Puedes minar a mi billetera ¿Por qué no puedes simplemente minar a un grupo LTC regular?

What? The kernel log does include a line with miner type. (CTRL + F for "Miner Type"). But the easiest way if you are SSH-ed in already is to do: echo -n 'stats' | nc localhost 4028 If you don't want to SSH in, you can run the above command from another shell on the same network, and just replace localhost with the miner's IP address.

Miners are free to mine with whichever pool they choose, and pools are free to mine (confirm) any transactions they would like, or even none at all.
It makes more sense economically to include transactions in the block you are trying to mine since you will receive the transaction fees, but this is not required. They are not "wasting your time" in the sense that all of the other miners are still hashing at the same speed to try to confirm your transaction. Worst case scenario is a slight increase in difficulty from empty blocks.
Plus, by increasing the height of the main chain, empty blocks still provide additional confirmation for transactions that were mined previously.
If you hate the thought of mining empty blocks, don't mine with antpool, f2pool, etc. CKpool and kano both seem to do a great job of mining full blocks.

I should have said only for pump*
I don't have the resources to make use of this type of account, but I'm curious how much money you are looking for. 250 invites must have taken some effort.

Can we contest the tariff since the asic doesn't really fit the definition for it.
You could probably contest the 2.6% but I doubt they would give up on the 25%

All we need is a pump and pump group Also is the signal for both pump and dump? Or only for dump?

This worked for me on 2 units. Unplugged all but one board then reflashed the firmware. plugged boards back in and worked.
I'm so glad that we could finally figure out this issue. It seems like this solution is reliable for fixing the PIC flash issue on both S9i and S9j.

Doing some really rough math, 50 GB per month comes out to just under 150 kbps.
If you have internal dhcp / dns / ntp servers then it seems like you can have around 4 miners per kbps if each miner connects to the pool individually.
So I'd offer super rough estimate of 600 S9 miners if you are limited to 50 GB of traffic per month.
Of course, if your bandwidth is just limited instead of cut off completely, just take that super slow speed in kbps and multiply by 4 to find your capacity.
You should also consider the latency between your miners and the network. It will take longer for you to receive new work items from the network as well as increase the time before the network receives any shares / block solves that your miners produce.

Seems like this wouldn't be the brightest idea. You could only run 1 S9 with that setup. Essentially you are looking to buy a single industrial miner and PSU, to be run in a house where you live, where it will heat up quickly, on an outlet that is shared with your other devices, on a 120V line, generating lots of noise, by essentially stealing electricity, for a profit of 3$ a day.

Today I took a look at sajev's book. It's a .pdf file and seems to have no type of virus or malware etc.
It is not very long like a book, more of a guide on his method for trading. It seems to rely partly on some basic principles but also requires a bit of intuition.
Of course no trading method is even close to foolproof, but it seems like this method is sound in principle. He explains his personal daily routine and shows that it can earn at least 10% ROI after enough time, if everything has occurred as predicted. I've usually avoided short-term trading myself, but might start to get into it with these tips in mind.
He also provides a link to some more similar resources on the last page.

There is some issue preventing some data from being transmitted. You can confirm this by noting the 15C default temperature reading.
If you paste your kernel log here, it will help us to narrow down your issue.

Or maybe better to insert the s9i hashboards into S9 ASIC?
They're not even the same size, you can't just swap them in like that.

First off, cloud mining doesn't really work. If there was a legit cloud mining service, they would just mine for themselves and make even more money than if they had to give some of the profit to you.
When you say Antminer, I assume you are referring to the Antminer S9, which can only mine sha256d coins. There are some popular altcoins that you can mine with the S9, such as Bitcoin Cash and Peercoin.
Most antminer models are designed to mine altcoins, e.g. any coin with an algorithm besides sha256d.
I personally mine a variety of coins, but I convert them all and only hold on to Bitcoin and Zcash, currently. It all depends on what makes sense for you.

If you are having difficulty logging in SSH and Browser just reset the miner and then use "Admin" or "admin" as username and "root" as password. Anyway, if you don't know how to hard reset the miner you can follow the guide from here Three Ways to Restore Factory Settings (R4/S9/T9)No! Username is root for both web and SSH access. Default password for web interface is root and default password for SSH is admin

Just curious - What does "Beeper Ringing" do?
Older models such as the S7 and earlier had a beeper/buzzer that would sound when there was a fatal error. You could disable the beeper using that menu option. It is irrelevant with the S9 since it has no buzzer. On the S9, fatal errors are only shown by the red blinking light.
