221  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: October 26, 2015, 09:07:16 PM
Whatever you do, just make sure to buy before the halving. Most likely it will be higher than what it is now if all else is the same but the supply generated is cut in half.

I think that the price will be increased after the halving period,
But saying the truth it is just too little to except a huge profit from only 1BTC
I would not consider it as a long term investment but as a short investment.
222  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best bitcoin wallet? on: October 26, 2015, 08:36:58 PM
....
I would not consider blockchain. info as a secured 'web' wallet.
Since their support is asking stupid question to their clients i think that you should move.
And also blockchain has been removed from the bitcoin.org

Is there any reason why it being removed ?

I'm blockchain user over a year and I heard some people worried about blockchain.

And now they have maintenance for a while

Well you can see some discussion here on forum:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1201334.0
And Is blockchain.info still good to go? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1220315.0
Hope these will help you to decide to use or not this wallet.
223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you used Bitcoin as Real money to buy Real/physical goods? on: October 26, 2015, 08:32:52 PM
Buy my first sofa set in our new house earlier using my saved bitcoins. Smiley

Like I said in the other thread, I entered family life last month and we are starting from a scratch.

With current btc price kicking it's not advisable to do dump but these are my coins and I can do whatever I want.

That is fantastic, did you use the bitcoin directly to buy the sofa?
Or you exchanged first from bitcoin to cash then bought that?
I was near to deal to buy a phone yesterday but i we couldn't deal as i required +5% Smiley Hope one day i will buy any electronic.

It's so nice to have new things for a starters like us.

Unfortunately no malls here accepting bitcoin directly as payment method so I exchange it first in our fiat currency then start doing shopping. I dont want to sell my coins at the moment because of the price kick but no choice. After we settled all important things I will buy all my lost bitcoin that I spend. That is my future target to cover the loss.

Well great, but the main thing is that the source is bitcoin.
I am happy to hear similar stories how bitcoin has helped your life.
It helped me too, i use it to pay my tuition fee and/or for pocket money.
224  Economy / Speculation / Re: yay btc goes ~$250 ! on: October 26, 2015, 08:30:08 PM
Just check the bitcoin price chart, i haven't seen the bitcoin price like today for a long time.

The bitcoin price just hit ~$261, is is around 6 USD increase in the last 12 hours. To the moon..

RIP to all the "RIP Bitcoin" threads... I think since we have gotten some good solid exchanges for people who want to go in on a "legit" manner through Gemini, we are going to see $300+ after this month... Maybe Tongue

I remember this post Smiley, now i think that $300 will be hit by this week.
The bitcoin price has been pumped so much in the last days.
I think the OP should now edit the tittle to $300 Smiley

$300 by weekend yes, but during weekdays, I doubt it. For some reason, when the week started at $280, rate will linger in that level and will shoot up by weekend, but much better if it reached $300 during weekdays.

Why do you think that by the weekend the price will be higher.
I think that at business days the price normally should be increased.
Because the banks works on these days and exchanging to bitcoin..
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next target: 260-270 on: October 26, 2015, 07:49:40 PM
260 just got broken. 270 by the weekend dip Cheesy

I think that by the weekend it would not be much a difference.
Because deposits/banks does not work at weekends and may stuck the price at what it is today.
I think that by the end of month bitcoin price will reach at least $280 which is $20 difference from the price at the moment.

i agree. this and also there always have been a small dump after price goes up.
so i guess due to decline, price is going to stop and fall back a little at weekend and start going up again next week. but we have to see how much more it can go up until the final hours.

I think that the recent rise of the bitcoin price was pumped.
So now the price was back to ~$260 which i think is dumped maybe.
It is around -8 dollar since it top price with was around ~$275 yesterday.
And will continue dumb to 250 maybe we will strong in around 250-260 like before increase price happened
Well by this trend i really think that the price will reach $300 by this week.
Here is an article that I've read about the latest bitcoin price

226  Economy / Economics / Re: Did Bitcoin Ruin Your Life, Or Help Your Life? on: October 26, 2015, 07:35:25 PM
Saying the truth the day that i learned about bitcoin my life changed a bit.
Because i am staying more in the laptop and researching about bitcoin.
It is good that you can trade buy sell (digital) things very easily.

228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spending VERY Large Amounts of Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2015, 04:11:27 PM
I guess this kind of heavy converting to fiat money would definitely damage bitcoin.
Bitcoin was not created to be converted to fiat money, it was created to replace fiat money.

But if you want to have some bitcoins how do you want to obtain.
I know that you can earn by doing services but what if you want to have now 10BTC
You of course should buy through cash/fiat money, I think OP has got enough answers which i think the best that it fits is buy buying/selling to different exchanges.
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe we need more ways of advertising Bitcoin currency? on: October 26, 2015, 03:55:44 PM
I think is the best way to advertise the bitcoin is in comercial televisions world wide. Explain what is bitcoin comercial something like that can understand by people...

The suggestion is clear, but the question would be who?
Because bitcoin has no ceo, no company representatives etc.
I think the best way is when third parties advertise for their service in bitcoin.

The post containing your bitcoin address has been quoted.
It is better if you can to post a signed message from this address.
If you don't know how to sign a bitcoin message then check this thread How to sign a message?!
231  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best bitcoin wallet? on: October 26, 2015, 03:21:15 PM
i use blockchain. info and is good! try it to get secure wallet
Yes. I like it too. It is a secured wallet

I would not consider blockchain. info as a secured 'web' wallet.

232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I trust BTC exchanges? on: October 26, 2015, 03:18:51 PM
You can believe: btc-e, bittrex, cryptsy.

Well i wouldn't so sure about believing these exchanges.
For example we can see here that there are many accusation about cryptsy.
Where they block/disable their users accounts, isn't this the worst situation about trusting or not the exchanges!
233  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: October 26, 2015, 03:17:09 PM
-snip-
Most people wants car girls house and i think that it is possible,
But not directly through bitcoins, you can buy a car through bitcoin debit cards.
What i wish is everything that i can buy with fiat money in everyday use.

girls are pretty easy to buy, just give them money, i don't think they would care about what kind of money they are

but you want a girlfriend this is a nother story...

I would say 'buy' a girlfriend that will love you even when you don't have money.
That's the point of having a girlfriend, anyway i wish i could buy via bitcoin cheap electronics.
Cheaper than they are in the market, for example indirectly by buying cheaper giftcards and purchase via them.
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: October 26, 2015, 03:14:45 PM
I am holding and collecting bitcoins firstly for a price increase.
Secondly i save them and will only use when i am need of money.
Basically for any emergencies, and i use bitcoin to trade mostly Smiley
235  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Potential Sr. Member account with 185+ activity on: October 26, 2015, 03:09:26 PM
Because the potential Sr.members are from 240 to 476
Then i would suggest you to check the potential activity and tell us here.
If you don't know how, then here is a website that checks the potential activity by putting the UID
satoshiquiz.com/bitcointalk/getactivity.php or visitorsbit.com
236  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Buying negative trusted accounts. on: October 26, 2015, 03:05:55 PM
I'm buying negative trusted accounts from member to legendary.
Post your offer or pm me.

If your budget is higher than 0.06 then i would suggest you something:
Go pay the loan that you took on March https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=994093.0;all
If you want to buy a legendary then i think that you have enough money to cover the loan you took.
237  Economy / Services / Re: Buy ANYTHING from AMAZON with BITCOIN at a 15% ~ 20% DISCOUNT -Free USA Shipping on: October 26, 2015, 02:59:49 PM
@amazon4u have you though about expanding your service
I am interesting about amazon.de if you provide 20% discount.
And about the gift cards how are these obtained legally right?
238  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are headed to $50 on: October 26, 2015, 02:56:33 PM
I think that for this year there is no way to reach $50.
Likely i am optimistic that the price will reach soon to the $300.
If you missed a '0' then i think that that would be reached in few months or after the halving period.
239  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 26, 2015, 02:53:02 PM
i have been searching free card

For now it is not possible saying the truth.
Some weeks before there was a giveaway to entry
And they were giving away free bitcoin debit card (physical and virtual (VCC)).
