You could develope this project without crypto, but it would be much more costly. With an eth asset you can easily collect money from people all over the world. Further, you can pay them their yield much easier etc.

Blockhain technology offers transparency, immutability and decentralization  over transactions. With REAL, anyone can invest in real estate as long as they have REAL tokens, not like the traditional real estate investment process which need greater capital and demands more focus.

Smart contracts, as a RPP holder you will receive payments automatically and most importantly without intermediaries. And on the other way you will choose on which real estate you gonna invest without intermediaries as well

I actually don't believe that, too. But they will surely be able to start operating. As one of the team said, in case they raise less eth, they are going to adjust their budget. On the other hand, there are still a couple of days left, so anything can happen

When i see the success of the pre-sale, I will be very fast at participating in the ico launch. Only 9 hours to sell the pre-sale token is a pretty good score, with a 100eth minimum only big investors can invest during this period and we hit the maximum cap very fast. The ico will be a success and the token will be sold faster I think.
I think the instruction and recommendation to participate to the ico will be explained on REAL website very soon i hope!

if you're looking to invest in ICO, you can't not know how to use crypto wallets. you wouldn't have ETH other wise. Real already has instructions and they're not complicated.

Yeah, somehow people like to invest at the last minute, perhaps because they think they have time because before, ICOs just complete themselves in a matter of minutes hours, but now that there are too many ICOs, none of them takes that time to complete, now they take the full time of the ICO, so investor take their time to amass their tokens to invest; in the case of the REAL project, that can happen, REAL ESTATE project are a bit popular, and this particularly is my favorite, I already have my share in this project, so I'm hoping for it to succeed .

Prototype of the platform was just shown on video so you cant really help yourself much with that, and some projects have platforms running even before ICO, but i think this idea is good and we dont have to worry about the future.
