221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency? on: September 30, 2017, 02:12:31 PM
Bitcoin as official currency in a country? I think no. I would agree if Bitcoin would be a worldwide currency where everyone can use it, but if it is an official currency of a country, that may be hard because bitcoin is unstable. If bitcoin will be converted in our local currency that would be alright for me, because I convert my earned bitcoins regularly.
222  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: September 30, 2017, 02:02:23 PM
Yes bitcoin is really not gambling. Those people who say it is gambling does not really know about bitcoin, which is a wrong perception about bitcoin. Actually when I first heard of bitcoin, I also thought that bitcoin is just about gambling so I don't show any interest to it. Now, I have known bitcoin and have discovered that bitcoin is not gambling.
223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: September 22, 2017, 08:12:28 PM
Bitcoin is the future of money, or so they say.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

People should use bitcoin because there is a high possibility that it will be a worldwide currency and it will be used by all the countries and it will be the money of the world. As early as now, they should know about it so that they are familiar with different terms and understand what bitcoin does. Also, if people will know about bitcoin, they will be interested in earning it and investing in it.
224  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: September 22, 2017, 08:05:57 PM
I really don't think so. If bitcoin is for those who are educated only, then it would be ironic to say that it is for everyone, which is true because it can be accessed by anyone. There will be a discrimination and it is not right to imply it here on a cryptocurrency, or even anywhere. Everyone started from nothing in learning bitcoin so no one should boast about their knowledge about it.
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: September 22, 2017, 07:53:09 PM
When I have my interest with bitcoin, I did not make an account immediately, but I started reading in different threads. It was actually funny because I did not understand topics in Bitcoin Discussion, so I went to Beginners and Help. Then that's where I started discovering about bitcoin and slowly I understand the different terms that I haven't heard since. I have asked my classmates how did they earn just by posting what, but still didn't understood it. My classmate gave a whitepaper to translate, and that is the very first service I have done to bitcoin. It was tiring but I managed to be awake inside classes. Then I have made an account and my classmate gave a link and opened it, it is about joining a signature campaign, and that's where I started earning bitcoins. Little by little but it is a great start for me.
226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest In Bitcoin? on: September 22, 2017, 07:12:47 PM
I think you should invest in bitcoin, because it has a greater possibility that your bitcoin would be bigger. Of course, investing will be a great risk here in bitcoin. Of course, you should first entrust smaller amount of bitcoin, and try to check if it works for you. It is still up to you if you want to invest in bitcoin.
227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: September 22, 2017, 07:06:05 PM
who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it. Sad I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime.
That is sad for you, it would have been a big regret. But think of it that still, you have known it and use it now, so you just need to continue what you are doing with bitcoins today so that you can have  more chamces in different things. I have discovered bitcoin just this year, and I'm doing my best to not waste the opportunity that has given to me.
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is bitcoin on: September 22, 2017, 06:59:52 PM
What do you say when asked this question from a friend who has only heard its name mentioned a few times in the news and has no clue. I find myself lately taking the easy way out and suggesting google. I would prefer to give a clearer answer, but usually saying something leads to more questions and more confusion.
If someone could point me to a twitter type answer that would inform and twig their curiosity, i think it would be a better outcome.
As said by the one who taught me to go bitcoin, if someone will ask me if what is bitcoin I should reply that it is more about trading, which actually is true. There are different companies here who are promoting their project or products through bitcoin, and there are many cryptocurrencies, altcoins that afr offering a job for the promotion of it.
229  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: September 22, 2017, 06:50:25 PM
I think bitcoin's value will be greater in 5 years and more people are engaged with bitcoin. Also, I think many countries have been regulated bitcoin in their country and more companies and shops are accepting bitcoins as payment. Bitcoin can be improved within 5 years and can be developed more by different experts in here.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: September 22, 2017, 06:45:07 PM
For me, Bitcoin has many advantages, one advantage is it gives to the individual money to sustain the basic needs, It also reduce the increasing number of unemployed in some countries, The people who work in bitcoin develops the ability to reason out, enhanced the English proficiency, that's the some advantage of bitcoin.
I'll agree with these advantages; it really gives employment to those people who are not working, and make bitcoin a source of living.  Adding to those advantages, I wanted to add that using bitcoins is easier than paper money for me, because in bitcoins, there are easier transactions and it is not hassle because you can process it online. Also, it improves the way we communicate with each other.
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, is it worth spending time collecting it? on: September 22, 2017, 06:39:05 PM
Is it worth spending time to collect Bitcoin rather than having a daily job? What I mean is that can bitcoin be more economical? Has it ever happened that people lose their investment value rather than benefit from spending it on bitcoin?
As a student, I think it is worth spending bitcoin time to collect bitcoin, of course. But having a traditional job while using bitcoins is better because you are also relying in the possibility of bitcoin to give you something that is worth it. If bitcoin will be regulated, then it will be more economical to use, and can be helpful in the developmemt of the country in terms of economy.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: September 22, 2017, 06:15:53 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
I will agree with this, and I believe that if this was regulated by the government, then there will be more users of bitcoin that will use this (bitcoin) as their source of income. Earning bitcoins is as easy as posting, because you just need to find a good paying sognature campaign and just be updated with the spreadsheet. Also, you have to be patient in doing so.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Should I Choose Bitcoin ?? on: September 21, 2017, 06:45:39 PM
Why Should I Choose Bitcoin ??
It's the first question one should face while starting to deal in bitcoins and answer this will satisfies you to choose bitcoin over others. Some of the benefits that Bitcoin have over other includes :

1-Quick transactions – Bitcoin is transferred quickly over the Internet.
2-No expenses/low charges – Unlike credit cards, Bitcoin can be utilized for nothing or low costs.. This enhances revenues margins deals.
3-International installments – Bitcoin is used all over the globe; e-commerce sellers and service suppliers can easily agree to take international payments. Which uncovered new potential commercial centers for them.
4-Information is secure – As we have seen with late hacks on general retailers’ disbursement processing systems, the Internet is not generally a secure place for private information. With Bitcoin, clients don’t surrender private data.
5-Much More Easier – Bitcoin is Much more easier rather than we think.Means to say It’s Much more easier than transfering a Payment from bank account From bitcoin you can even transfer a Payment in few clicks even While listening songs.
-Hope this will help you in believing Bitcoins !
Thank you for these points and these are actually helpful for those people who are only starting and also for those who want to convince other people to use bitcoin. Like what others had said, we can also add the pount of decentralization of bitcoin. All in all this thread should be known by users who do not know how to share bitcoin with other people.
234  Economy / Economics / Re: Central of the Philippines Recognizes Bitcoin on: September 21, 2017, 06:33:17 PM
This would be a great news for Filipino bitcoin users. If this will be given more focus by the government, then the transactions here in the country will be easier and if this will be regulated by the government, then many citizens in the country will use bitcoins, and there's a possibility that many will find a source of income in bitcoin forum.
235  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: September 21, 2017, 06:25:05 PM
As of right now, the bitcoin price is expected to keep going up in the next 20 years. But can it last that long? I believe it's possible. But can't it crash at a random time? Like the price going down hard.
As long there are many users of bitcoin, it will not end. As long as there are different moderators and administrators of this, it will not end, for me. If there will be a problem in tha value of bitcoin rising and falling, I think it is inevitable because that is one of the features of bitcoin. As users we just need to continue the support of this so that it will not die.
236  Economy / Economics / Re: So, you want to be rich? All of you ? on: September 21, 2017, 06:13:43 PM
In reality, I think not all people would want to be rich. I, myself, don't want to be rich, rather, I want to have the enough money to sustain daily needs of the family and have our own house. With that, I would be contented with my life and I don't want to hold many money in the future for I don't know how to handle it. So if will get to have my income that is enough for us, I will use it for our needs and save some part of it for the dream house of our family.
237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Being Unemployed Drives People to go to Bitcoin on: September 21, 2017, 05:44:37 PM
This is true. Bitcoin really can help unemployed people to go and use bitcoin for their source of income. At first you really need to be patient and sacrifice some of your efforts but it is worth at the end, one living testimony is the one you shared about your sister. If these people will know bitcoin, then they would not have to be worried in their expenses everyday, and they can even save bitcoins for future purposes.
238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: September 21, 2017, 05:35:29 PM
For me, bitcoin is an online currency that may possibly be used by the whole world in the near future, and this online currency will make most of the people using it will be rich and will have a stable source of income. Unemployed people can rely on this type of service especially if they are into internet. Also, shopping or buying something through bitcoins will be a lot easier for consumers and owners of business.

240  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: September 16, 2017, 08:00:47 AM
To grow the adoption of bitcoin we need people spending it as a daily currency.
In my country there is not much I cant buy with bitcoins.
Granted not a lot of retailers accept BTC yet but with all the services available now they dont need to.
A bitcoin debit card can be very handy.

Nowadays if I need to pay a bill then I can pay any bill via a site called livingroomofsatoshi

Please list any reasons why you could not use bitcoin for day to day expenses and maybe we can find a way.

Actually, when I have received bitcoins in my job, I convert them in my local currency and spend it in my daily expenses. But of course I will first give some for my parents to help them in our daily expenses also. Having bitcoins is really helpful for me because I tend to spemd them on my needs and sooner, wants and no longer ask for my parents money for something.
