Every day more and more ICO collect money, and then disappear. Do you think we need sanctions for ICO?
Lately, U.S. SEC released and launched an ICO named HoweyCoins to at least spread awareness and to educate possible investors. I think, due to that educational ventures, ICO will be in a bridge of judgement. Every ICO will be in filtered in every individual's way. Anyway, what sanction do you suggest?

It takes me 30 minutes (more or less), to realize the real essence of this project. I am in, I will put all of my assets to this project - said to be the only BitcoinTalk-endorsed ICO.

HI there ,
what and which exchange you guys usually trade ?
I usually trade at KuCoin (and some DEX). There's so many promotions in that exchange, ooooooh, so nice. The interface is nice, and mobile friendly. I don't have any coins/tokens that listed in Binance, or even Bittrex, but if I do, I will.

Grabe iyan. Inabot ako ng halos 30 minuto bago ko ma-gets na isa lamang iyang educational tool para maiwasan ang mga scam na ICO. Pero salamat sa SEC, mas marami akong natutunan.
To answer your question, hindi iyan fake news. Even theymos posted that thread just like any other annoucement thread, at ang sabi pa "The Only BitcoinTalk-endorsed ICO," na talaga namang napansin ng ilang mga legendary member dito.
Sa tingin ko, pati ang mga ICO (na legit) ay mas magdadagdag pa ng security o impormasyon para mas masabi na hindi sila tulad ng HoweyCoins na isa lamang palang FAKE ICO.

A cryptocurrency is volatile currency. We can lose everything in just a matter of click. But being afraid is one of the best thing we had to at least prevent ridiculous things to happen, being afraid makes us as cautious as cats.
If you want to buy, invest only what you can afford to lose, no emotional context.

Hey, needmoney, when the bounty rewards will be distributed? According to the spreadsheet, the table has been passed on ZPER team, but when I ask on their telegram, they said ask here? What's the real deal?
Its true, the telegram in zper said that we have to ask the bounty manager about the bounty, but I dont think needmoney still visit this thread. That is somehow... frustrating, confusing.

You can find some bounties in Services section that is not limited to an ICO. Some were to promote the correct way of using English language, and to enhance your linguistic approach. Some were to promote Gambling sites, Mixing sites, a Cryptocurreny, and etc. But yes, in my own opinion, 70 percent of Bounties are made to be in ICO, especially now.
It's more than 90% made to be for ico as the number of bounties campaigns in services board is incomparable to it in bounties board (i countd 10 new ico announcments in one day here in the forum). Sharing risks with investors is the main factor for this bounty prosperity in the ICO system. Bounties could be a useful tool for all sectors in the market; means it's not only in the bitcointalk forum. I didn't find so much thing by searching about similar programs in Marketing. Yeah, maybe more than 90%, and soon maybe, will grew up more.

I gotta say, I prefer this over the hundreds of Yobit zombies we had two years back, though I wish I am here two years ago. Haha.

I guess, you're right about an exchange token have huge potential. That maybe the reason why some of ICO (an Exchange ICO to be exact), are going to provide their own token inside. Surely, token itself will have potential if the exchange is preferably good. No one knows what exactly will happen, let see.
This exchange seems to seized the opportunity with providing 300 cryptocurrencies and 16 fiat gateways. If that's the case, implementing all gateways will be not as easy as 123, better to study every little detail before doing this and that. And if the exchange became successful, then, the token will be too.

I think the number of bounty participants have increased exponentially so reward has also been divided multiple times resulting in smaller rewards, i think we should only join the campaigns that have huge rewards so that we all can get decent rewards, nowadays bounty campaigns with small budgets have become valueless.
Indeed Now the number of participants is very growing very high. I've also experienced getting a little bounty because of the huge number of participants. And for a big reward issue it's like it should be that we'll get a bounty that can be said a lot if the big rewards and participants are plenty too. I once ask an admin of this particular ICO, "Why not limit the number of participants so the bounty hunter could at least gain what they should have? The Bounty started before the ICO (1 months before the ICO), but the ICO will start 2 months from now (all in all, 3 months plus the duration of the ICO, maybe 1 month), if you don't limit the number of participants, the bounty rewards will fall off." He just said, "That's part of the plan." So, I don't think that having a big rewards means we will get high rewards even if we do good. It is always about the Team itself, and the participants.

To think that EOS supports a freemium model which allows for DApps to run without tokens or coins, saving users and developers who use the network from the hustle of having to deal with tokens, is a big deal and a thing to consider. That is (maybe) why the adoption comes sooner than expected, and the price getting it's position in the market.
