I think it can be worth it as long as you never tried to loan without a collateral. though giving a small loan to a trusted member that can prove their ownership of the said account can be worth it as well.

potential senior member means that the account have posted in at least 18 two-week periods but have not reached it's maximum activity yet, which is 18x14=252 activity. so a Full Member account with Sr Member potential should be able to reach 252 activity without needing to wait for another two-week periods. Thanks. My idea is correct but Im confused since MadeinCoin's account was registered on February 12, 2015 . How it can possible to became a Sr. Member? I just posted the answer right before you asked.  normally we'll have to see the post history to see the potential activity but that account's activity stays at 168 after he posted several times so it is pretty obvious. |

theymos is the main man entrusted with bitcointalk.org by our leader Satoshi. He runs this forum & supposedly plans a major upgrade which he has received millions worth of dollars in bitcoin in forum donations but has yet to do so.
I happen to believe he is trustworthy from what I've read but I've had no dealings with him personally.
I keep hearing this, but I never found anything that seemed to indicate that satoshi entrusted the forum to theymos. if anyone can give me a link to some post or whatever I'll be grateful. |

Because you can't prevent people from selling accounts all you can do is pretend it doesn't happen and suffer more from your expectations being violated by reality.
pretending it doesn't happen will only leads to more harm than good. just exercise caution and always use escrow when dealing with anyone. |

At the moment I'm using faucets, but the value is very low. Once you have more post will go into a Signature Campaign for it is much more profitable than the faucets.
