it's a signed message from their official address stating that all btc sent to generated address will be forwarded to your address. but if you don't know that it means you didn't downloaded it. you should always download AND verify it before sending any btc. You don't really think that any such website sends out anything close to some sort of a "letter of guarantee", do you? what do you mean? I know they generate a unique letter for every transaction. |

I understand that, what I meant about trust is when do the number of trust vouches make your feedback numbers turn color?
5-14 trust point = light green.
15+ trust point = dark green.
note that trust point is different from feedback. read this.whoops late. light green at 5, dark green at 10 IIRC.

why? self-moderated threads is only useful for deleting posts. and 1 person should be enough for that. Why is there a self-moderated thread in the first place  Every single experience I had with it wasn't good. it have plenty of uses. to stop trolling, spam, derails, flame wars, etc. some people just delete every replies once they are finished with the thread though. |

His post quality is low, however is not spam. He is most likely trying to get all the posts he need for his signature campaign. While this can come up as annoying for some users, it's fine even if poor practice.
OP can go check the signature campaign's rules to see if posting that way is not respecting the minimum post quality and then report it to the Campaign Manager, but unless OP is on a personal grudge, i would avoid this witchhunt.
those posts won't get counted because that signature campaign already ended. so in the end the dude spammed for nothing. from what I've seen, posts like that won't get you perma-banned. so the only way to get them to stop is to let badbear or theymos know (via the report button or PM) as they are the only people who can temp-ban. edit: he said he got paid. but I doubt it's true. it's not even wednesday. |

If you've modded other forums, as you say you have, you would know that asking like this doesn't work. In fact, I would say it lowers your chances.
