2121  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which crypto sportbooks are VPN friendly on: June 30, 2022, 10:20:54 PM
Well I did not use a VPN ever but I wonder if the gambling casino will allow users to change their IP address per login.
Yes, they do. Most internet service providers will assign you a new IP address each time you reboot your router or turn off then on your mobile data. Besides, many users log in from different devices and/or locations (different IPs). Casino owners know this and therefore they allow logging in from different IPs.
It only becomes suspicious when the ip range is completely different (different country) or when more than account have the same ip. In such cases, they may ask the user to complete kyc.
2122  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 30, 2022, 09:34:10 PM
From one point of view, there is no risk here. Again lately if we see the number of data thefts increasing day by day. Now there are many scammers who steal people's information from KYC verification and sell them.
This is a bit contradictory! First you say there is no risk then you acknowledge that there are many scammers and thiefs targeting users'p personal information!
My concern is that there are many people who still don't realize how valuable their personal information are and how scammers and fraudsters can use them in their scam schemes.
2123  Economy / Gambling / Re: hello Players!! on: June 30, 2022, 08:36:35 PM
Hi guys, this game is under development, below is the photo of the next steps.
...
It's good to have your own in-house games but as far as I can see from the pictures, those are the most classic games which you can find practically on all other online casinos. Also, I only see the basic features and without any advanced (special) features it will be hard to compete with other casinos and attract players.
Are those games going to be provably fair? I wish so, because this is becoming a standard in the online gambling industry especially for this kind of games.
2124  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rocketpot.io refusing to pay out 170k win on: June 30, 2022, 05:58:01 PM
Well I went to their terms and read regarding the [Promotions and Bonuses] it seems very risky condition, I think you must read it carefully and understand if you did not violate the rules, but as they have said there.
[ 9.5. Rocketpot may amend, reclaim, refuse or cancel any promotion at any time at its own discretion ]
Actually, most casinos and businesses have a similar clause in their terms of service. Many of them even add a clause giving them the right to adjust or replace their terms at any time they want at their own discretion. Probably as a way to avoid lawsuits.
But resorting to this clause and applying it whenever a customer make a big profit and requests a withdrawal is unethical by all means and will definitely damage the companie's reputation.
OP, I suggest moving this topic to the Scam Accusations board and provide as many evidence as you can.
2125  Economy / Gambling / Re: Neodice.com ⚡️ | Daily bonuses | 4,59 BTC Jackpot! 💲 on: June 30, 2022, 05:09:36 PM
Don't know if it's just me or you did indeed make some changes to the design of the website! It looks a bit different from the last time I checked it, especially the dashboard. Maybe it's just because am using a wider screen this time, though!
Anyway, I think you should disable the HOTKEYS feature by default and add an option to let the user enable/disable it if he wishes. Someone may mistakenly click on the R button and click on ROLL without realizing he activated max bet.
2126  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♥️ ♣️ ♠️ Riobet Crypto Casino ♠️ ♣️ ♥️ on: June 29, 2022, 11:41:04 PM
I didn't even know that this casino existed, but now that I saw it I took the liberty of searching it on google and I didn't like what I saw:

https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/riobet-casino

there have been cases of complaints in the past (years ago)
I took a look at the link (thanks for sharing it with us, btw) and read all reviews and to be honest I didn't find anything alarming or that may suggest that this casino can't be trusted. I didn't see any serious accusation or any complaint about being scammed. Most complaints are either about bad experience with customer support or about payment delays, which were processed manually back then.
2127  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blizz.io - Crypto casino - 100% Up to 1btc on: June 29, 2022, 11:05:33 PM
^^
This is true and it's not an exception for new casinos alone, even most established, long standing casinos have this high wagering requirements for bonus money.
The problem with this particular casino is that the wagering requirement is different for each player, which is very odd and OP have to explain this.

edit: It's not clear whether the wagering requirement is for the bonus amount which is $8 or for all the winnings from the bonus money. According to what other members have shared, it looks to be the latter but the numbers still don't match.

on: June 28, 2022, 11:36:11 PM
2130  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔹1win.pro 🔹| iGaming Platform | Crypto&Fiat | Bonus +500% To the first deposit on: June 25, 2022, 11:37:06 PM
You are reading it wrong,
Well, I might be another one of those reading it wrong. Apologies in advance.

The first part baffles me. So bitcoin.org is now suddenly the source of Bitcoins?  Grin
I always thought the site was just informational.
Actually, yes. Bitcoin.org offers the possibility to buy bitcoin through a third party provider which is MoonPay:

It looks like 1win.pro are using one of those payment gateways that will suggest you some websites/exchanges from where you can buy cryptos when you click on deposit. This feature exists even in some wallet apps.
2131  Other / Meta / Re: LoyceV's Weekly Trust list overview in Human Readable Format on: June 25, 2022, 11:14:36 PM
Update:
Starting point to avoid loading the large index page: Trust list for: khaled0111 (Trust: +2 / =0 / -0) (2154 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP) (I found this one peculiar).
Sorry, it's just me making some stupid tests  Cheesy
I'll update my trust list asap, thanks for the notification.
2132  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: INDOEX.IO Exchange is SCAM money lost on: June 25, 2022, 10:39:39 PM
Looks like they are located in Estonia and London.
Yep, this is what they claim on the footer of the website:
Quote
IndoEx Global Inc | United Kingdom | Estonia | Company Number: 12029621
Am sure this is just another lie and there is no company, license or anything like that. Just a scam website hosted on the Internet (unless you got this information from somewhere else).
Sorry for your loss OP. I don't know if or how you will get your money back but the least you can do for the moment is to report the website to the domain name registrer (namecheap) so they take it down.
2133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: June 25, 2022, 05:22:59 PM
I can't tell with total certainty whether am a "Casual Social Gambler" or a "Serious Social Gambler". I can see myself on both categories depending on my mood. What is certain is that gambling does not have the same importance and not even close to family and social obligations, that's for sure.
I think the problem is with "Compulsive Gamblers". I know many of them and it is easy to realize if someone has gambling problems but they don't, they live in denial and refuse to accept the reality that they have addiction problems which makes their situation worst.

2135  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: June 25, 2022, 12:52:33 PM
It requires you to work, put efforts in and then wait for random luck. Team can not accept all low quality works and collect it for a random pick to get 10 winners. They must choose and reject low quality works first, then picking randomly later. It is when you will have to rely on luck but luck won't come if you don't work first.
By "low quality work" do you mean wrong guesses?
In my opinion, since this is not the kind of giveaways based on pure luck where you have to type your username but require a little bit of effort and making some research (finding the right slot which matches the picture), I believe it would be better to give the reward for the first ten users who guess it right instead of picking winners randomly.
btw, they are giving some hints from time to time.
2136  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 24, 2022, 11:59:48 PM
^^
The problem here is that even if the casino can be trusted and we are one hundred percent sure they are not going to sell our documents or use them for bad purposes, there is still the possibility the casino website get hacked and its database alongside with our documents gets leaked.
I would recommend only sending your documents to a trusted website and make sure they know how to keep them safe (by encrypting them for example).
2137  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reason Why People(Mostly Newbies) Fall Victim To Scams Easily. on: June 24, 2022, 11:37:06 PM
Greed and the false idea some people have that they can make huge guaranteed profit by investing in cryptocurrencies are the main reasons why many fall victims for those scam attempts.
Lack of knowledge isn't an excuse, in my opinion, because even if you don't know anything about cryptocurrency, it shouldn't be hard to realize that there is something wrong when someone offers to double your money in few days or tells you he has a magical trading strategy which can generate a huge profit.. Some scam schemes are too obvious but people still for them.
2138  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: June 24, 2022, 10:43:20 PM
Sooner or later and whether we like it or not most online crypto casinos will start enforce kyc. For the moment, I try to enjoy my privacy by playing only on no-kyc casinos and many of them offer some great bonuses, it's just that they have stricter requirements.
If I'll be forced to verify my identity then I will play on a fiat casino and keep my precious crypto in my wallet.
2139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚨 No bullshit casino | No minimum withdrawal | 3 seconds cashout | BCH.games on: June 24, 2022, 09:42:56 PM
Or that I use a VPN because it is that on the site is accepted, but then changed to VPN, what would happen to that gain? Eto could give future problems, then they should make use of a license that does not prevent them from leaving the countries out.
You can play anonymously on bch.games without having to create an account and they claim they don't and will never ask for kyc. Also, all their games are in-house games and there are no games from third party providers (which may have country restrictions). Therefore, I don't see any reason why using a VPN may cause a problem, you should be fine, although I don't see any need for using one in this case.
2140  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Luna 2.0 Airdrop Trustwallet Seed Phrases Hack Attempt. 🚩 on: June 24, 2022, 08:27:31 PM
The phrase "No wallet is useless, you don't throw away your wallet" is well-known in the cryptosphere. I believe LoyceV said something similar in a thread I stumbled upon a few weeks ago.
Satoshi recommended against it too:
Sigh... why delete a wallet instead of moving it aside and keeping the old copy just in case?  You should never delete a wallet.
However, if it's a completely new wallet and you never shared any of its addresses with anyone and never posted it anywhere, then it should be OK to delete it without keeping a backup. The chances of someone mistakenly sending coins to it are near zero.

Regarding the scam, no  legit service will ask for your wallet seed or private keys and  it is not needed to connect your wallet. I hope no one will fall for it.
