The problem here is that even if the casino can be trusted and we are one hundred percent sure they are not going to sell our documents or use them for bad purposes, there is still the possibility the casino website get hacked and its database alongside with our documents gets leaked.
I would recommend only sending your documents to a trusted website and make sure they know how to keep them safe (by encrypting them for example).

Not sure about other coins but instant deposit can be implemented for bitcoin in a safe way that prevent malicious users from abusing it (cancel transactions before they get confirmed).

To prevent abuse, you can instantly credit only transactions that are non-rbf. There is no easy way to cancel such transactions. You can also accept only transactions which pay a reasonable fee-rate and which are likely to get confirmed within the next few blocks. The final precaution would be to block withdrawals until all deposit transactions have enough confirmations.

If you want to compare bitcoin to ethereum and tell which one is the best for crypto gambling then you should mention the pros and cons for each coin as a payment method. But in this article, the writer focused on the cons of bitcoin as a payment method (fees, confirmation time) then talks about the pros of etheurum as a platform for smart contracts (DApps..), which is not right.

Sorry, but I have one more question regarding the hash function you use to encrypt the server seed, which one do you use? Usually, it's sha256 but it doesn't seem to be the case here. I tried to encrypt the server seed (sha256) with a third party tool and I got a different hash than the one you provided.

You are reading it wrong, there is no limit there and you are not obliged to send that exact amount.
As you can see on the notification message highlited in yellow: "If you send any other amount, system will accept it anyway!". Meaning, even if you send an amount different then the one displayed, it will be credited to your account.

I read about how your provably fair algorithm and I can say that I fully understand how it works. However, this wasn't what I asked about. I asked about these two points specifically:
The problem is that you can't change the client seed unless you make at least one bet with the current seed pair, meaning that you can't customize the first generated seed. Not a big problem, though, since you can place a small be then change the client seed to whatever you want.
After requesting a new seed pair and restarting the session, the server seed (unencrypted) isn't revealed. At least I can't see it anywhere!

I tried, out of curiosity, to find this website to take a look at it and see if I can find any information that may help but I couldn't. I searched the word "doocoin" in different search engines but didn't get any relevant result. Also, manually typing the word "doocoin" with different TLDs in the address bar didn't work!
