So...it sounds like if you were to invest 100BTC then you would expect to average around 1.3BTC each month in profit for that investment (since the ticket sales would be around the jackpot and the jackpot is 1/3 of the total investment amount). Does that sound about right?

And it probably gives people more confidence in Bitcoinica knowing that there is more than a 17 year-old behind it. Might have been a big reason for this.

I would like your attention for a moment, if you're going to make posts like number 3:
You are = You're
'Your' is a possessive adjective.
That is all.
Drives you crazy too, eh? Guess that makes two of us on the intertubes.

That and...why are they using dollar signs in the screen shots? And you call them "micro cash dollars"? Talk about heading the wrong way...

Who is Dick Clark?
I'm not joking. I was the nerd in school, so I wouldn't know him.
But you know enough about him to know that nerds would not know him...what if Dick Clark discovered Clark's method of inverse relations? To answer your question and to those who do not understand the correlation, I will summarize: Dick Clark is the manipulator. He has been holding Bitcoins back this whole time. He got in early and drove it down when it got to $32. He has been manipulating ever since. A recent interview after New Year's quotes he was asked what his new year's resolution was. It was to destroy Bitcoin, as was last year's. lol - so that is what happened to the big bad manipulator. I was wondering..

Doesn't the "stand your ground" law mean the exact opposite of that? If Zimmerman felt threatened, wasn't he entitled to kill?
I think the fact that Zimmerman was chasing Trayvon (and thus created the situation which lead to the shooting) changes the interpretation somewhat, but I'm no lawyer. ...or was it Trayvon acting suspiciously that created the situation which lead to the shooting? So many questions...

Btw, at Future of Money next week during my presentation, I plan on revealing to the public how much of Dwolla's success was attributed to Bitcoin
YES! I will make sure I sit near Ben Milne and get video of his reacton. Hehe - that'll make him squirm in his seat

This is excessive force at least. I can go and shoot any person and then claim self-defense. Dead don't talk.
Zimmerman needs to burn.
Your eagerness to burn a man before you have given him a chance to give his side of the story is disturbing to say the least. The dead don't talk - so the living shouldn't be able to either?? Step back and let your head cool off PLEASE people. I would expect more civility...

ooh - can you get chewy runts? And how much for a large order?

You mean the 6'3" young man that had Zimmerman pinned on the ground? As was mentioned earlier, take a step back before you believe what the manipulative media is feeding you.
While you on the other hand is clearly keeping an open mind... /sarcasm I agree that there is some uncertainty as to exactly what happened but I'm not going to ignore the facts that have come out like much of the media likes to do. There is a reason that someone is innocent until proven guilty and I'm quite disturbed to find so many people sentencing him before he gets a proper trial.

Also, your title is inaccurate. Zimmerman was not the victim. The unarmed kid he shot was.
You mean the 6'3" young man that had Zimmerman pinned on the ground? As was mentioned earlier, take a step back before you believe what the manipulative media is feeding you.

Nice find - seems they are very confused about the mining aspect and they draw some conclusions based on some very wild speculation on their part but for the most part it is a pretty positive article. It also shows what the Bitcoin community needs to make more clear for the masses to understand what Bitcoin is all about.

I'm using C.
... so check your pointers. Make sure nothing is pointing to the stack and so on. Yes, definitely a pointer issue. The problem with set faults and pointers is that the seg fault can often occur at misleading places leading you to believe that the bug is located at a different point in the code. And C gives little to no warning when playing with pointers improperly.

Don't you just need to define FILE * file; first and then do the file = fopen(.... on a separate line?
