Looking at how this coin launched, how people reacted to it, and how nobody is mining it, I am truly surprised this coin even made to an exchange.
2162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BTCtalkcoin [BCC] - Pure POS - Multipool Ready! - AirDrop Coming Soon on: May 16, 2014, 05:45:40 PM
i had not got your coin
can you tell me a reason
if i cannot get your coin  i think i should delete the wallet easily
thx

Just wait for the airdrop and stop being a problem-child. Read the OP and airdrop time for a change.
And if you don't care about the coin other than the airdrop, you could always delete the wallet, nobody will miss you.
2163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SCC]Soccercoin Has already launch! on: May 16, 2014, 05:42:23 PM
The coin is doomed and still lots of newbies claim this is the bets coin Smiley))

I am starting to think they're mostly bots or dev's puppet accounts.

Those with low activity (1-20) are bots , i was referring to the genuine stupid posters Smiley

If any real person is genuinely interested in this coin, I can sell 50k SCC right now. Anybody interested, make me an offer.
2164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BTCtalkcoin [BCC] - Pure POS - Multipool Ready! - AirDrop Coming Soon on: May 16, 2014, 04:46:28 PM
I have updated to latest wallet v1.5.0.0 but the wallet is stuck on block 12547, does not sync further.
Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Edit: works fine now.

2166  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: whom you are supporting LS election! on: May 16, 2014, 10:26:29 AM
Do You really think , India will change in coming period ?

now BJP won with full Mandate so it will boost them so they can do anything for betterment of India if they want. but we need to just wait and watch.

I was thinking the same. They can take imp decisions without fear of losing support from allies. But only time will tell how they utilize their power.

2169  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: The Unofficial Official Cricket Thread on: May 16, 2014, 08:37:34 AM
Now 3 teams are confirmed for play offs so which one is fourth in your view because 3 are in hunt for this and I am going with RCB they can do magic

I want KKR will qualify for play offs.
They have good chance for this but RCB is also very strong contender for this spot and their all players doing some good now

I can see KXIP and CSK making it to the finals and KXIP taking the trophy away.
2170  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any one heard about www.igot.com on: May 16, 2014, 08:35:51 AM
Looks interesting, especially you can deposit money via bank deposit via various banks.

One question though:
How much fees do you levy when I send money through online bank transfer (for example HDFC Bank, India).
they will add the complete amount to your igot account INR deposit.

Thanks for clarifying. I asked because other exchanges charge fees. For example if I transfer $500 to BitStamp, my account will have $485 and BitStamp will take $15.

If iGot does not charge that fee, it would be nice. I'd like to hear confirmation from OP though.

99,99% of miners are BOYs and boys want to dig mine GIRLs. I see, right?

Grin  So how many GIRLs have you banged mined so far?  Grin
2172  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Would it still be profitable if bitcoin goes down to $1 a bitcoin? on: May 16, 2014, 08:00:19 AM
If bitcoins were $1:  I could either pay the electric company $10 a day to run my miners to generate 0.09 btc per day or just buy 10 btc for $10.

I could have 10 bitcoins by buying or 0.09 bitcoins by mining.  Of course, the obvious choice is buying.

At $1 price, many miners would have turned off their rigs and the difficulty would drop, so you'd make much more BTC than 0.09 by mining.

great job of unnecessarily exploiting a different angle.  If there was a reason to mine rather than buy at $1, then the difficulty would go back up and therefore this whole made-up scenario is senseless; as it always was.

I could argue that you're trying to be rude, but I'd rather continue the discussion in a sane manner.

Some people prefer mining over trading. Maybe not you but some do. They don't want to go through all that KYC bullshit. They also don't trust exchanges with their BTC, you don't know when you can be Goxed. Mining keeps your BTC with you without being seen by government.
2173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NORTH KOREA COIN (KOR)- New Pool - WINNER of C-CEx Listing on: May 16, 2014, 07:53:46 AM
Where can I buy some ??

Vote for North Korea Coin on C-cex >> https://c-cex.com/?id=vote

The Dear Leader decree that North Korea Coin will be listed within 3 days and you will be able to buy some on the exchange.

'will be able to buy'?

You HAVE TO BUY or else you will be executed and fed to the dogs Grin

2176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BCN] Voting for the new logo on: May 16, 2014, 04:46:48 AM
I present new BCN logo!

pipipipopopo, PM me or DStrange! You won 2,500,000 BCN, congratulations! Cheesy

I like the new logo, I voted for the same. But does this poll have significant influence over the dev decisions? Are we sure they'll consider this community decision and will use this logo?
2177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BCN] Logo contest. Huge reward! on: May 16, 2014, 04:44:52 AM

1. I have asked my friend why he had started mining BCN last year. He said only "some services are cheaper for bytecoin community members".

2. Next step of my own investigation: I opened blockchain.bin with Far Manager and found that:

... drments can't hope to control movements and communications of citizens; borders are transparent is from the Cyphernomicon  I googled it Grin

Nice find, mate! I wonder how many ore messages may come up if we read through the entire thing.

4 people voted for Internet 'Exploder'. I wonder how they even ended up on this forum  Tongue
Its not that bad :p don't forget you use IE explorer to download Firefox or Chrome [if you already don't have it] , if it can do that for you it surely can take you to this forum..!

Sure it can. It is a smart browser. I recently formatted one of my machines. Then I fired up IE and it immediately asked me which browser I wanted to download - FF or Chrome?

/end of joke

Tongue

/end of recycled joke
