what would be the impact of facebook being banned is more what I'm day dreaming about, oh my how the world would improve.
As for crypto, no serious investor is going to rely on facebook, if you are the type who depends on facebook and is swayed to jump in to crypto based on a facebook ICO ad, then you'll probably just lose money and go and tell 100 people about your negative experience.
No impact in my eyes, couldn't care one bit what facebooks stance is on anything crypto related.
In any case some investors cme into crypto through fb, and it is without doubt a good means of publicity. |

There are many other ways for advertise. Facebook isn't the only one, it is obvious. The creators will find a different source of traffic for the promotion of their projects, I am sure about that.

I have been loyal to ethereum and it's still making a good return on me, so I would likely suggest to invest on ethereum and bitcoin cash they are one of the alternate coins which are stable one, and the like's which can compete with bitcoin.
Don't be loyal to any coin. If you do so, then you will start making mistakes. You need to use brain rather than heart for your investments in crypto-currencies. Ether has given good returns till now. But that doesn't mean that there are no other coins which can give even better returns. The crypto world is dicy and one cannot afford to put all eggs in one basket. It is better to diversify your investent between multiple assets. |

Don't watch your folio now. Try to find your own strategy for such periods of market stagnation. If you want to be long term in crypto - you have to use to such situations. My current strategy is to keep ETH and only very good infrastructure coins. Unfortunately today we have very hard market situation. Perhaps I also will invest in some ICOs that solve real world problems. Or you can sit back and play your favorite game. Nothing comes good worrying about cryptoprices all the time. Just find something productive to do. Talking about stratagy, patience is most effective. |

Yea naive people will be burnt. This Vantau "bank" is a complete joke (and this just shows how serious they are in building "bank of the new blockchain era"), while they state in WP, that Bankera will be the gateway for EU central bank and others... LOL Anyone believing this is either a 12-year old kid or dumb as fuck. Check their YT videos, interviews and stuff they post - nothing contains any substance, just some general gibberish and only marketing material for sheeps - in that they are really good at. Its similar to listening onecoine scammers few years back - no clue or whatsoever. I asked for a few simple explanations few posts back and they didn't answer, and I have a feeling they don't even know. While I'm not so sceptical about Bankera, my concern is also what the real value it could be for Bankera and especially for it's investors obtaining bank in offshore zone ? These kind of banks are perfect for money laundary, and won't help in legalization in EU. It would be great if Bankera would make a better explanation about this move. Bankera's acquisition of an offshore banking license is to me a smart and cautious move because there are still uncertainties on future cryptocurrency regulations in the EU. Besides, Bankera targets global customers beyond EU, and an offshore banking licence for Bankera would provide a more globally accesible banking service. The size or value of the acquired bank shouldn't matter. The important thing is having a legal and legitimate platform to deliver services. As for the possibility of the bank becoming a haven for money laundering, even regular EU banks are not totally free of such allegations even though official policies state otherwise. So it finally boils down to a matter of corporate responsibility on the part of Bankera. |

Hackers of BCT accounts could be using phishing websites to target bounty hunters who use search engines to find bounty campaigns. I stumbled across this particular website while searching for bounty threads and decided to double check the link when I noticed that certain params did not fall in place despite the striking semblance of the site to bitcointalk.org. I then found out that the site goes by the name thebitcointalk.net instead. You may check it out.
This website looks every inch a clone of bitcointalk.org and therefore, suspicious. I think admin should investigate the reported website and escalate this warning if necessary.

Bankera's ICO has reached 100 million euros, with over 81K investors! Congratulations Bankera, top 5 ICO now. Congratulations to everyone who's a contributor and to the team as well. While this is a good thing, I'm concerned about how BNK tokens would do in the market. Raising more than $100M means the starting market capitalization. We would need BNK to be at $1B in order to get a decent profit. People keep forgetting that BNK tokens pay weekly dividends. As Bankera's revenue goes up, so does the payout to token holders. It will motivate people to hold on to their tokens, since they generate passive income, and not focus on price alone. IOW: you're getting paid regardless of the price. Exactly. That's why I'm in it for the long haul. Gotta love the passive income  Definitely a couple year HODL. Let that dividend Ether accumulate. Ya for sure I've been earning weekly dividends for almost 6 months already Gotta love Bankera! BNK making a $1 bn market cap in a short time won't be a problem. The project is good and the community is strong. |
