221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting law ignores technology and encourages clandestinity on: June 17, 2024, 08:04:43 PM
The new brazilian law that regulates online betting excludes the use of payments with cryptocurrencies, bank slips, cash or any alternative deposit payment method that could hinder the origin of resources and government fiscal control over the platforms and customers of the casino.

This could encourage clandestine betting on foreign platforms that accept crypto, outside the reach of national regulation.

The rules are exclusive to casino companies operating in Brazil. Therefore, casinos outside this territory will not be affected and Brazilian users who have accounts in these casinos abroad can continue using these platforms, as regulations cannot stop them.

Once again the brazilian government is going against innovation and proving to be stupid.
Stupidity could be truly fitting for what some governments of many nations are doing, but to what end? If not poverty, corruption, no regard for the rule of law, control of court, laggingness and worse. For this, it pains me with what is happening in those countries. That is what we all have to pay for selecting the wrong leaders for such sensitive positions.

However, the clandestinity relating to cryptocurrency did not just start today and crypto by most nature also naturally gives room to that, it is the government that needs to be up and doing in this regard. But instead for many countries of the world to beat the technology or catch up with it, they will either turn a blind eye, clamp down on it or underregulate if at all they want to regulate. This is wrong and with this approach, there is no way those operating online won't be cheating the government.

Now, cheating aside, there should be some rules that will make everyone accountable (casinos/sportsbooks and customers). But depositing using physical cash, cryptocurrency and other online alternatives without strict regulation like what the central banks do with banks, then they are only wasting their time. The governneet may only see what the casino/sportsbook wants them to see. And it gets worse elsewhere where the governmenet official will take bribe to look away. That is the world we live in.
222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The real winning of gambling is withdrawals on: June 17, 2024, 09:15:27 AM
I know what you guys are talking about, been there, know people who had the same issues. That's why I always withdraw right after the session. If it's sports betting and I win, I withdraw, even if next week I decide to bet again and will have to send money again to the site, it's better than holding it there. If you leave it, you'll always have that thought in the back of your head, telling you that you have some money lying around, waiting for you to make a bet. You'll be wondering what if you went there and bet right now, it would only take a second since the money is already there Wink

If you want to be okay with yourself and everything, it's just as simple as A,B,C, just withdraw your winning funds and use it for something that you would be okay with and something that you would see with your eyes because after that short time of winning what you would get is something that might be shocking to you as you can simply lose back the whole funds to the casino again within the twinkle of eye.
I know it is difficult to side with the continuous keeping of one's money in the gambling account or waging it after winnings, this could cause some losses and it could be painful. But if I were anyone, I would remain fervent in my betting if it were to be on the sports games, it is on the casino betting that I have that reservation. This is because you will always rely mostly on luck in casino games and no matter how good you think you are, you might only realise that you were deceiving yourself when all the money is gone. This is more reason why I have resolved to have fun with casino betting and have a real business with sports betting.

Talking about sports betting, unless I do not trust the sportsbooks am using, there is nothing pursuing me to warrant withdrawing my money so fast. The money may be in the account for more than 6 months and I will continue utilizing it. The times I like to withdraw from my sports betting account are when I just feel like I want to have the taste of the money I have been gambling with for this long, or I want to deposit into a new gambling account, or I just have a need for money that I wanted to take from an extra purse which is passive rather than the main to avoiding feeling wasteful. This is the beauty of it, and with this approach alone, I do not have any pressure gambling at all. Thanks to extra income.

Regardless of my own approach, if your emotions cannot take it, please withdraw your money immediately after winning.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set a specific bankroll before gambling or not? on: June 17, 2024, 01:40:37 AM
"Bankroll" is usually a term used in sports betting. From what I've read in some of the threads here, we need to be disciplined in managing our bankroll, typically betting only 5% to 10% per wager. So I'm curious: do bettors here really set up a bankroll first before they start gambling, or do they just gamble whenever they have available money?

Please share your experience whether positive or negative and what you learn from it.
Although I don't speak for all, as always, in this forum as a community, you will always find the good, bad and ugly bettors, so the answers to expect will reflect the same.

Regardless, whether we are using percentages to measure it or wager randomly, what matters is for us to avoid gambling addiction and be so responsible in our finances. That said, my answer in this context is No and Yes, and I don't intend to change that any time soon. This is because it is not by using any percentage to judge it perfectly but for me to only gamble with a plan. And for me, my plan varies and this mainly depends on whether I am betting on sports or casinos.

Besides, insomuch the amount is affordable by me, I gamble it in a way that will not hurt me if I lose. I could be fixed or random about it but will ensure that I keep to a reasonable budget and management based on the plan I opted for at that time.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet against the club you support? on: June 17, 2024, 01:21:15 AM
Pardon me if this post or something similar have been created before now. Well this post was inspired by a news from Football Tweet on  X concerning a Swansea City FC   employee who got sacked for betting on the club he works in to lose for about 130 times. It's so unfortunate he lost his jobs, Well some people were in his support and claimed it's not his fault for the club to keep losing and the man was only trying to make extra cash, while there were others who claimed it was betrayal and he should've supported the club as a true fan. Left for me, I feel he's not a fan of the club and just an employee and I'll do same if I were not a fan of the club I work for moreover the club kept losing and he seized the opportunity to make extra cash from their misfortune. Well I never betted against the club i support I'll rather bet on other matches. However this brings us back to the question, would you bet against the club you support ?
Betting against the club I support is the easiest thing for me to do and I will do it again. It's your choice to add sentiments to your gambling, but in real gambling, it is certainly not about sentiment, so you dissociate yourself from the love, bias, or affiliation whatsoever so that they will not cloud your judgment. The truth is that when it is "betting," you are actually committing your money to it, do you want to lose your money for sentiment/love's sake? That is the truth. For this, those who are taking betting seriously will never think twice about betting against their clubs when it is obvious that the opponent will win. This is unless you just want to lose deliberately which I do not see much wisdom him.

As for an employee as well, the same thing applies and I do not think it has anything to do with the work over there. I can be judged by my conscience only if I am being paid but not delivering what I was paying for. But so far I bet by using my money, our contract has nothing to do with betting on you or not, it is now my money. Well, in the end, if this guy sues the club for reinstatement or damages, I don't think the club will win because they do not have the solid ground to sack him under the law. It's his money so he can use it the way he wants and he is not responsible for the poor performance of the club which they refused to change for years.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one of those did you partake in? on: June 17, 2024, 01:02:01 AM
I am beginning to think that the only time a gambler gambles for fun is only when he gambles with what he can afford to lose. In this case, a gambler has $10,000 as his savings, and he gambles with $1000 down, he or she won't feel sad when they lose it (it means they gambled for fun). But if a gambler who has the same $10,000 gambles for above $5,000, and he loses all of them, the gambler won't be happy about his actions, and it might result in chasing of losses (which means he didn't gamble for fun). It means that both those that say they aren't gambling for fun sometimes gamble for fun, mostly when they risk an amount they can afford to lose. The actual time you gamble for fun is when you risk what you can afford to lose and not when you say you want to gamble for fun. However, a gambler might say he will gamble for fun and still end up not gambling for fun when he starts gambling. One can know a responsible gambler if he starts gambling.
Truly, you may be hearing people saying they are gambling for fun, but in practice, only a few of them are actually doing it, others are merely lying. This is because they would say they were gambling for fun but their ways of gambling will not support that. This is why I do not believe all that I read unless there is an iota of truth through the construction of their claims.

For me, no one will gamble for fun and will be wagering so hugely, even your example of having $10,000 and gambling with $1,000 is too expensive, the risk is too much my friend and this can still ruin the fun. Just think about it, if someone has the $10,000 and risked the $1,000, if the person loses, don't you think he will try again to recover the money? We are humans. Through this, it may get worse to the point that he could try it 3 good times and lose the money.

This means that he would have gambled $3,000 with this risk. So it is still risky. The best way to gamble for fun is to have the $10,000 and wager between $5 and $10 per bet. By this, you are wagering with the amount that means nothing to you so it will never be able to ruin the fun.
226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A lot of gambling sites are scams ! on: June 16, 2024, 08:41:24 PM
The only way to save yourself from scam.gambling sites is to use one that is popular with good reputation. I know it's good.to explore other options of casino but as they said, a bird at hand worth more than many in the bush, you will most likely get scam if you go to the some of these new casinos. There is also this bonus things they used to attract people but I don't get draw by such discounts. I will use my money to gamble and when I don't, I rest for that moment.

Another alternative way to avoid this casinos is to check their Twitter handles, when you see complaints a lot from people or when their account frequently get suspended, it's a red flag which must be treated with caution and when the winning stories are rampant and too good, it's another red flag to watch out for and should be treated with caution.
When anyone gambles with reputed sites the person who will deposit the fund may think as a scam though the fund may be locked due to the violation of the user. So, the user should be aware of the terms of the site and in this wa the user may enable withdrawal.
Thank goodness that you mentioned the violation of the terms and conditions. If this is truly the case, then the casino is exonerated here, but in most cases, when scam or cheating is mentioned, the casinos could deliberately do it. And if we are talking about the terms and conditions, you should know that it is only binding when the gambler signs up for such. However, when it is updated, there are extant rules that could bind the updated ones which include the receipt of the same by the gambler upon the update or the continued usage of their service.

But still, it's subject to the acknowledgement by the gambler that he has read the updated version, so it is not as automatic as you guys often thought. Only that many are not taking it up with casinos, which is why they continue to cheat them with some updated Ts&Cs without their knowledge, and anything that is not recognised by the law could technically be a scam.

For this, what you said is highly relative.
227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Persevering Through Crypto Trading Losses on: June 16, 2024, 08:23:59 PM
Should quitting be an option as a crypto trader with years of experience who just encountered a massive loss because of a few shady characters? Anyone who has been trading long enough would agree that it changes your relationship with money. Trading helps you learn a lot about yourself, your emotions, and your patterns. If you have experienced trading loss in whatever form, do not be discouraged. Rather use it as a motivation to strengthen your resilience  by adapting to a new approach. You already know how it is with the crypto markets, one has to be persistent and allow our hard-earned experience guide us toward future success. I just thought to write this little piece for anyone out there who is going through a difficult time in crypto trading.
I love your encouragement and I've shared it many times and still sharing the same with challenged traders, but the truth is that if we share it from now till eternity, most traders, or should I call them most attempted traders will fail. It is good to motivate but to actually preserve the motivation into actualization is the issue. Trading is very risky and the market is cunning, so it is not something that fits the same approach all the time. This is why I advise people that they should be dynamic just the way the market is dynamic. Thinking you can use the same approach for the same result all the time may not always work.

I've been trading for 20 years (that's if the demo trading years are added), but I tell you, my brother, there are still scary moments in my trading till today. Although, overall, I am positive and I can vouch for a very high winning percentage, nevertheless, it is not on a platter of gold, how many people can withstand that?

I must also commend the psychological part you tried to motivate them upon, because the issue with it is the reason why many traders are losing. Most traders are busy focusing and trying to better their trading strategies but the issues may not lie there. The issue could be psychological, managerial or lack of proper coordination ( plan). If one or some of these are the case, no amount of strategy building will help such a trader. Above all, trading is so challenging, it requires huge preparedness, wisdom and smartness to overcome.
228  Economy / Gambling / Re: Need some betting advice and help with sportbet.one account setting up on: June 16, 2024, 02:59:02 PM
According to the gambling site, they indicated that they do not require KYC. But what I know is that the site is centralized and they can make their customers to get verified at anytime.

But also according to the site, that it is decentralized. We know that is a lie because the site is centralized.
That's good if they doesn't really ask KYC but i doubt it. Every casino i knew who offers sports betting ask KYC since it's one of the ways to identify those who are abusers and etc.
@Charles-Tim...hahaha, this is so funny, many are falling victim to what we see as little as this, and if the casino can't simply say the truth about being centralised or decentralised, how can anyone trust them with their money? I hope people can run for their money to avoid coming back later to cry foul. Seeing the site itself and how it operates shows it is centralised.

@PX-Z, I hope you are not falling so fast for their KYC exception, if you do, they might do you some film tricks. This is why I do tell people, to let the casino in which they will be relaxed with to be a no-KYC casino and not the one that doesn't preach it but states it only in the terms
and conditions. Little time, they will ask you for it if you are doing really well with them or you want to withdraw a sizable amount of money. Even no-KYC casinos may still later ask for it, we've seen instances like that not to talk of the ones like this.
229  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are your expectations for Casino coins in this coming bull run? on: June 16, 2024, 02:40:47 PM
The important thing on here is that you do know that when it comes to movement then whether known or established coins or casino based coins. There would really be
no someone will really be able to tell on where it would really be that going.

Well, i think with what you have just said here, we have to realized that even some of those coins that are not casino coins were also finding it difficult in some situations to thrive along with the market performance on each season and let a lone to consider the performance of a casino coin which has to be pegged under the reputation and success of the gambling platform itself before we can predict on its performance or not during the bullrun season with other coins.
If you carefully study the crypto market as a whole, it moves the same way most times. There are times when the whole market will be bullish and there are times when the whole market will be bearish. What matters is for us to take the opportunity of them just like that, this is at least true for almost all cryptocurrencies. I said that because at some general bullish times, there are some few cryptocurrencies that will be selling or find it difficult to rise, and the same is applicable to the bearish moments, there are some that will be buying amidst that, so we should know our limits and also use our chart analysis to provide the best advice for ourselves in relation to the coins/tokens we are investing in so that they will not disappoint us.

However, in general, no one should blame any gaming token now, they are not all extraordinarily performing, except a few, especially the Notcoin which is for obvious reason. We should wait for the general bull run where almost all coins/tokens would have massive buying potential. By then if any gambling did not rise, such can be termed bad.
230  Economy / Gambling / Re: I would like to place a $1,000,000 bet on: June 16, 2024, 02:06:46 PM
Check out his post history. The guy has been a degenerate and a loser since 2018 and is trying to scam people. He posts betslips of other users on stake and says they are his. He truly needs to see a psychiatrist.

I’m not sure what he is doing behind through PM but he seems improved from blatantly scamming through his huge bet slip and inviting users to subscribe for his paid channel compared to his current approach to just posting bet slips and asking trivial questions related to high bets that will surely catch user attention.

I thought he was a legit whale the first I read his post but through digging his old post makes me realized the real deal of this guy.
Nope. Nothing changed. He was catch on drawing bet slips. Of course someone can believe, but i`m sure that anybody who can use his brain understand that such whales don`t create such threads here. Even if they need to bet in cryptocurrency casino, i think that they have an opportunity to get information not from unknown members.
Hahaha...I even wonder if there is anyone here who can furnish him with such an answer especially if they have not tried it. I think that this question should have even been asked online where Google or AIs for example can easily search it and give the right answer, so this looks fake indeed. The $1m is no joke and I wonder how many celebrities outside the top world countries earn that in their entire career. Grin

Even if some well-liquid casinos would want to allow that easily, there are laid down rules they will have to obey, the extant law is there and not as if they are in a banana republic where they do whatever they like with no questions asked. There are two main issues to this which I believe the authorities would want to frown at;

1. The possibility that the casino allowing this will ruin a lot of fortunes. I read of a guy recently on this forum who lost $127m to gambling within a year (if I remember the right figure correctly). This is because he had easy access to it offline, otherwise, his money would have been with him till now but with a little casino loss.

2.) Will the casino pay? Ruining their business easily if cases like this are treated fairly by the authorities and court can't be a good story for casinos. This is because if it is allowed cheaply, out of greed, many will accept the risk they can't be able to fulfil its obligations and that can't be good for them.
231  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Crypto Casinos! on: June 16, 2024, 01:43:24 PM
I think that the best crypto casino is definitely https://casinoroyale.space First of all, a very small house edge, a chance to win up to 5 BTC jackpot and also real chances to win a daily/weekly wager competition. There are often competitions in the chat and there is a nice atmosphere, unlike in some other casinos.

These types of contests are often seen in many reputable casinos. Moreover, how low is the house edge? Many gamblers don’t really care about the house edge either. So why should one go to this casino? This casino isn’t popular either. Hence, I think people should be careful before depositing here the money. Do thorough research and read reviews about the site on other reliable platforms before playing here.
You should have known that the guy only wrote that for marketing purposes, he wanted the casino to be seen so he is not concerned about your view. The name is a very good one, I must give it that, but this can't be true of their reputation which I just checked online, it is too poor. In many of the reviewing sites I checked, if I should base it on a scale of 1-10, I give them an average of 3(3/10), which is too poor for anyone to commit their money and future gambling plans to.

"Half a word is enough for the wise."
232  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Educational on: June 16, 2024, 01:28:16 PM
Taking into account our experiences we should know something, if we learn from our actions, then we can do a lot to make favorable things happen and this has to be a learning process whether or not, in the case that the person does not want to learn or simply does not learn it is because they really want to continue losing money, in a game like slots or any other, we must always determine that it is best to reduce the spending of money and learn from the things that we should not do, for me learning will always be decisive in any field and more so in a casino and if it is with slots I think the importance should be greater.

That's why it's important to start with knowledge in everything, if we are lazy to learn for the good then no one can change us other than ourselves, in slot games it must also be based on mature knowledge, when we don't have knowledge our job is to seek knowledge about it ourselves, so that we can be directed to something better.

When we are determined to start playing slots without being based on sufficient knowledge and knowledge, it is the same as destroying ourselves by spending our capital in vain, just money and being reckless is not enough, it must also be based on knowledge and knowledge so that we don't spent capital in vain.

Although learning how to play slot games is recommended and while there are set of tactics and tips for playing slots, slot games are primarily games of luck and their outcomes are random.
You have nailed it in the bud and there is no controversy about this unless the person is only trying to waste his time by running his mouth. Contructively, Slot games are real casino games, there is no escape route when it comes to the impossibility of your strategy/skills to help you in this regard no matter how you try. You may try that and even succeed in other aspects of gambling but certainly not in the Slot version of it. You pray for luck here and do all your best to get it to work for you by playing reasonably and calculatively, and by being budgetary and also planning in such a way that you wager little to gain more. These approaches are just to reduce the losses one could incur and try to keep one's psychological in check even as one manages one's gambling portfolio rightly. Also, playing it regularly will mean that you may win regularly too.
233  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto casino without investment on: June 16, 2024, 01:11:33 PM
Hello, what do you think - it is possible to open a crypto casino without any investments. I'm not including domain and hosting costs here, but I'm mainly talking about payout costs. Alternatively, if not a crypto casino, then faucet, something like freebitcoin but without a casino, just faucet.
If I claim I get you correctly, then I am lying, but still, I think I have a glimpse of what you are trying to say. Well, this is not the first time one will try what you are trying to explain, and even on this forum, such has been advertising on this part of the forum a while ago.

In case you want to know, what the guy did was use the faucet/incentive to lure people into it with the promise of the perks so that they can regularly visit the site/casinos with an embedded affiliate link of casinos. At least, this looks like a plan, what is your own plan on it? I believe you can't just be giving it as a charitable act, would you? There must be a plan before you plan to do that.
234  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unreasonable Withdrawal Limits on Betiro on: June 16, 2024, 12:54:25 PM
The gambling site do not have an announcement thread on this forum. You posted this on the gambling board, go there again and see reputed gambling sites with their announcement threads. Use any of the reputed gambling site like Stake. Stake has both casinos and sports.

I agree with that. If a crypto gambling site isn't presented on this forum, it looks suspicious to me right away. I'm not surprised that OP is having problems with his withdrawals. That was kinda expected, right? There are so many reputable crypto gambling sites presented on this forum that I'm not even registered on all of them. Why look for another?
Lol...Casinos having a presence in the forum is not a requisite for good service, and limit issues like this are scarce. This is true for not seeing such as a regular complaint on the forum but everywhere I also read of casino issues. The main ones are the KYC verification issues, reduced wagering limit and withdrawal denial, many of which are worse than the limit issues here, and the casinos advertising here are not exceptions to these complaints.

All I can advise is that we should look for reputable casinos to avoid all that. The best way to do this is to look for well-liquid casinos like Stake.com with track records. By this, you can't be racking your head to gamble and still racking the same head on the withdrawal limit, which is absurd.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Funds are Missing in Kucoin/ByBit Exchange: What should I do? on: June 16, 2024, 12:33:25 PM
When Kucoin has already confirmed that the funds have been released from thier side then you will need to contact ByBit exchange. If they are not helpful or are clueless then you should comeback and update this thread with their reply. This is the first time I have read of such a problem. If you have entered all the details correctly then they will be able to locate the funds credit your exchange wallet.
Bybit has sent me the refund TXID and it is the due of kucoin to the coins back to me. But kucoin is saying that I should pay 40$ which is abnormal.
Sorry about this my friend, this is so serious and I do not pray it to happen to anyone as it could be so frustrating if one is dealing with two companies in disputes especially if one is not so accessible or cooperating. I hope you get your money back eventually. I would have furnished you with the contacting means of Bybits through the community and discord channels that had been provided for you, but since you were already satisfied with their response of handing you the needed refund TXID, there may be no need for more again. But still, in case you need it, in addition, the email at support@bybit.com may still help because what they couldn't solve through chat communication was done through email contacts.

By the way, the $40 fee is crazy and I wonder how much you sent that would make it worth it to give them such a huge amount. Is it not their customer issue that is bound to be solved for free? I hope this is not an extortion to stylishly get money from people. This is a lesson for me and it is not the first time I read that transactions were stuck under Kucoin. It was in mass stuck about 2 months ago and even issued compensation then. Maybe they were testing how they will hold people's transactions by then, who knows? I've completed over 1000 crypto transactions and one has never stuck, thankfully, I only performed 3 transactions with them and I think that would be the last.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoins to invest right now on: June 16, 2024, 12:14:14 PM
In my opinion, the best altcoins to invest in currently include ETH, BNB, MATIC, SOLANA, and ADA because these 5 altcoins have the potential to produce satisfactory profits, especially in the current market conditions which are in a bullish phase. But all the decisions are up to you. My advice is to invest in altcoins that you believe in yourself because sometimes other people's choices may not necessarily match your wishes. Therefore, be wise in determining before making a decision.

what about NEAR and GLMR?
I haven't done a thorough dive into these two coins. So I can't comment anything about NEAR and GLMR yet. However, if you believe in the potential of these two coins, then there is no harm in investing some of your money in these two coins.
I know of NEAR but not GLMR and I have sizable amount of investment in NEAR as well since last year. I am happy to say despite the recent hullabaloo in the entire crypto market, NEAR is still doing well and I have multiple of my investment gains still holding up rightly well. This is what I call an investment and not what you will invest today and in the next few weeks or months, it would have threatened all your profits
that were initially gained or would have forced you easily into losses. So, if you or anyone else wants to invest in an extra crypto project, NEAR is a very good one. This is especially true as it has retraced very well, it may start climbing back hugely over time, not to mention that a very good and well-known name is behind it (Near protocol).

But for GLMR which is unknown to me, I still went for some research and I discovered that the project is not also bad at all. Except that my fear for it is the way it sold off so much in recent weeks/months, this is scary. Regardless, this could be an opportunity for anyone to earn more money because the last time it had its dedicated bullish movements, it was so huge.
237  Economy / Gambling / Re: How high is the probability of accusations vs. casinos in BitcoinTalk are true? on: June 16, 2024, 07:32:59 AM
@freedomgo, it's true that we have them and this forum came prepared if I must say but trusting the decision of many of them after all I have witnessed on the forum? I don't think so. The moderators are doing great but may include the reason why they take some actions to make it fair and the mistake avoidable next time. But for the DTs, I think some of them are power drunk, oh yes, I mean it and I don't think it's uncommon they use the power as an instrument to deal with another. Is that what we call fairness? This is the only reason why I think an independent judge or whatever they will call it may be needed.

At the moment, there's no group of people who can judge except the DT members. Forum moderators have a different job; they don't interfere with the trust system or feedback. Their main job is to moderate the forum based on the posts, determining if a user is a spammer, deleting posts, and banning users if they violate forum rules.

DT members, as I've mentioned, can leave negative feedback on a user's profile. While we cannot deny that some DT members might abuse their power, they usually don't last long in that position since those who trusted them might eventually distrust them. It's important to first understand how the trust system works to see the big picture and recognize how useful it is.
Perhaps, instead of the arbitrator that was suggested by some users, why can't the moderators add that to their roles or another established role that can take care of that be convened by the forum admin? This will be in the form of a jury and maybe a somewhat judge will be included to avoid some unjust decisions by the DTs. Be it DT1 or D2, they are human beings and they can be influenced by many things including personal interest, mood, vendetta, wrong decisions etc. But with the jury suggested, when such DT's decision is reported, such a new convened role will be activated to deliver the lasting decision.

I am sure that two heads are better than one, so if one DT makes a mistake or thinks he can misuse the power, the new role will undo it. However, if persistent wrong decisions are being made by the same DT, such would be relieved of his DT power.

As for the DT losing their power for an abuse, well, it depends on what you term the abuse because the sentiment towards the abuse, the particular DT, how the person who was mistreated takes it and many more are factors here. Some users are just voiceless and you will not even know such a thing happened, while a few who saw it may turn a blind eye because they are less concerned or may not want to offend the concerned DT. That's the way I see it.

There is no way better than the signature campaign to spread what he is selling virally through this forum than signature campaigns, especially if he can spare more money to achieve the aim. But at the same time, we should consider the pocket size of this person, it is not everyone who is rich like that. Who doesn't want to sell so fast by marketing everywhere possible just like the advantaged companies do? But money is mostly the constraint.

....And who knows, in the next few months he might have had better financial standing to now consider the campaigns on the forum as combined marketing efforts.

Hunnyplay did launch a signature campaign and it run for 9 weeks under Royse and with a lot of the new updates now this is the right time to launch their signature campaign after they added the sportsbooks maybe a relaunch of the campaign is worth it.

Post count for Week#9 is done. You can remove signature and avatar if you want.

HunnyPlay signature campaign is on a Temp END. The management team will be working on to add BTC in their system and other required update which they are working on.
Oh, that is nice to know. So what some people are calling the OP's attention to for more productivity here has even been tried by them. I never knew them though, and this is possibly due to my regular absence from the service section of the forum. Wait a minute, 9 solid weeks is way long for me to at least get to know them through their signature campaign, perhaps I saw a few of them but never stuck in my head due to lack of popularity. One thing is that if a business wants to campaign here, I suggest that they should use a sizable number of campaigners, if not, it might not be as trafficking as they want it to be, not to mention a high conversion rate. This is where the initial money for marketing is important as I said initially.

As for the OP, there is a need for longer time cooperation with the forum to achieve the desired results if the money is not the issue. The desired result is not always achieved weekly but there are many weeks that the results will be more than expected. But if there is a hasty end to the campaign, it will never be achieved
239  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: June 16, 2024, 06:55:27 AM
You can choose casino with KYC or without it. It is only your decision. I don`t care about KYC and today i think that it becomes new standard of the casino. But we can find casinos without KYC. So, as i said, everyone can choose himself. But KYC during withdrawal is unfair for gamblers. If you want KYC - KYC during the registration. I can prepare all documents to KYC faster. When i win prize and want to get my money i don`t think about KYC or docs i need to KYC.
That's  just it  Why the heck would you require KYC when a user Is about to withdraw his/her funds/profit it doesn't  look fair to me ... it's good to let users know what they are dealing either  a KYC-required or KYC-free right from onset before starting any form of gambling on that particular  casino.
Each gamblers with their taste, some gambler or maybe I should put it this way most gamblers doesn't worry about providing a kyc to casinos only few care about it maybe for privacy reason  so there's nothing to make hidden by casinos  until withdrawal
No. They tell you that they use KYC. But the same time they tell you that they don`t KYC you during the registration to allow you don`t waste time. And it is the main cheat. They don`t ask you questions when you bring them money and lose it, but they you about it when they lose. And, probably try to steal the prize. Not all of them, but all of them steal your time when you want to get your money.
You are making a good point and I am looking forward to a day when there will be the same condition meted out to everybody where the casino will not have the flexibility to hold the KYC but to advise everyone upon registration to complete it immediately before any deposit. This is what I envision that was supposed to be the global standard, instead of casinos under pretence allows you to make deposits without the KYC but won't allow you to withdraw your money due to the lack of KYC completion.

It gets more annoying when you are not asked for the KYC completion when you are losing and keep on adding money to the platform for years, but immediately you are making regular profits from them, they ask you for it, this is also true even if you are withdrawing only the profit and not the deposit. Is the money not coming from them? The same thing goes for the withdrawal, so I don't see fairness in this.

Some casinos as well will make it miserable for some people to be able to complete their KYC, and to some, they will keep on asking for additional documents for no serious reasons other than finding excuses. All these have to be looked into in the future to avoid unjust issues like this.
240  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance reaches 200M users with $100B in assets under custody on: June 15, 2024, 11:05:18 AM
Lol...it's good to doubt though but I don't know why they should lie, the company was great already. Late last year also, they announced 170M users, I don't think they can be using this to gain more popularity because they already are, everyone wants to use Binance. Also, don't forget that there is investigative journalism, those billion-dollar news outlets (Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC etc.) have their contacts everywhere, and they have their ways to verify some claims. It may be detrimental if Binance claims such a thing when it is not real.
They have a big reason to lie because they have been losing customers like recently the Philippine and Nigeria gov't banning them. I would be skeptical since Binance have been facing lawsuits the expenses to pay those legal battle are expensive and Binance isn't transparent on their finances.
Are you kidding right now? Do you mean lawsuit cost is a big deal for a big company like Binance? That must be a joke. For records, lawsuits and even heavy sanctions are common with big companies, there are also many legal runnings and issues that have nothing to do with allegations and sanctions which are normal to them. Won't they push it through? That is just no reason for me.

But about not being transparent about their finances, that is not peculiar to Binance, you don't trust any company 100% and I am not here to defend what I can't prove. But believing that they are not sincere with their utterance even when you can't be sure of that doesn't make you any better.

However, I don't know of Philipines, but for Nigerians, I am certain that most are still using Binance because none of the Nigerian friends I asked stated otherwise. The Nigerian authorities blocked the P2P system, but that is not the only service that Binance is used for. They (the Nigerian government) also blocked the domain but left the app perfectly running. So, nothing is to be worried about here.

Binance Fined $4.3M by Canadian Financial
https://www.coindesk.com/policy/2024/05/09/binance-fined-43m-by-canadian-financial-regulator-for-administrative-violations/

dwindling user base + fines + court cases + expensive sponsorships.. It's the reason I have stopped using their services.
This is no different from what I have known about Binance and even more, and for clarity's sake, this is not to support Binance in any way but to say the truth. I don't even have the moral right to support Binance judging by what I have witnessed by myself in their hands. A very good example is the wrong rates during conversion and most importantly many times they've reaped me off through their Marketshop activities in futures trading which I caught them red-handed.

So I can never support a company like that, nevertheless, I will never agree to what anyone can't prove either since the allegation will remain so with me unless proven. Take care!
