^^ Venue is also very important for this fight, gamblers will come out on the fight week so hotels and casinos will have to take advantage of it. Again, we have seen Crawford and Floyd in the public together and I reckon it could be in Floyd's hometown and for sure Floyd as well might be indirectly making money out of it. Good if they can add good undercard in this fight, but the selling point is still the main fight. Knowing how deep PBC's stable though, maybe they will have another big name to be included here.
It would be nice if they will have a good undercard, since it's a big fight, they should entertain the crown with a good undercard. I can't wait to see this fight but until now promoters' have not stated yet the date and venue of the fight. I understand what they are doing, it's probably their marketing trick so people will continue talking about this fight. I echo your sentiment. It might be possible that the promoters are really observing how fans will demand for this possible upcoming fight. Both Crawford and Spence do have fans that will be glad to see the fight live or even in PPV. It should be great if we will good undercards fight while waiting for the big event. Still, in the process, I guess, negotiations are rolling and everything will be depends on how both camps together with the handlers will announce the date and the venue. Promoters are still on the process of testing the waters to see how would the public react and it's good to know now that they are almost done finalizing the deal because they are now looking to have a good fighters in the undercard to enhance/maximize the revenues they could get in this fight. Crawford-Spence undisputed fight tickets will surely be sold in just mere hours and the PPV buys will ramp up for sure. People are already excited and been impatiently waiting for this fight to happen, I hope they can establish this fight in November.

It's funny to see how quickly Durant changes his mind. Let me remind you that he tried to put an ultimatum to the Nets' owner a couple of weeks ago, and now they somehow managed to reach some kind of agreement. Honestly, I think Durant has been acting a little weird this offseason, and he definitely deserves to get some boos from Nets fans during the first home game of the upcoming season. That's why the NBA Twitter world is reacting to that awkward return of Kevin Durant. Those he requested to be fired, GM Sean Marks and Coach Steve Nash, had some serious talk with him. Seems KD really got his head too big as I read, Steve Nash convinced Durant to stay despite the latter wanting him to be fired. Alright, now that the KD drama is ended, hoping for Durant to do his very best next season. Wow! I am glad Nash acts like that. I can't do that if I were him. KD said some nasty things against him and as his coach, it must have hurt his feelings, and yet he is the one who convinced him to stay. This is good. Some chemistry happening in their team. I am expecting better things to happen after this and so with Kyrie. Last year I expected them to be at the top of the league but was a disappointment, perhaps now it will be different. Yes even if I'm on Steve Nash, I can't talk to the person who have a grudge against me and wants to fire me out of the organization. He even convince Durant to stay despite him having a bad approach to him. That's what you called a good pride compare to the big pride that Durant, Irving and Simmons have lol. Nash still thinks what better for the whole team instead of exchanging bad words against Durant. Their GM also extends his kindness to Durant. I hope Durant will realized that good and kind act did by him from the Nets Owner, General Manager and his Head Coach. I don't know what to think about him now if he will remain arrogant despite that good approach by him to those he want to fired. That is the exact gesture of true professionals, they sacrifice themselves to set aside their emotions and chooses to do the job they are assigned even if Durant was kind of getting inside of their head because of the specific move that Durant made Joe Tsai choose. Head Coach and General Manager was just trying to set an example for the whole team so that there would be no one who would try and follow Durant's egoistic footsteps.

but in boxing not everything is numbers and statistics, it's the real part, real life, and really even though both boxers have failed along their paths, it will be interesting to see this fight.
Thats true. This will be a great fight that we've been waiting for years. Thanks to Canelo losing to Bivol, because if that didn't happen, we might not see this fight. Possible, but I think when Canelo re-sign with Matchroom and DAZN, he knows that sooner or later this fight is going to happen regardless of the result of of his fight wit Bivol. But the thing is, when Canelo losses that fight, it add an extra motivation for him to fight GGG because he knows that he can get back in track as the cash cow and p4p #1 with a victory here. So we will see after this fight if Canelo will extend his contract again with Eddie Hearn and the DAZN. A wise decision by Canelo, and that really was a blessing for us because we have been anticipating this fight and now it's coming into reality. Well, we all know that although Canelo won in their last fight, it's still not guaranteed that he will win here like what bookies are thinking, I like to believe that bookies are overvaluing Canelo in this fight. About motivation? I'm pretty sure both fighters are motivated. Same here, as if Canelo can have these fights if not because of Matchroom and DAZN. It will be wise to re-sign his contract with the same promoter because he will be just fighting B-class fighter if he decides to sign in other promoter. Also, DAZN did well in including GGG in the contract this year because Hearn knows that a trilogy will still be watched largely by people around the world even if GGG is somehow over his prime years already. Well, I hope that this time will be just and fair fight not just like their first two fights where Canelo has the favor.

Anyhow, and since Loma has declared his comeback, this two for sure have that at the back of their mind because the winner of this fight will challenge Loma in the next fight. Bob Arum has already set this plan in motion already.
That's a good news if it will happen, Loma vs Haney, such a great rivalry as both are technical fighter. I like Loma to win but Haney is just too fast, so Loma has to make a strategy that will expose Haney's weakness, which no one knows for now. Might be too premature to say it this time because Loma will for sure adjust in the ring first because he's been inactive for almost a year now while busy defending his country against the Russian army during that time of inactivity in the ring. We'll see Loma's comeback first against Ortiz, but I can say that the latter has a smaller chance to win and a fight between Loma vs Haney will be a good fight to see for sure, soon! If Haney will take Kambosos again and Loma will win with his own upcoming fight, the chance of seeing these two inside a same ring might be the next in line from the promoters, They just need to win both and hypes their name for the fans to call for them to meet up, both camps will be compensated a lot if fans will call and will support if ever they will be arranged to face each other. For now, it's the event first that we needed to watch, then after that we will be able to give our opinion to which fighter the winner of these upcoming fights will be facing next. Indeed! And if ever Kambosos will win as well as Loma in their respective fights then I think we will likely see these two next sharing a ring together as the fans will for sure ask a fight between them before somebody is climbing another division because Haney is already the undisputed boxer in lightweight and nothing for him to clean there. That is still not sure for now because Loma still have to prove his existence in lightweight after that inactivity and has to defeat a much younger Ortiz, don't get me wrong here because I'm not underestimating him but he's now at the back of a long queue even if he had a reasonable reason for that inactivity. Gervonta Davis is I think the next in line for a unification match.

The same situation with Ancajas because he originally prepared for a title defense fight against Kazuto Ioka but was replaced last minute by Fernando Martinez and Ancajas ultimately lost the title he held for quite a long time. These instances can't be predicted because the original boxer wanted to participate in the fight but an issue surfaced later on which resulted in a need for a substitute just like this time. Even if there's no sudden replacement, Jerwin Ancajas might probably still lose that supposed original fight. The reason is very clear and it was stated by his team. Ancajas is not in good shape because of his hard training to catch the required weight. That resulted in him not performing on his usual and Ioka might take that as an advantage. As I read on some reports, that's the focus now of Ancajas camp as they are really preparing seriously to get a win on a rematch against Martinez. We can't know that for sure because aside from the fact that Ancajas was struggling to catch the required weight, his trainings were originally made for Ioka and the team was studying the Japanese boxer's move for quite some time to help Ancajas win the fight but that didn't happen because of Ioka's sudden decision. Not sure though why Ioka backed out, does anybody here know why? Yup, we can't really confirm that as the fight didn't happen in the first place and we can only do some speculations if the fight did happen, but I still believe that the result will be much different if Ancajas fight Ioka that time. I mean, Ancajas's chances to win against Ioka was decent but that same chances drastically fell down after that sudden replacement because Ancaja's has only had a little time left to prepare as the fight is already approaching near.

Just curious here, is anyone from Fernando Martinez's hometown or supporters of him here in this thread? I know a lot of PH boxing enthusiasts here including me but I don't see yet any supporters for Martinez. Don't be shy. Share your sentiments here too. I'm not a supporter of Martinez, I believe he is an Argentinian we don't know how many Argentinians are actively posting in the gambling discussion, I may not be a supporter but I am an admirer I admire a boxer who is well disciplined and talent-laden and I believe Fernando Martinez is a good talent but of course, I support my countryman Ancajas but I always want the best man to win and the game to be fair so I can accept the result, I admire both boxers but Ancajas has my support. Both of them is good for sure and Martinez deserves some credit in defeating Ancajas in his first title chase because that's not an easy thing to do considering that Ancajas has been holding and defending that belt successfully for years and only Martinez was the one who pulled the victory. Anyway, this time there will be no reasons for Ancajas as he will be training for Martinez alone to take back that belt and bring it back in the Philippines.

Maybe they are also on the process or discussion on how to maximize their profits and make the fight bigger than mega-fight as an undisputed fight is really rare to happen in the boxing industry, also, I happen to read somewhere that Spence's camp is asking for Crawford's camp to help Spence sell and market the fight as he couldn't carry all the load even if he is the king of PPV. Don't know if it's really true but both of them should really try to sell the fight even if they know that their fight is much anticipated.
They share the obligation but I'm curious since both fighters are top calibers and their names already have market value. I don't see any needs of selling as in one formal announcement of this possible fight fans will be there to support, especially the gambling industry Exerting more effort into the marketing will help them sell more, more PPV and gate entrance means more money, and probably more sponsorship as well. This is an anticipated fight and it could only happen once, so they have to take this opportunity to make more money. Trash talking and other form of taunting especially on social media is I think enough for them to gather hype for this match, they are big star already and for sure many of their fans would provably watch this fight because for sure many are interested to see on which of them is the more dominant fighter. Provably there are still ongoing negotiation for this fight to happen and maybe there promoter just want more people to talk about this fight so that they can also get huge revenue for this match up. There is already a big hype on this fight, I don't see why it will not be push through by promoters at this point. Even casual fans know both fighter are elite and undefeated, so why need to hype it more in the public? revenue for this match up is already guaranteed. I'm seeing the tickets for the live gate will be a sell out, it's just the matter of PPV as what we have discussed that it's too expensive and because of piracy, the numbers might not be what it is expecting, but still a lot of money for both this fighter. I think the last update regarding this mega-fight in the making was that they are just taking their time finalizing the boxers in the undercards to maximize the profits more. Although there's nothing to worry about the undercards as this undisputed fight between Spence and Crawford will really sell out as the public is already excited about this and it will generate huge revenues that could likely be in the list of biggest revenues generated, but we can't blame them if they want to make sure to maximize the profits because this is a business after all as both promoters pf each camp might not come across fight like these.

One more season with Russell Westbrook and let's see if his inconsistency last season will be changed. Actually, he won't have to put great numbers per game as long as he is consistent in providing good support for the team. In fairness to him, he can play the entire season without even experiencing a minor injury. Still athletic as always and not injury prone. He just needs to find a way to become his former self where he is draining shots consecutibely and has the ability to slash the paint to put up a score + foul.
I don't think he will last a full season with the Lakers if he plays the way he play last season. I know that the blame should not be put on Westbrook's shoulder, but there was a huge expectations from him specially wih how the play with the Wizards the previous season. On that matter, we can't really conclude right away what will happen to Westbrook's performance next season. For me, just give this guy a chance. We can refrain from saying negative speculations for now. And one more thing, we should not put expectations from him as it will just result in disappointment. Lakers fans should now be used to doing that. Wierd how in one year the narrative turns on Westbrook. I know it's a lot of pity stats but he was a one man wrecking ball when he was on okc. Maybe it was just an off year. Dude is a competitor so I wouldn't be surprised if he trained hard this summer and comes out different next year. He could still make a difference because of that experience he obtained throughout the seasons he played, I'm not sure about this but I believe that he was just struggling in having a supporting role of the team as he was used to be the Alpha and the one who make most of the decisions. He sure know by now that he ain't gonna have that role in Lakers because there's Davis and Lebron doing that. For now, let's just sit back and see why Darvin Ham chose to keep him in the roster.

Supporting him is what the team needed to encourage him to continue working with his weight. That particular issue might bring problems with him, but the determination to win back and recover his belt should be a must. Ancajas needs to adjust and exceed from his limitations to take this rematch. He's a known fighter, and he needs to work it out. By any means, he needs to be there and try to beat Martinez with all the collective strategy that his camp collects and executes.
I watched the first fight and I believe Ancajas can take the punches of Martinez but he is a bit slow both in throwing punches and reflexes that is why he was dominated by Martinez. In upclose fight, the one with shorter reach has the advantage because he can fully swing his punches while the one with a larger wingspan needs more time to swing his punches due to the bigger radius. Ancajas must take advantage of his height and reach this time. He must train throwing jobs and straight and move more than engaging in a brawl. He was slow because he got tired, he does not look conditioned in that fight, so this rematch is going to be his last chance to prove that he can still reign in this division. Good thing nowadays that rematch is happening more, especially if the champion losses in a match, so one last chance to get what he thinks he deserves. If Ancajas has problem with meeting the weight limit in his current division, I think he must move up. I'm sure he is considering that as his plan, in case he failed again this time.

the fact that Shiba is indeed known as a meme coin, but that's wrong, because shiba is more than a meme coin, the proof is that there are many good exchanges listing these coins, even coinbase, moreover shiba also has progress on games, this is why shiba is really very good at fundamentals
Well, I guess you are right but people think about this project as a meme coin and a reason why some people don't trust this project. Even though it was listed to all exchanges, reputable or not - it can't erase the history of this project and that meant a lot when it come to choosing a project to invest in. I won't stop people from investing in this project but don't like to hear them screaming and crying because they lose. Indeed, it was a choice and we have the right.

Depending on your perspective in this regard, when we are aware of the current state of trading which is not very good and when we understand how to read movements and do research first before doing this then maybe I will say this as trading because it uses analysis there. But when we can't do analysis and that is done only in guesswork I classify this as gambling because it relies solely on luck.
But as we are going to trade meaning that we are trading, not gambling in general. Well, we can say sometimes we ask for luck in trading but most of all we do analysis to work it well and make ourselves a trader, not like a wild guesser or something like using the crystal ball to see what might happen next. Indeed, trading requires knowledge and skills in order to become profitable and much more we know how to make TA based on the market situation and price chart.

most people have more appreciation for GGG, I don't know if maybe he as a person has more charisma, something they like and want to see him succeed,
Maybe one of the reason why many people are rooting for GGG is the fact that in this fight he doesnt have a win yet. Thus fans are looking forward for him to take down Canelo especially his previous fights (before this) are a victory for him, its like he redeem himself after his loss. And also because some think that he was robbed in the 2 fights. He has not won the last two fights but it was a close one, so now, we have the possible final fight, because if Canelo would still win here, it's going to be over, even if it still has a controversial result. but in boxing not everything is numbers and statistics, it's the real part, real life, and really even though both boxers have failed along their paths, it will be interesting to see this fight.
Thats true. This will be a great fight that we've been waiting for years. Thanks to Canelo losing to Bivol, because if that didn't happen, we might not see this fight.

Lakers is indeed a powerful team so its players should also represent the outstanding performances that the team needs. However, with Westbrook, even if he has not made outstanding performances in the previous games, but I don’t think Lakers will pursue trading Westbrook, instead the team will add more players that bring more asset to the team.
They are not pursuing it because no team is willing to make a trade. That's why they should just forget about it and move on, use Westbrook as one of their key players again and see if this time he would be productive. Maybe it just needs time to adjust and build some chemistry with Lebron and AD for us to see his worth. They should give it a try if this trio could work. Last season, they only played together for 21 games. I think no one could build reliable chemistry if you only played too few games together. If AD and Lebron can stay healthy, maybe they could eventually have chemistry with Westbrook. And who knows, their coach wanted Westbrook to remain, maybe he has something in mind that could make Westbrook fit better with the Lakers. The post above might be the reason why they will be a force in keeping Westbrook. No one is willing to take the guy as how they've seen the performance of this man after leaving OKC, he's been traded multiple times and nothing happens. He is not a valuable asset anymore and with his last performance with the Lakers, he's more on liability than being an asset of the team, maybe yes, the new head coach will try blending him with both AD and LeBron in hope that he can work it out. Okay, let's give them a chance, they now have at least one season to prove that they have the potential to improve their chemistry and possibly win a championship. No more excuses for sure, they have to had a good start which is the opposite of what happen last season.

I think bear or bull will never be over, there is always time we will feel bear or bull, as long as we have the opportunity and money then buying now is the best decision, I'm sure sooner or later the bull will happen soon.
Bear and Bull seasons are having huge differences when compared to normal market conditions. What I mean is that, if we take on look at prices, we can really see a huge gap between them. What we have today is a bearish condition and prices went down too low. And I think we are still on that situation unless the spike will continue moving the price high. I'd still expect this bear season that we currently experiencing will last until the end of this year.

I'd see no reason for this pump but I don't think as well that this will be an indication of the market collapse. The article is just spreading wrong information and is likely just made to create panic. And for doubters, this is absolutely worrying information with them thinking all the way to negative. Are we really heading down? No, in fact, we have been in a market crisis before more than this and crypto still survives, and besides, it is growing. This Dogecoin and Shiba Inu are no way to make it.

Mitchelle had some injury problems but he is not an injury prone player. Mitchell is really a valuable player for the Jazz because they relied their offense mostly on him, that's why Mitchell has the liberty to shoot the ball anytime he wants, and that's make the team suffer during the playoffs. Now, if the Knicks sees him as a big help for their success, they should be willing to risk and give the Jazz demand to acquire Mitchell.

Nice win for Usyk with 2.95 odds. It was a close one because it's a split decision but I believe Usyk deserves to win that match. The rivalry is now officially over and we have no hype opponent for Fury, so let's see if they'll fight soon.

Well, from the point of view of betting, it's something else, but I think that this time Martinez really wants to stand out and from what I've read the boxer has very good technique, at a professional level I'm sure he won't do badly, so I have seen, some give Ancajas the winner, but in my personal opinion Martinez is a clear winner for me, obviously without going through Ancajas's abilities, Martinez is a boxer who for now will be measured with a higher degree of demand, here he can discovering that there is a business model that is impressive, and the statistics are supporting it, I wonder if it goes 3:1 how it will be in less time, will the ratio increase?
On the first fight it was obvious that Martinez was the clear winner, it was not a controversial fight as even the fans of Ancajas believe that Martinez won. Well, we are now in the rematch, I'm just hoping that Ancajas will make the right adjustment so it will not again result in a one sided fight. No debate on that, Ancajas looks exhausted in that fight, so it's time for him to bounce back by winning the fight. I know it's easier said than done but I still believe that Ancajas is capable of doing that, he work his way to become a champion, he would not give up that easily, and winning here means him becoming a champion once again.

I'm still waiting for the announcement if they have already reached an agreement. It's been weeks but still no report from the media. I hope they will reach an agreement soon, perhaps this coming ber months. I don't why Terence Crawford is hard to get regarding the percentage of the money. If I'm Crawford I'll humbly ask 40-60 of the money, beat the shit out of Spence, demand a rematch then appeal for a 70-30 on the contract, ez money.
We have seen the updates already, although not official, but it is a reliable and good source as where the negotiations is heading. It not Terrence Crawford that is trying to 'hard to get', in my opinion it is Spence, because he has 3 belts and he believed he is the A-side, between the two. And all have been speculating that the money split is 60-40 in favor of Spence, and Crawford is ok with that 40. But then again, we might never know that real split until the fight is made, and the numbers goes public. For now, let's leave it like that, the fight could happen in the second or third week of November and Spence getting the biggest share of the pot. The data might not be available, although I reckon that if the venue is on Las Vegas, the Nevada Athletic Commission might release the numbers after the fight, so we will see. But if it's true that Crawford is willing to accepting the 40% and then maybe look for a bigger purse if there is a rematch. There's probably a rematch clause on the contract and it depends on how things turn out in the first fight and the purse split could be very much different from the purse split in their first fight, I just feel it should be 50/50 as they are both champions but Spence having three belts is a big reason why he should have the edge and about the A-side, they are both on the A side but after the fight one of them will not be. Both camps are intelligent enough to include a rematch clause in their deal because this is an undisputed fight and a once in a blue moon mega fight, also a rematch will only be interested to see if the fight will end up in a fair decision but if it's dominated by Spence or Crawford then I think that clause won't be enough to sell the fight big again. I really think that Crawford is already comfortable in his 40% share because of the facts that has been said above and Spence can bring more food to the table. That is a big possibility for them to have a rematch clause and I guess it's good to include it. Right, the rematch could be very much different, purse split, revenue gates and others. And it's just we are thinking what keep the fight? they have the date in November, and with this kind of magnitude, they can get any venue they can get in the America. Last Vegas, Atlantic City anything that has a gambling and huge casino because come fight night there will be a lot of whales who is going to watch and obviously will gamble in any hotel casinos. I think it's not just a big possibility but surely a rematch clause will be included even though they won't release that kind of detail publicly and because this is an undisputed fight and a mega-fight that both camps wouldn't want to miss especially the golden profits they could reap. Also, the rematch would be much different depending on who will have the most belt, so of course that holder will be at the A-side and it might be Spence or Crawford and the purse split will be different too. Either way, we will know soon as for now they haven't made a public announcement yet.

I agree, Kyrie and KD could be gone tomorrow, or they will not be gone at all, and we do not have any idea until it happens. I still think that fully healthy Nets for a whole year could end up being great. Last year, at the start of the season the talks were about Lakers vs Nets finals, with harden instead of Simmons obviously, we all saw the result of that.
Harden has left, Simmons is injured, Kyrie and vaccination etc etc all destroyed Nets, and Lakers having one of the worst years of both AD and Westbrook together caused them to be terrible too. So I am not expecting the thing this year, it is going to be a revenge year for Lakers, and Nets could stay healthy and be a lot better if they stay together.
Well... reading this post came to my mind... could the Nets be different this season and could they become a strong and competitive team to beat the Warriors!!? (or another team???). I mean if both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant reverse their requests to be traded away from Brooklyn, I could see this team being very good with another year under their belts as well as having time to gel with Ben Simmons. But whether they can beat the Warriors or not I’m not too sure. I think if they all play to their fullest abilities and stay healthy, they could..Durant is a top 3 player on the planet and Kyrie is top 10..so that should be enough for them to compete with anyone. I don’t know if that’s going to happen. I suspected they would return and the Nets would go on like the trade requests never happened. However, I just read an article that claimed Durant said that he would rather retire then play another game for the Nets. I guess we’ll see soon enough. With only a couple months left until Durant is expected to suit up, we could have another Ben Simmons situation on our hands. Kevin Durant already cleared the issue and he said that it wasn't true at all and he even don't know why the people keeps on believing a non-reputable sites about his situation and keeps on making story rather than sticking to the facts. So that said, I guess it wasn't really at all, I mean he is not that dumb enough to retire rather than play for the Nets this coming season because that would really mean that his career would be over and he will be remembered as a great player but a big headed. Surely he doesn't want that. Ya, I saw the tweet he made where he was calling that rumor BS. That was the first time I saw KD suggesting that he may return to the Nets this upcoming season. With no movement on Kyrie and Ben Simmons being a total mystery, it's starting to look like the Nets may have a big 3 come the start of the season. I do like that Vegas bumped up the odds for Phoenix to get KD, making Phoenix and Boston tied for likely destinations for Durant. I think it would be a horrible move for either team to trade for him as far as their future goes, but it would be one hell of an exciting season for whoever gets him. Maybe because Durant knew that his chances to be traded before the season starts is now much slimmer compared to the day when he first expressed his agenda that he wanted to be traded for Heat or Suns, Simmons on the other hand will be wearing the same jersey but I hope that this time, he already solved his mental issues because he needed to play for the team if he still wanted to be an NBA player.
