So cup 'n handle breakout brings the $9800 prediction into play now right?
psychology of $800 and halving kicking in was irresistible, $780 was a done deal, $800 and then who knows what .... $888 seems attractive to begin with
780 == 800 ... and 780 is a done deal already peeps, how many times do you need to hear it?? psychologically it has been ~800 for a month so done deal.
next stop 800.

looks like $780 is all but done now ... cut your looses shorts.
$800 next stop.
780? 770 is resistance. You're assuming the bulls will blast through that? Or maybe you're looking at a different exchange than the ones I look at? any genuine exchange is trading >$780 spot price ... fake coins and futures exchanges are only sometimes indicative of real deliverable coins prices, sometimes they catch up
... any update outcome of the lawsuit?
Does cypherdoc have the Hashfast 'windfall' (pre-order no-hardware-delivered) bitcoins still in his possession now that the smoke is clearing?

Shorting ETH all the way back to $2 is the easiest juicy long term trade you'll get in crypto for some time ... hang in there until the really big dumps happen in 6-12 months and then look for a good exit. GL happy traders.

Here it comes ... this was the easiest rise to pick since brexit ...

something nasty brewing ... wouldn't want to be leveraged right now ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Did someone's shorts caught on fire? ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) imagine if all your undeclared profits were from shorting bitcoin for 3 years and held in fiat at a bitcoin exchange that just got a federal court summons from IRS ... wouldn't that suck worse than your shorts blowing up in your face?! A fiat meister's hell on earth.

The Internal Revenue Service, a U.S. government agency responsible for tax collection and tax law enforcement, has requested popular bitcoin trading platform and wallet service provider Coinbase to provide personal and sensitive financial data of millions of customers over the past three years for tax filing purposes. https://www.deepdotweb.com/2016/11/29/irs-demands-entire-coinbase-user-database-tax-purposes/LULZ. Only in america. Watch them cave & divulge everything to any alphabetical agency who wants your data. Its quite likely the alphabet agencies already have all the data they need and it is a case of parallel construction so they can catch the guys they have their eyes on without being seen to be acquiring evidence extra-judicially ... if they asked for the records of specific Coinbase users that would be enough proof that they had already obtained evidence illegally. With a Jon Doe request they can pretend they didn't already have the evidence they are 'looking' for.

A major namecoin client upgrade is almost here, just been merged to master branch. It is based purely on latest bitcoin core v0.13.1 with an integrated 'Manage Names' tab for easy and simple namecoin names and id management, registration, sending names, receiving names, trading for namecoins.

this IRS thing has got some folks spooked ... best to be out of fiat on exchanges before it gets really nasty, for the shorts that is ... and anybody holding fiat on exchanges could get 'bailed in', right back in to their fiat masters church, so to speak.
