This is, what i got with 20 miners @ 850mhz, Scripta & RaspPi. Not that bad i think.

not bad at all... has that been consistent? My hashrate graphs are like jagged shark teeth, even with the RPi

That's intense.

I second that. 2.1 fits way better!
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: The Official LighteningAsic/GridSeed 5 Chip Setup Guide by UnicornHasher on: March 06, 2014, 11:25:17 PM
Did that. Then 2 or 3 will start. I had 5 going first as a test before I got the other 14 wired up. Maybe there is an issue trying to do so many in cgminer.

i had 10 wired up and it starts right up... hows your hub being powered? also hows your raspi being powered? usually when it detects and it doesn't is a clear indication of underpowered ports...

On Raspberry Pi: you gotta add --scrypt at the end

Code:
git clone  https://github.com/dtbartle/cgminer-gc3355.git

cd cgminer-gc3355

./configure CFLAGS="-O3" --enable-scrypt --enable-gridseed

make

./cgminer --gridseed-options=baud=115200,freq=900,chips=5,modules=1,usefifo=0,btc=16 --hotplug=0 -o stratum+tcp://usa-1.liteguardian.com:3335 -u user -p x --scrypt
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: The Official LighteningAsic/GridSeed 5 Chip Setup Guide by UnicornHasher on: March 06, 2014, 05:18:29 PM
running at 900mhz on cgminer for a few hours now.. really stable

getting about 385 kh/s

getting the same and more at 850MHz in cpuminer ... ;p

Don't think you can correctly read the hashrate on the pool side... my poolside is always higher and fluctuates.. i think cgminer does a pretty good job in reading actual hashrate vs shares accepted

Wondering how Jack is going to distribute the new firmware? I hope its not going to be mailing back controllers, because that is ridiculous!~

According to the info i got from him, that's EXACTLY what's going to happen.
All buyers of a kit with the original TP Link get 1 free V2 controller from him..
Not quite what i was hoping though, who's to say we don't need a V3 in a month?
I rather had they fixed the old or AT least update to a more stable version/hash while we all wait for replacements..
I currently only get 2,5-3,8Mhs with the LA6M kit because stability issues..

If i would have a firmware that would at least stabilize my profits a bit.. That would be great.

Well at least we are getting it for free i guess...

Have you tried a different pool? for some reason my miners drop every 40 minutes on LTCRABBIT, hourly on scryptguild, and other coin switching pools... I am now currently mining on liteguardian, and its been rock stable for the past 5 hours, not one drop. ( I am using the TP-Link Controllers )

Is there a way to use a regular power supply like this one - http://www.ebay.com/itm/400633139181?var=670187426663&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Or must I necessarily mess with the wires?

yep that works
235  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: SCRYPT ASIC miner ready. BTC+LTC ASIC miner, LA1THS stock ready now. on: March 05, 2014, 08:14:07 PM
good news.

1, LA3M usd2400+ usd150 for dhl. LA6M USd4800+usd300 for dhl.
2, stable controller firmware ready. all new order will be shipped with new controller. scrypt speed will be 3.7-3.8mhs/la3m.
3, all shipment will be 2-7days.
4, web store will be online this week. more easy to place order and track it.

Almost going on 3 weeks with 3 DEAD miners, PLEASE replace them ASAP stop stalling.

are you sure they are dead? I noticed that when i got my units, a few of them didn't power on. Then it seems by turning the barrel plugs around a few times, it made contact and started right away. I guess there is some dirt or rust on the contact points? or do they just don't power on even when just connected to USB connection?

What cables are you using for the power cables?  Did they come with cables from the factory?

The miners came with these cables, the ones i am selling. I made my own ATX cables, so these will no longer be needed
