Yeah, I also found that project on your mentioned website. But I don't have more knowledge about BANKERA.Can you explain about BANKERA?

In simple terms, BANKERA is a bank on the blockchain offering payment accounts with payment services in both fiat and cryptocurrencies; other banling services such as deposits, loans and investments. Bankera provides the best free Bitcoin/Altcoin wallet (SpectroCoin) for payments through multiple fiat and crypto channels. You may sign up for your free wallet here: https://spectrocoin.com/en/signup.html?referralId=5531176

Every new blockchain project has the ambition to "change the world" but no project has achieved this goal so far.I`m not impressed by any of these projects and i can`t see anything revolutionary. It`s the same old idea about "blockchain banking" or the other old idea for "tokenizing" real assets.I think that creating more and more altcoins and tokens makes the cryptocurrency jungle even more confusing for the "average Joe".
We should keep things simple so more people could understand the project consepts and join.

Though, blockchain projects have been around for quite some time without bringing about much utility value aside from their basic uses as means of exchange and store of value. But you will agree with me that Ethereum and other smart contract platforms that have given rise to these new "revolutionary" projects are relatively new adaptations of the blockchahn. These projects are actually the forerunners of blockchain driven innovations and most of them are still in beta or early stages of adoption. We will begin to see the impact of some of these projects from the 2nd quater of 2018.

Good that you have posted about these innovative projects. I would have appreciated more if you had posted the offocial links for other projects also

My apologies for skrpping that. OK, here are the official links to the other projects:

ELECTRONEUM. https://my.electroneum.com/
Note that the ETN crowdsale is now over, but the coin is listed on Cryptopia and currently selling for about 2x the ICO price having fallen about 10x after a faild launch on Nov. 1 due to security concerns. The dev is now fixing things up and the project promises to be the next coin for mass adoption and looking forward to a great future after the planned re-launch in the first or second week of December.

BANKERA.  https://bankera.com

BANKEX. https://bankex.com
The Bankex project is hot, even Vitalik Buterin is twitting about it.

224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about PlexCoin? on: November 20, 2017, 04:37:37 AM
Looks like the site's down again. That ain't a good sign...

Any news regarding PLEX being distributed/put on exchanges? Really holding out hope for this one, but at the very least, hoping for a refund would be great.

Anyone have some inside information? <3

Plex sent out mails recently informing ICO contributors that they are done with their To Do list and ready for launch. No new update. Concerning distribution of Plex, the coin is already live and transferable from your plex web wallet, and you are now able to move Plex to your preferred ECR20 wallet

Oh cool, I wasn't aware of that. At least we actually have our hands on the tokens now. Or, we would if the site worked, right?

Probably a dumb question, but is Plex's ticker "PLX"? Meaning it's already tradeable on EtherDelta? If so, the price ain't lookin' so hot. Hoping that once we see it on an exchange, people will be less inclined to dump.. But that'll be up to the devs I guess. Here's hopin' things turn out well.

No, the ticker isn't PLX. It is "PLEX" for Plexcoin.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about PlexCoin? on: November 19, 2017, 03:33:11 PM
I just found out, and it seems to be quite interesting, but if to start investing, then I see the progress first. if this is potentially good, I would definitely invest.

I will advise you hold on until the coin is successfully launched on a major exchange. There is so much scam cry around this coin and they are yet to come out clean on that. I invested in the ICO and my fund seems to be stuck due to the inconclusive state of the project, and I can only hope that they somehow launch on the market.

227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / WISHFINANCE: SMALL BUSINESS LENDING PLATFORM ON THE BLOCKCHAIN on: November 19, 2017, 12:04:51 PM
In most developing economies raising funds for SME start-ups comes with the double burdens of a crunching high interest rates on business loans and the crippling beaurucratic proccesses involved in accessing such loans or fundings where they exist. This is owing to the fact that most developing countries – particularly in Africa – lacks strong financial institutions and responsive governance needed to create an enabling financial ecosystem that promotes ease of access to affordable business loans for SMEs. However, one important factor that is being overlooked but can be harnessed into a sustainable funding source is the collective resource of the people – the shere power of numbers, crowdpower or what ever one may choose to call it.

It is simple knowledge that when we leverage on numbers enormous or intricate tasks becomes simplified. This is why the blockchain is such a  tremendeous force in the financial services world today– helping businesses raise millions of dollars through ICOs for start-ups by connecting people and colating their individual micro funds into a mega fund. It is therefore reasonable to say that blockchain technology can provide a sustainable and practical solution for SME financing in developing economies by powering platforms where entrepreneurs can leverage on crowdpower to raise start-up funds under flexible arrangements governed by immutable smart contracts. And this is where WISHFINANCE comes in.

WISHFINANCE is a smart contract project which aims to be a global lending platform targeting SMEs mainly. The project which can be found at  https://wishfinance.com will not only provide fast, efficient, and convinient lending services to small businesses around the globe but also provides a rewarding investment opportunity to investors who will profit over time by lending their WISH tokens to entrepreneurs. Businesses the world over, particularly SMEs can now have easy access to affordable loans whether for start-ups or business financing. WISHFINANCE is by my estimation one of the most important projects in the history of ICOs because of the huge impact it have on the global economy. It will certainly stimulate economic activities to create more jobs and raise global living standards.

This project is definitely a game changer and will turn nut a huge success in the very near future. Business loan opportunities for start-ups and small businesses are hard to come by particularly in developing countries. WISHFINANCE opens a new world of possibilities to entrepreneurs around the globe and it could be the panacea to poverty reduction globally.

One of the unique qualities of the WISHFINANCE project is that the WISH token has both utility and investment features. WISH will be the access token for portfolio managers and as well an investment instrument for holders of the coin as the exchange value is expected to appreciate reasonably over time.

Presently the WISHFINANCE project is in the ICO pre-sale stage and the willing investors can buy the WISH tokens at a discounted price. To learn more about the WISHFINANCE project simply visit the ICO ANN thread at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2233216.0 or the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/wishfinance/
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: GOLD Reward [GRX] - Gamification, Lending and Analytics API on: November 18, 2017, 11:27:09 AM
My case is this: I contributed ether to the contract address for the GRX Round 3 ICO and the transaction was successful as indicated by Etherscan report. I did not get any emails from GoldReward comfirming my transaction and as I write I have not received my  tokens nor the refund. Worst still, GoldReward is not responding to my many support emails. What could have gone wrong and what should I do?
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you use BTC as a digital currency for paying online ? on: November 18, 2017, 09:53:38 AM
I don't get it when people talk about bitcoin being accepted or not in a country. I think it is important to note that bitcnin is virtual and is only used in virtual space which spans beyond the physical borders of any country. So it can be used in any country fro any location and that possibility lies with the transacting parties only. In my country many online merchants accepts bitcoin, but that doesn't make bitcoin legal or the transactions illegal here. If the acceptance or legality of bitcoin is here misconstrued to mean official adoption by a country then I am afraid bitcoin is not legal any where in the world and may never be since no country would want to accomodte 2 legal tenders

BlockMason recognizes the need for low cost and easy to use marketplaces where Credit Protocol token holders can buy tokens if they find they need more for their projects and sell excess when they are oversupplied. Recognizing this need, BlockMason would like to support efforts to get the token listed on additional secondary markets. We hope these listings will make it easier, more secure and cheaper to acquire the tokens you need for your projects or to sell unneeded tokens.

We will update everyone as soon as we have more news on exchanges.

BlockMason,

Does that mean that the price of the token will be manipulated to stay low? What about fractional tokens? Let's assume for discussion sake that the token will be market driven and ends up being $150.00 per token eventually. Could someone develop using a Credit Protocol token by only purchasing half that amount - hypothetically having .5 CP token? If not, how is it possible to not eventually control the price of the token in order to keep the price low? Sorry if I am misunderstanding something or you have answered something similar elsewhere.

I personally understand "low cost, and easy to use marketplace" to mean exchange platforms with low transaction fees and easy to use interfaces.

Bitcoin is the Big Boy of cryptocurrencies. He who accepts Bitcoin accepts a big thing, and he who rejects bitcoin equally rejects a big thing.

I use bitcoin almost daily as crypto trader either as base currency or transit currency. I do not, however hold bitcoin for speculation.

To be practical, I can't see anything stoping BTC. The community is stronger than any adversary.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: GOLD Reward [GRX] - Gamification, Lending and Analytics API on: November 17, 2017, 12:47:06 PM
How long does it take to get your gold reward coins in your ethwallet? I bought yesterday and nothing yet? It looks like they may have sent it to another address? Please help. Thanks

I have same expirience, and there are many more. I am afraid we may have to wait forever because successful participants have all received their GRX tokens according to a news update from GR. What we should now be expecting is a refund.

BlockMason,

Here is an article I found online that speaks of, what seems to be, MasterCard filing a patent to do the same thing the Credit Protocol seeks to do: https://earlyinvesting.com/big-banks-join-blockchain-revolution/

Excerpt:

Mastercard: Daily transactions are mounting, as are the challenges to capture, store and protect all the transactional data that credit card companies collect.

Mastercard is turning to the blockchain for a possible solution. It recently filed a patent for the creation of a blockchain-based “uniform settlement system.” Basically, Mastercard wants to create a ledger to store a verifiable and immutable record of data, such as purchase orders, invoices and transaction data.

Among other things, doing so would vastly enhance the security of the data it collects. This is no small thing in light of the massive Equifax breach.

[end excerpt]

A couple of questions:

1) Is what MasterCard doing essentially the same as what the Credit Protocol is doing in that they "...want to create a ledger to store a verifiable and immutable record of datas, such as purchase orders, invoices and transaction data"?

2) Were you aware that MasterCard filed such a patent?

Thanks for your time!

As it stands Blockmason has gone beyond the concept stage of this transactional recording idea with a successful ICO and release of the first App in that direction and should rightly get the patent right since we are yet to see any such project from MasterCard. Could it be that MasterCard sees potentials in the BCPT concept in the financial sector? I can only imagine how my BCPT tokens will soar assuming MC decides to adopt BCPT instead of embarking on a similar project.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: GOLD Reward [GRX] - Gamification, Lending and Analytics API on: November 16, 2017, 11:36:09 AM
I think even payments that were successfully completed are being refunded. If you didn't already receive your GRX tokens you are most likely getting your ether refunded. I also made my payment very fast but have not received GRX tokens but on the Facebook page it says they have already distributed all tokens and are now refunding payment over the next 72 HOURS!!

It's all my fault. I missed my real chance in the pre-ICO.

Binance has formally announced its listing of the BCPT token by Blockmason.

Yea, but that isn't giving the anticipated impact on BCPT market price.
