221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEWARE! Binance suspended Deposit of STEEM on: March 25, 2018, 04:10:56 PM
One thing I understand your situation was you just deposit in the wrong timing. The time you deposit is where steemit deposit process has starting to have a problem. You are just impatient. Of course binance will immediately notify all user once detect the problem but not all the time that they can detect it instantly and notify everyone in an instant. Try to understand that they are not bot. They already answered your support ticket that your fund is safe so why you still post this kind of topic. Try to go on Cryptopia ANN thread and you will see that waiting a 24hrs is nothing compared to that site and other exchange. Binance is the best exchange ATM.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: March 25, 2018, 04:03:37 PM
Can you tell what will be the advantage for implementing atomic swap on minexcoin? I'm new in this kind of stuff and I'm still holding my MNX that I bought to my friend before the exchange announced . Will this affect the price of the coin.?
223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How hard is it to pay with bitcoin? on: March 25, 2018, 03:57:33 PM
Bitcoins are easier to pay than a debit or credit card, which can be accepted without a merchant account. In your wallet application on your computer or smartphone, enter the recipient's bitcoin address and payment amount, and you can complete the payment by pressing the send button. To make it easier to enter the payee's address, many wallets can be accessed via qr code scanning or NFC technology.

Do you think it is convenient to use bitcoin?
Yes it is easier to use but bitcoin transactions are not instant so the buyer have to wait until the transaction get confirmed to buy things which is negativity of bitcoin for being used as a currency. But paying with doesn't need any information and bank details just the address is enough to pay them.

There is some process to make it faster just like when you use coins.ph app. If 2 user are using same coins.ph and transfer BTC to each other. There will be no transaction applied and the transfer is instant. I think is using some kind of self miner to process all the transaction happened on their own wallet address.
224  Economy / Speculation / Re: People more likely to buy if price goes up or if price goes down on: March 14, 2018, 12:04:38 PM
I don't understand why people would buy at this price which is quite high for the last month or so.  Would people not pile in and buy if the price went down to 6k.  Then a huge amount of people would be buying.  Who is buying at this price?  Or could it be faked.

Probably you misunderstand something, man. Those people, who were not it time to buy crypto when it was cheap, do it now, and not because it is going up.

As long as the price is still below $10k it's still fine to buy. I don't understand people who's afraid when bitcoin goes down when the fact that they're now giving us a chance to buy more because in time bitcoin will be less affordable
People who still buy whatever the price is those who are the long-term holder and have a big belief in bitcoin that sooner it will give them a huge profit.
Simply because they don't trust their investment enough to risk them for the long term, that's why whenever it dips they panic.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Country who accepts cyrptocurrency on: March 14, 2018, 12:01:37 PM
I think Japan is the most liberal. which has implemented a completely crypt in its economy. Singapore also practically did it.

Yeah Japan seems to love cryptos, even though China, on the other hand, tried banning them completely.

Nop they only banned ICOs, and the bans were said to be only temporary because they needed time to prepare regulations against scammers.

That's not what exactly as it seem though. If you take a look at what they recently request to other countries was that they were suggesting to also ban cryptocurrencies. If they are just temporarily banning until their regulations are ironed, their government shouldn't be suggesting these. They are saving their economy from crashing because of crypto. I think they see bitcoin as threat, they are big and leading economy in terms of fiat, they need to maintain that to maintain power as well.
After a while those banning issues will be eliminated, having this issues now only shows how the governments interested in it, they can be the key to future advancement when they realized how helpful crypto can be.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google too closing crypto ads on: March 14, 2018, 11:57:40 AM
Following the lead of Facebook, Google found suspending accounts, funds relating to ICO.
Google's adword platfrom was one of the prime choice of ICO and now it's getting ever more difficult for Project to get places to advertise.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-advertisers-on-google-adwords-report-ad-suspensions-and-account-terminations

The day seems not far facebook and twitter blocking the post links related to ICO.
By that, I'm afraid that facebook and twitter bounty campaigns will end too. And all newbies participating on social media campaigns will end up hopeless. So sad for them. Cry
We all knew that social media is the largest medium for altcoin and also for bitcoin growth. But if everything comes to reality, I'm afraid we might loose value.
Never feared unles unless implemented, I don't think it will be ban, there's a big income behind crypto ads.
227  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: March 14, 2018, 11:55:06 AM
i agree that all new comers coming to crypto world to earn money. They make trades in crypto market and try to earn as much as they can. They even dont know what they are buying what blockchain is who is satoshi etc etc.

actually, I think they are attracted to cryptocurrency because they see that many people can make a profit from the crypto so they try to make money too. and I am sure that they learn more about cryptocurrency and they are ready to make a profit from doing a trade or other else. but some of them still learn about the trading itself, read more information about blockchain, learn about the analysis and else. and I am sure that now, many people become rich because of cryptocurrency.
It's much easier to deal with crypto than in stocks it will be a good way to have transactions, I have seen many stories of young cryptoer who became rich now.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: how can the beggars access Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2018, 11:52:42 AM
This is a difficult thing, if bitcoin is used internationally, of course beggars will not be able to beg because he can not use the internet to access bitcoin, I hope even though the use of bitcoin is more massive but cash or paper money continues to be available.

I don't think so because if someone can give the internet access and give him some tools like phone, laptop and teach him then that person could be able to access bitcoin too. but I am not sure who will give access to them because we are still hard to give a help to other people and we need to be careful when we give this to other people.
Even its impossible to lose the paper money transactions ,if the government will implement it,they need to provide necessary tools to applies it. So everyone will be able to access it.
229  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Market Could Hit $1 Trillion This Year on: March 14, 2018, 01:38:43 AM
With the rising number of new crypto circulating in the market and the robustness of thirteen giant altcoins it's not easy for bitcoin to reach $ 50.000 this year.
Altcoins do not really affect bitcoin, yes there are some projects that have a future but most of them will disappear in just a few years, in the short term some people may decide to invest in some altcoins with their bitcoin but most people invest in altcoins so they can sell and get bitcoins  at the end so it doesn't matter the amount of coins that are out there eventually people will sell and buy bitcoin again.
Bitcoin do survived for long time even only few use and knew it, that's why it considers as a good long term investment,so enjoy trading our alts.
230  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do You Have Any Fear Bitcoin Might Crash Someday. on: March 14, 2018, 01:29:18 AM
Absolutely yes! I'm also afraid because that also means all of my earnings will vanish. That's the worst thing could happen to me (us) because bitcoin is my only source of income. I'm sure people out there feel the same way also unless they're not holding such coin.

Though not impossible to happen, I still believe that bitcoin will not crash like what you've said. It might rank down because of the strong demand on other coins that may happen in the future but I'm sure it will not drop down to zero.
It will not crash if it happens crypto will be gone too. As long as crypto and blockchain exist, BTC will be there, how long we will see FUds.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 14, 2018, 01:24:20 AM
Because you are holding the altcoins that are worthless in many other investors view, and without much interest from other investors buying those altcoins on crypto-currencies exchange market, the price of that altcoin will never rise due to an oversupply in the trading market but there is simply no demand for it.
It will matter on what coin we use, if your holding a good coin I know for sure that soon you will be happy that you did hold, been regretting some alts that I sell before that are greater in value mow if I still hold them.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]💰SkyWay-Unitsky String Transport💰 on: March 14, 2018, 12:53:54 AM
Before this ever there was a scam project with the name SkyWay.
Please check this out https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2009260.0
I remember this too, I used to follow that project before, but many prove that it's a scam, building a skyway needs be a government project or with coordination of government.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Primalbase - Distributed Workspace for Tech Community on: March 14, 2018, 12:47:52 AM
I know PBT is built on waves platform, I do not know how to track details on that platform, I can use etherscan.io to check all the token details including total supply and big holders.

Try http://dev.pywaves.org/assets/pbt

Thank you for your answer, It is very clear that there are about 1000 holders with balance bigger than 0.0004, and 227 1+ PBT holders, the holders are not too much, more promoting is needed.
When the projects roadmap done, or more buildings built , definitely those who buy and don't hold will regret selling it.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Enkidu : DECENTRALIZED GLOBAL COLLABORATION PLATFORM on: March 14, 2018, 12:41:58 AM
I read the last few pages in this thread and noticed that the manager does not answer at all. very sorry. There is no hope of success in the project if the team is all equal
If you'll join in their telegram you'll probably see how quickly they answer and informed their participants there. Anyway, ANN thread activeness might not be a basis, but it'll be good too if they reply here.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Over 90% of ICOs are a scam on: March 13, 2018, 03:10:55 AM
I won't call 90% of ICOs as scams. Maybe a small percent are. However,  80-90% of startups  fail going by statistics
so after a few years, only the best 10 or 20 % of current ICOs may still be there.
We can easily be noticed those that are a scam when they can't explain well their project when it seems too complicated from their whitepaper to their roadmap, but there are good projects that are not into scamming, it just happened that they failed to explain and present their project well. I still trust ICO, it will depend on how we analyzed it.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Enkidu : DECENTRALIZED GLOBAL COLLABORATION PLATFORM on: March 12, 2018, 09:42:48 AM
The soft and hard cap include the Presale plus the actual ICO as well? so If you get $2.5M in presale and 2.5M in ICO, you would consider it as reaching the soft cap?
I think so, that's what typical ico did ,and since it was not mentioned so meaning when the amount or total amount gets either in presale or main crowdsale it will be counted. Anyways, OUR ALPHA IS NOW LIVE! TRY OUT ENKIDU ALPHA 0.2 , visit website.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mercedes-Benz To Launch Crypto Coin. Good News To Crypto Space? on: March 07, 2018, 12:56:13 AM
Too much alt or ICO launched each day, but we can still say that it does affect it, many of their buyers whose using their items or supporting them might engage also in crypto if they are not yet in it. It might not affect much those who already knew that crypto exist but to their supporters and soon supporters it might matter. And I'm a fan of Mercedes Benz, I knew some employee of their company before.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YEAR OF THE DOG ... and DOGE died ! on: March 07, 2018, 12:50:52 AM
...
Sorry for unclear statement  Smiley
Some of you misunderstood me

I am also a fan of Doge Coin (but only had a small amount of DOGE)

And recently I have left some amount of my Loved coins (ETN and XVG) to buy some more amount of DOGE

Unfortunately, I love her so, but it seems like She doesn't love me

She left me stand at the high and went down without saying anything

I am still standing here waiting for Her to come back to me

But may be, it should be the next year, not this Year of the DOG  Cry

Wish you All the Best  Smiley

Because the subject says so, and the statement was not vividly stated or too much humor 😁. Anyway,  we all knew the dips of Alts and Doge is way affected by it.  It might recover by next few months.
