221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you having a great time? on: April 01, 2018, 02:09:27 AM
During the first week of the dip, i was kind of enjoying and trying to buy some coins cheaply (so I thought), but when the dip continues and the coins I bought dropped some, I started to regret buying early. But at the moment I am already worried since the price has not yet returned and looks like the crypto are in a struggle.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Just RELAX, it will be OK! on: March 31, 2018, 02:53:59 AM
Why are people panic selling right now? Scared of a little regulation? That is bull! G20? All they might do is AML prevention. If you are not laundering money, nothing will happen to you!! And we don't want money launders in our midst anyway! Chillax, it will be OK!

Most of the sellers really based their decision on emotions, which is a big no in investing in cryptocurrency. The current dip in prices which took more or less a month is really terrifying especially if you have invested in not so sure altcoins, but even bitcoin and ethereum investors could still be worried with it. Its really easy just to say relax, but you cant help worry.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: March 31, 2018, 02:37:00 AM
My friend just told me recently that he is leaving the bounty that we both joined last January. The ICO has been delayed many times and it is getting longer. He said that the longer the bounty period of an ICO, the fewer the coins that you will earn. So it is true based from your experience? Should I also leave or stay?

It depends really. If all of the participants do not quit and from time to time there are new participants, of course the share of the tokens will be divided into many shares so mot probably each participant will get less payment. But sometimes, as the campaign gets longer, some would quit resulting disqualification therefore the remaining participants will get more share.
224  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / No hope for ranking up. on: March 30, 2018, 11:54:16 AM
When the merit system came into operation, I did not really see kung gaano pala talaga kahirap makakuha ng merit. Ngayun I tried to scan the forum for possible ways to earn merit, but mostly are ineffective tips lang. Tapos I realized na ma stucked up na yata ako sa rank ko kasi base sa rules, kailangan ko pang 100 more merits para mag rank-up. At kahit gaano pa ka ganda ng quality ng post mo does not really assure you na may magbigay ng merit sa yo. I think I'll be a Full Member forever.

How about you mga kabayan, sa tingin nyu may pag-asa pa kaya tay mag-rank up?
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trade with alt ? on: March 30, 2018, 03:27:35 AM
Why alt coins are good for trade ? why not bitcoin ?

I think altcoins are better to trade than bitcoin because they are much cheaper and some has lots of potential of going higher price. Some altcoins especially if you buy from ICO can give you a big ROI if it succeed.
226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a mode of payment on: March 30, 2018, 03:21:25 AM
Just wondering, who is accumulating Bitcoin via using it as a method of being paid, so instead of being paid in dollars or any other amount you ask client to pay you via Bitcoin especially merchants and freelancers. I think it is cool to be paid via Bitcoin because it appreciates so its like you can earn twice if you sell high.

I think this will do just fine but it really depends on what kind of business you are in. Because of the delay of confirmations in bitcoin transactions, payment in bitcoin will be hard. I think other altcoins will likely be more efficient than bitcoin.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I do not believe ico anymore on: March 30, 2018, 03:15:38 AM
i invested in 3 ico but they all make me uprooted.
1. ATFS
2. BEZOP
3. LEDU
and i think this ico causes bitcoin and etherium prices to drop.never trust again to ico.

Its so sad but I feel you on this. Because of the currrent emergence of so many failure/scamming ICO, I think this give negative effects on the prices of cryptocurrencies. That is why I was never into investing in ICO reading so many things here about an ICO being a scam of just failed.
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/ on: March 30, 2018, 03:10:45 AM
i have 0.5 btc on my hand
but the problem is btc is falling day by day
its hits me in my heart like a spike
cs i buy this btc on 12000$
now im in loss of 5000$
it has fall onto 7000$
what shoud i do?
should i keep it???

If you dont need your money right away, just hold it until it goes up again. Anyway, investing in bitcoin is profitable if you are holding for long term so dips like this should not worry you. I have even invested in eth and look at it now, never in my like I thought it will reach this low after the years, but Im confident it will return to high price.
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: March 30, 2018, 03:05:23 AM
Hello,

I'm still learning about crypto currencies and willing to buy some bitcoins. Is it good time to buy?

Thanks

Well you're in luck. Todays dip in all cryptocurrency is the best time to invest in bitcoin and altcoins. I'm not saying that this will not go down further but the cheap price at the moment is already too great to miss. Bad new for those who have bought when the price is high though, not knowing that it will drop this month.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hitbtc unrealistic deposit and withdrawal fees on: March 29, 2018, 01:50:24 PM
Yes, very disappointing trading in hitbtc especially when you are only trading little amount of altcoins, you'd lose almost half with jut the deposit and withdrawal. I have been a trader in hitbtc last year but last week I was frustrated buy my trade (with a small amount of altcoins), so much was paid for a small transaction.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: hold or sell? help me on: March 29, 2018, 01:43:00 PM
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice  Sad Sad

It depends on your altcoin. Research and ask experts if you have know some if your altcoin is not one of those which are going to die. With the current month long dip of coins, promising coins will still get back up when this is all over, but surely not all altcoins will. So know your altcoin, before you decide what to do with it.
232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN BITCOIN on: March 24, 2018, 03:07:58 PM
Bitcoin could become illegal in all countries that bans child pornography after discovering this: https://www.sciencealert.com/bitcoin-illegal-almost-everywhere-after-shocking-blockchain-discovery-child-pornography

What can you say about it?

This is some alarming article if this news is really true. I'm not that worried about some pornography and other photos inserted into the blockchain but how about destructive malwares and viruses secretly stored into your most valuable vault disaster waiting. If everyone has bitcoin worldwide (assuming it will become the next currency), who knows what happens is some nasty malware is inserted in all computers without the owner knowing. Hopefully they'll find some solution in filtering perhaps the blockchain.
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: March 22, 2018, 12:38:51 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks

I'm not really advising that because we all know that cryptocurrency is very unstable and any minute your coins worth millions could be reduce to half any moment. So I suggest you keep your job and quit only when you think your money (from bitcoin earning) is enough for your whole lifetime of luxury.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How dare ETH to scramble for position with BTC? on: March 22, 2018, 12:18:56 PM
Yes there a lot of speculation that ethereum could replace in 2-3 years or less because as I've read, eth has technological superiority. But being the first digital currency there is, and with its privileges, like if bitcoin is crashing down so are the other altcoins including ethereum. So I don't really see eth replacing bit, maybe second place I'd agree.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of investor are you? on: March 22, 2018, 12:09:51 PM
Im not shy about being a noob here. Even when bitcoin started way back in 2009 or before that, I just participated in crypto about 6 months ago when I was told about it. But after learning a lot here in bitcointalk, my wish is really to become a day trader partially and a holder. Just waiting till I get enough funds for investment though.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did ETH changed crypto world? on: March 22, 2018, 07:43:27 AM
I would say eth has also gave a big part in cryptoworld and the clear example of that is the many emerging erc20 altcoins today. Planning on ICO is no big joke and definitely a lot of expenses, that is why the foundation of your coin should be stable and strong, this should be the reason why projects choose erc20.
237  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price < $3000 soon on: March 22, 2018, 07:09:47 AM
Bitcoin will drop to $3000 soon, trust me

Really? Well Im not really sure anyone can predict something like that because if they can, they'd be rich. But, still Im not really seeing this would come to this low price, even now bitcoin is still up even with its crisis, however if it will really get to $3k, then good for me, I'd buy more.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All coins are now dying, what do you think? on: March 22, 2018, 07:02:56 AM
The entire market is in the red. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?

Well not anyone can lose any money if they are just waiting patiently until they will come back up. Reds in the market are just temporary, so if you just wait until they are going to rise up or for longer, 2 years or more, definitely you can earn a fortune.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: March 22, 2018, 07:00:14 AM
Yes Im still supporting ethereum especially at the moment the the current price is down. Actually, half of my investment are in eth right now, have so much faith in this altcoin and hoping that it will still grow more after being down  for a while.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like airdrops? on: March 21, 2018, 05:45:21 AM
As much as I can, I tried to participate in airdrops because aside from its free, some of these coins are also promising. And since you can't join in multiple signature campaigns, airdrops are another ways of earning coins/tokens while you are hooked in a campaign. Also, I have really earned from airdrops, in fact my first income when I was still a newbie is from airdrop.
