I will try to explain to you a basic concept. you are right in saying that for now and the close future it's impossible to prevent all first time rapist from coming to existence, however you fail to anticipate the progress of individual and collective defense solutions. But actually, now, it's possible, without difficulties to eliminate all those that have chosen to become a rapist, i.e. one or more than one proved act, makes you fit the definition of a rapist. The simple fact that there exist multirecidivists, that have raped again after jail prove how delusional you are.

If you think that by wiping out rapists from existence mankind lose something, we are definitely in conflict. The level of risk you want my children to carry is incompatible with my risk assessment, and what I consider a safe realist environment. Frankly if it was to be redone, it would be first fix the VA, meaning using more systemic and serious (modern) tools to approach the question in a more strategic way of thinking and then working roll out main stream... sound more professional to me, not that the private sector isn't able to make more than shoes, or even provide the most perfect health maximizing return for everyone, it's just that if the solution developed for the VA is better than all the others why not, which would make it a free choice, and the natural death of an industry... And it's not like if the VA didn't need fixing, which would solve the health part of it, at least. For me the dream candidacy would Michelle Obama! Moreover, and necessarily a clean cut would be necessary for a Man to become a Dad full time, because the World needs Michelle full time, free, of course. And finally as every argumentation needs an ending I sincerely think that Michelle Obama is among the few with enough sensibilities to be able to contribute very positively to most problems facing Mankind, in a professional, diligent and kind matter. What ever anyone may think of the current Russian administration, Russian people born outside of Russia are still Russian... if they say so. And why should they be second hand citizens in a foreign country, if Europe was about respecting for once the will of the people there. if they want to be part of motherland Russia, who are we to tell them no?
