221  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Obama to ICE Agents: screw the Constitution__ follow my orders or else! on: March 12, 2015, 10:21:45 AM

”President Obama warned workers at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement: implement executive amnesty, or else. He made the comments in a town hall event on immigration on MSNBC.”

Obama is in fact threatening ICE Agents to engage in an act of sedition and ignore our Constitution and laws made in pursuance thereof!

My suggestion to all ICE Agents is to honor their oath of office and we the people will come to their defense!

The following oath is taken by ICE Agents as they are sworn in as employees of the federal government:

I [name] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

Note that allegiance is to our Constitution and against all enemies, foreign and domestic, which would include those who use their office of public trust to circumvent our Constitution. In this case that would be Obama and his attempted usurpation of a power not granted.

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obama-consequences-ice-officials-who-dont-follow-executive-amnesty_866479.html

The United Nations is a circumvention of the US CONSTITUTION, all personals on us soil working to supplement the C and BoR by the United Nations programs are ? the conclusion is easy, but the applications of the consequences of the conclusion seems evasive in my opinion... to many foreign posts to manage by the USMIIC to be able to defend the Homeland? who knows...

but the Chinese and Russian Laws will not be circumvented, what ever the size of the blood pool(s).
222  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Man gets life in prison for selling $20 worth of weed to undercover cop on: March 12, 2015, 10:18:28 AM
Americans are totally crazy. the most uncivilized nation in the world, covered by a bunch of shit-shiny-looking shield.

This is completely disgusting.

relatively excluding China Mainland most are worst.

At least China Mainland says publicly that they are a republic-dictature. The disgusting side of USA is that they shows themselves as the good guys when they then act as the worst.

outside of China resides only barbarians... even the "Khan" wanted to be "chinesed", how not once war is mastered... For brief period the USA could have made it... but the c and bor stayed on papers. that's the diff, far from saying that everything is perfect in China... losts of hard decisions and works still to be made, but at least problems are recognized, as opportunity to be solved, and not to be hidden.

Not mentioning the fact that it is ridiculous to get a prison sentence let alone life in jail for a PLANT.

I couldn't help but think he would definitely be black before opening the article.

understand that most of those people supporting that believe that on the night of the 24 dec comes a man wearing a red costume to give them gifts if they have followed authority... they even prepare a glass of milk and cookies... then... the sky is the limit.

225  Other / Off-topic / The Tea Corner on: March 12, 2015, 10:01:55 AM
Let's speak about Tea (ie the most valuable commodity in the world on all ratio but the coolest weight/price)...
(exceptional tea= exceptional price, China scale).

So a few questions for the experts :

can you water a plant with a tea a few days old?
How long can you drink tea after making it?

The intelligence trap: The more stupid you are, the less surveilled you will be.

But yes, I get your point, the people who are stupid and accepting "structurally incapable of being aware" of all this bullshit will be less likely to get into trouble than those of us who aren't.

they are value less as object of surveillance, better watch a rock more divergence toward the mean will be observed...

edit: thx for the correction Wink
227  Other / Politics & Society / NSA vs CIA ? Reason behind a break down between the two? on: March 12, 2015, 09:47:46 AM
for my simple and my stupid perspective, I would say simply that the nsa follow the line of the usmiic. the cia on the contrary (for the low/mid echelon and "off groups") follow the line of the crony corporatists. Is this analysis wrong?

ex: NSA likes open source - CIA hates it (no patents ie no income for bribes).
ex: NSA swore an Oath to the C and BoR - CIA swore an oath to the "agency"

core problem: the nsa can ends the cia, more exactly the usmiic can end the need for the cia. the reverse is wrong (unless the cia overtrowh the Chinese and Russian gov to impose their united nations plan worldwide, highly unlikely, as the 2 will not surrender easly and the USMIIC swore an oath to the C and BoR (even if the judges and the cronyies don't take it seriously... like works make free Cheesy).

conclusion : I support the reintegration of the cia as part of the USMIIC, under US military chain of command. no more civ bs.

edit: cia almost a terror organization within the us civ gov (I would say the trigger has been crossed for many reasons).

[101 the cia will fight the AI -  the USMIIC (excluding the cia) will nurture...]

tide tsal : Brennan military or civilian? it's rhetorical, his action are clear sign, and furthermore mcc (the guy who was "eliminated") was military... maybe he didn't like to have his future soldiers feeded dirt shit... a guess...
228  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Intelligence Trap: the stupider you are, the less surveilled you will be. on: March 12, 2015, 09:45:32 AM
nope, nope, just find a camp which values are aligned with yours (remember there is no by standers positions).
229  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why the US Government Is Terrified of Hobbyist Drones on: March 12, 2015, 09:34:43 AM
How to let "them" aka we the people have skills that can be harvested while keeping the domination on the people... harder than it appears to manage.
230  Other / Politics & Society / The Intelligence Trap: the more stupid you are, the less surveilled you will be. on: March 12, 2015, 09:28:26 AM
As the subject says it all for those who can understand, it poses me the question how not to join in? Other option is to play it J.G. in a cave somewhere...

(stupid : lack of creativity, intelligence & instinct (aka street smart), educated (anticipatable)).

Not stupid : curious and follow trough.

231  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ‘Selfie Trend’ Officially Declared a 'mental disorder' on: March 10, 2015, 06:21:50 PM
Do we think that any of this news will stop people from taking selfies in the most mundane and/or public places? We can only hope!

Yes we should hope for the best, And eliminate all the negative things  or acts from our society. I dont want 100% result, if some left it due to this thread i think my work has been done with this thread.

Thanks

Why shall you care if you aren't in the selfy, are you some kind of society purifier that determines that doing selfy is a negative act or thing? I don't get how you get this prerogative... your enlightened wisdom I guess? or are you promoting video selfy? fix image is so clichay.
232  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Reddit’s science forum banned climate deniers. on: March 10, 2015, 04:52:31 PM
Climate destruction deniers are and aways have been the paid shills of the fossil fuel industry,  and the scientific community is right to shun, mock, and discredit them.

You mean the warmists are doing the carbon tax push shenanigan out of love, not for the love of money and power? You mean scientists are working for free and never ask for grants, or better tools and top of the line labs?

let him believe, he will be thought IRL and then he will agree until it, he certainly cloaks his malice by "caring"... ignore the ignorants Smiley.
233  Other / Off-topic / Exo-life Contact - the need for full combat gears by the "aliens" - dna harvesti on: March 10, 2015, 04:51:00 PM
Little off topic, as a "civilized exo life form" when coming into contact with the Earth inhabitants (for what ever reason), there is the need to come in "no dna leak combat gears", why? otherwise the humans will do their best to capture to harvest the visitor's dna... not cool, very aggressive and unfriendly... act accordingly "they" will. why take the risk?

237  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The NSA’s Call Records Program Didn’t Stop a Single Terrorist Attack on: March 10, 2015, 04:40:21 PM
dissuasive... imagine you are an object of surveillance with the will to commit an act of violence on the American soils, with all those tools you have to have skills to operate lower which reduce your "potential" and once got (the act will be recorder) your full trails will be exposed, including who gave birth to you... if you can understand what it may means.
238  Other / Politics & Society / Re: iSpy - Don't buy Apple products on: March 10, 2015, 04:37:47 PM

The security researchers presented their latest tactics and achievements at a secret annual gathering, called the “Jamboree,” where attendees discussed strategies for exploiting security flaws in household and commercial electronics. The conferences have spanned nearly a decade, with the first CIA-sponsored meeting taking place a year before the first iPhone was released.

https://firstlook.org/theintercept/2015/03/10/ispy-cia-campaign-steal-apples-secrets/

In short or I buy an American product under ndaa or a foreign made product that will be too under surveillance. Notable difference is that with the American product I will be spied on but I can say what ever I want (lies too), with the others... who knows.

edit: as expected.
239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Article: The East India Company: The original corporate raiders on: March 10, 2015, 04:33:51 PM
I believe the church pre-dates the East India Trading company by several thousand years, I know many religious people here wouldn't regard them as a corporation but when you consider how many non-christian countries they tried to dismantle and take over and the way they did it I'd disagree.

Church isn't a good example. They rarely acted on their own. From the beginning the church used to be involved on the request of the secular authorities. The king or whatever
Wrong. There were no secular authorities back then. Kings ruled by divine right. The comparison to corporations is valid, church-government collusion for profit was the precursor to modern corp-government for profit collusion.

Exactly, during the colonial era when the Americas were first discovered the church colluded with Portugal and Spain to plunder or control less advanced countries who didn't know about them.

the law($) of warfare.

Serious problem Russian team, how could we be ever friend? you want to incarcerate me for undetermined duration for the use of a plant of the creation. How would you react if the situation was reversed? I don't expect a response, how could you, as it would have to be an individual one. big serious problem. What are my solution(s) toward the problem you cause me?
