signing Bruno Fernandes although he plays brilliantly in the World Cup tournament.

2068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 01, 2022, 11:34:39 PM
Shocking news in tonight game as Germany failed to qualify from the group stage for the second time in a row. It's very dissapointing to see Julian Nagelsmann incap able of taking his country to the next stage of the world cup. However, Spain and Japan made it out with a narrow escape, Spain failed to draw Japan, if that happens, Germany would have move on to the next stage. Although, congratulations to the two teams that made it out, it's not an easy task as there's more surprises on the way.
In my opinion, it is no longer shocking news to know Germany was eliminated in the group stage. Previously, they were defeated by Japan, then they only got a draw against Spain. So, their chance to qualify for the next round is very small, they only can qualify if Spain can defeat Japan. In reality, Spain is defeated by Japan today, so Germany should go home today. The biggest mistake done by Germany in this world cup tournament is they were not ready to play against Japan in the first match. As the result, they got defeated by Japan 2-1 although Germany very dominated in that match. It is actually the main cause of the failure of Germany.

2069  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: crypto long term dijamin sukses on: December 01, 2022, 11:13:02 PM

2070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what do you expect from cryptocurrency? on: December 01, 2022, 10:41:29 PM
You are missing one detail. If there is no rise in the economy, there will be no rise in cryptocurrency. Don't even expect the global economy to stagnate and cryptocurrencies to miraculously grow despite rising inflation and a recessionary economy. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will begin to grow when the global economy begins its recovery and liquidity from central banks begins to flow back into it. Part of this liquidity will flow into the crypto industry. Without this, there will be nothing to pump up the price of cryptocurrencies, it will not magically grow.
I know your statement makes sense. When we have a recession, people will focus on fulfilling their basic necessities, they won't have the intention to put their money into crypto investment. But how about we have bullrun in 2021 (last year)? I believe everyone still remembered that we experienced Covid-19 pandemic at that time, the world economy was decreasing much, and stocks market was crushed badly. On the contrary, crypto market experienced bullrun, BTC made a new ATH and many altcoins skyrocketed. Isn't this the fact that crypto market doesn't fully depend on the world economic situation? Please let me know if there is something that I still don't know about this.  Smiley

Actually, it feels really sad to see how Wayne Rooney is talking trash about Cristiano Ronaldo. They have played together before, and I think he should know how Cristiano Ronaldo plays. We all know that Cristiano Ronaldo is very careful about his career, and he always tries to play at his best and also works very hard.
I think Wayne Rooney stated something true. He just reminds Ronaldo that the age factor is real. We can deny that age makes Ronaldo's performance isn't as well as previously. We can't expect Ronaldo to play at his best level again. But it doesn't mean Ronaldo lost his skills or ability. Ronaldo still plays quite well, he still can contribute positively.

I would not be very skeptical about bringing Cristiano Ronaldo to the team because he is going to provide good value to the team, even if he does not score too many goals. And I think we understand that he is not getting contracted for a longer period of time. So I think even if they bring him in it’s okay.
Indeed. Bringing Ronaldo to the club will impact on the rising of Merchandise sales. So, although Ronaldo can't score in every match, the club still takes advantage of his big name in the other sector. However, many clubs doubt signing him because of his salary. Whereas, Ronaldo has stated that he wants to decrease the amount of his salary if he can join an appropriate club.

Tomorrow there are important matches again. The result of the Spain-Japan match is very important for Germany. If Spain and Germany win, Germany will leave the group. Germany will win this match without risking and will wait for the result of the other match.
Japan vs Spain, I am pretty sure Spain to win this match. Spain will end the group stage by leading with 7 points.
Costa Rica vs Germany, the result of this match seems hard to predict. But I'm not sure if Germany can win against Costa Rica easily. I guess the match will end with a draw result. Both Germany and Costa Rica didn't play offensively, their attackers didn't play well so far. I assume the match will end 0-0 for them.

There are also important matches in the other group. A draw is not enough for Belgium. It is a must-win match against Croatia. If Croatia loses, there is a chance that they will not get out of the group this time.
Croatia never got a loss, I doubt if Belgium can defeat them. I think the possible result is a draw.
Sure, it is very disappointing to see the performance of Belgium. I guess they will be the candidate to win the title, but they seem to be eliminated in the group stage.

2073  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: crypto long term dijamin sukses on: November 30, 2022, 11:30:10 PM

2074  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there still future for growth in bitcoin and crypto? on: November 30, 2022, 11:19:16 PM
The year 2022 may be the worst in the history of crypto due to the successive crises of successful hacking attempts and wholesale thefts, the latest of which happened to the FTX platform, which affected the entire market due to the impact of a large number of services that were associated with it or in a cooperation agreement with it.
Why 2022 is the worst?
If Bitcoin really reaches $100k in 2024-2025, I thought everyone will say "2022 was the best year for buying crypto".
We only think 2022 is the worst year because the bearish isn't over, while there are many cases to happen. But these cases give some big lessons to every people, we become smarter and more careful to manage our crypto assets. Also, because these cases lead to more drops in crypto prices, we can take advantage to buy at lower prices. Do you realize these, mate?

Bitcoin & even crypto have a very big part to play in the future of finance. If you look at what Central Banks have been doing, printing fake money, inflating the supply, you will see that there is room for other forms of payment. Governments actions have allowed sickening inflation numbers, they are stealing from you.
Since it doesn't happen yet, we can't claim that crypto has a big role in future finance. But I agree that crypto makes the government and every party improve the world finance system. Crypto is more transparent, faster in transactions, and has cheap transfer fees. These things become a reference for a better financial system in the future.

2075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 30, 2022, 10:37:26 PM
Benzema is still a best striker in Real Madrid with great skills and most experience. If he is healthy and ready for matches, Carlo Ancelotti will send him in. It is not depended on Benzema himself but Real Madrid and the coach actually need to have Benzema for their attacking.

It is definitely true that Real Madrid must prepare for Benzema retirement or just his less contribution because of ageing. Anyway, Benzema is still usable for Real Madrid in near future and with his attitude, I don't think he will have issues if in future, he will have a new position, as one of substitutions for Real Madrid.
Of course, Benzema is the best striker at Real Madrid. Real Madrid only has 2 strikers this season, Karim Benzema and Mariano Diaz. We can't compare Benzema with Diaz since Diaz is only a player who spends time on the bench and never showed an impressive performance when he has a chance to play. This is actually the problem, Real Madrid has no other good striker. If Diaz can perform well, Real Madrid surely won't plan to look for a new striker.

I don't care about his age, I also don't talk about his attitude. My focus is on his health or fitness. Benzema no longer has good fitness, he more often gets injured. Since a striker (CF) has a very crucial role in Ancelotti's tactic, they must have a good replacement for that position if Benzema is injured. They can't rely on Diaz or wingers, they need a new striker. That's why I believe they will try to sign a new striker in January.

2076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 29, 2022, 11:59:46 PM
Yes that's what i said before, but the problem is that the majority of good strikers don't want to stay in the bench so i don't think that real Madrid will easily convince a good striker to join the club, benzema is old yes but he still able to play and make great matches and score a lot of goals
No top strikers want to spend time on the bench, unless they get injured. As long as Benzema is in a good condition, he surely will be the main option as a CF. Sure, it may be one of the reasons why some strikers don't want to join Real Madrid soon. However, everyone knows that Benzema can play in several positions, which means he can play together with a new striker. If Mbappe joins Real Madrid, I am sure they can play together. Benzema and Mbappe are quite similar, these players can play as a center-forward, left-winger, or right-winger.  Wink

2077  Economy / Speculation / Re: Elon Musk says the price of BTC will rise on: November 29, 2022, 11:55:27 PM
Without elon saying bitcoin rise I'm also sure that bitcoin will rise again, since I got to know bitcoin a few years ago it often experiences drop conditions like now, and when the market rises everything is fun, always optimistic about market conditions because I'm sure in 2023 the price can pass ATH in 2021.
Indeed. We know that Bitcoin has 2 market trends, bearish and bullish. Even if Elon Musk didn't state BTC to rise, most crypto investors understand that Bitcoin will rise again. There should be an end of this bearish season, probably it is when BTC halving begins. You must know the next BTC halving to happen in 2024, so I am not sure there will be a new ATH in 2023. The possible time of a big rising of BTC ideally happens in 2024-2025. It is what I know from my own analysis.

2079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 29, 2022, 11:29:12 PM
manchaster utd, arsenal london and newcastle utd are all reportedly interested in signing fc chelsea winger Christian Pulisic in january and chelsea have reportedly sent scouts to watch bayer leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie in qatar
Man United and Arsenal have many good wingers, I doubt Christian Pulisic to move there because he potentially spends a lot of time on the bench. The realistic option is to move to Newcastle, he seems to play regularly there as the right winger. I also guess he will get a bigger salary in Newcastle, it is much better to consider playing as a Newcastle player.

MU is indeed eyeing Osimhen (from the Serie A league) but currently, it is still in the negotiation process because the initial price offered by Napoli is reportedly very high, after being left by CR7, MU really needs the services of a potential striker because the European League and EPL will soon return at start
Man United will have no chance to sign Osimhen, he is playing at UCL while Man United is only playing in Europa League. There are many top teams also interested to sign Osimhen, including Real Madrid. I believe Osimhen must prefer to move to a top team like Real Madrid than moving to Man United where many players failed to shine.  Grin

2080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is The Gambling Industry Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market on: November 28, 2022, 11:59:42 PM
- Will the industry lose the trust of gamblers if one or two casinos scammed their players by closing down and running with what money they have that belongs to the gamblers?
No. In reality, there were already many scam casinos but it won't impact so much on the gamblers. People always play online casinos, but they become more selective to choose trustable online casinos.

- As a gambler do you use gambling sites to store your coins like what traders are doing on exchanges?
A gambling site isn't a proper place to store coins. It is the same as a centralized exchange, we can't control our coins there.
If the gambling site turns out to be a scam, we will lose all our coins. So, always choose private wallets to store our coins. If you have a hardware wallet, it is a more recommended place to keep the coins for a long time.
