I didn't like that official e-mail where the team said the token sale was expected to be fully sold withing 24h given the huge demand, so we needed to hurry. Very unprofessional, in the boundaries of some scam messages we see in slack. The team must take care with their language if they want to be considered professionals. Reputation is everything!
You see word "expected"? That's not unprofessional at all. It's like BTC was expected to reach $5k last but sadly it didn't. Whose fault is this? it's called building expectation and the scarcity principle. if people perceive that something is rare they will pay more for it and buy it asap. |

The cost of the token will be regulated by the market, we can not tie it rigidly to the fiat.
Well, if token will be dictated by market, then what will be the advantage to hold this token long term, cos a renter might be skeptical buying for longterm holding. the price they bought might drastically drop and result in them paying a lot more for rent than agreed and the volatility of crypto will make most landlord scared to hold the coin for long term. so how do you convince consumers to hold it for long term and specifically how does it benefit an investor who is not a renter or a landlord to hold the token. the price of the token will fluctuate in relation to fiat, but the prices for renting will also fluctuate along-site fiat price. |

The NapoleonX Daf system can disrupt the way some people invest in crypto. At the beginning we will have the choice between 10 different DAF, with different setting and purpose. Daf system will make huge benefit in crypto market, if things continue to go this well for crypto,the napoleonX algorithmic asset manager will generate a huge amount of money.
I think it's strength lies in also having DAF's for 'normal' assets. This allows for greater adoption by investors who are not that familiar with crypto yet. anything that helps get more people into crypto is good. it has the benefit of getting more money into markets and into peoples pockets. |

Just saw the hololens video and it's so dope. It was like I watching a sci-fi movie.
Many people don't understand that this technology even exists...Things are moving so fast with the technology, new materials, and manufacturing processes, these devices will be in mass production very soon.... Yes you will earn money just by holding REAL token. Its a dividend token, its a very good point cause you will get benefit just by keeping your token. Real estate is a long term invest, and real token too, that's why a lot of us love the project !
You have to use it on the platform though to invest into a property. Else you won't get ETH returns. Of course the price of the REAL token might go up, but for 'dividends' you need to use it on the platform. That's what I was gonna say. this is not a passive token like Taas, you need to look careful in which property you invest for great returns. |

For most people in this thread it's news. And I think everybody is on edge because of the recent uncertainty surrounding ICOs and crypto in general. Then you have Aventus getting sold out in 7 minutes while the EventChain sale is not doing as well. Whether or not it's FUD, the fact that the EventChain team is keeping quiet instead of clearing the air is making them nervous. Exactly, we are not talking here about few bucks, big amount of money is involved and future investors need to know a full story before trusting the devs and investing. The idea is one thing but too fully realize it you need a trustworthy team behind it. When you are putting or planning to put money in a project, you must make sure you do so in a promising idea, one that will eventually give you profits, so the team of the project has the job to ensure that your investment is in good hands and will make the project succeed, so that involves ensuring that your own team is good at their job, they must have credibility, so they need to be constantly active to placate this comments, and accusations, if not, they will just lose more of their reputation, i hope they are on par with this and soon they show up to help clarify this. jeez man, use sentences every now and then Anyway it's true, the devs do need to stay on top of these accusations and not shy away from answering any questions that would bring doubt to the credibility of the project. Hopefully they will do an AMA soon. |

the coins should be sent automatically to the address you've contributed ETH from, once distribution begins. That's the way ICO's usually work |

It is expected that there will be dumping at the first exchange, that is if there are many bonuses, don`t think about how low will it go think about how high it can be in coming months.
People should just hold on to their coins. Flipping ICO tokens only works for very few ICO's and with the current market in not such a great state it is hardly possible for any ICO's. This coin will appreciate in value, but we need to give it some time. PARAGON coin will even do better in value when the PARAGON centers are established and its online community platform rolled out. definitely! the question is, how many will wait that long? not many I wager. |

Then JP Morgan decided to purchase shares while the price was low, they bought XBT shares (exchange-traded-notes, that track the price of Bitcoin), oh the irony, lol.  Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt, these are the key ingredients used to manipulate commerce. Is all of this a coincidence? whose to say, but remember to keep on pushing along! it's not the first time this happens either. competitors often try to stop their rivals by spreading false roomers, or there are scammers who demand bribes from ICO's to stop spreading rumors about them. |

I participated too. But it is looking like it won't sold out. Max cap is 115000 eth. Still hope they get more funding in upcoming days. they're not gonna get that ,that's for sure. but whatever they can raise it's more than welcome and will help development come along. |

They are already preparing to expand since they are hiring 7 people in Barcelona and Singapore including CFO.
Next month will be huge for them.
