I purchased using my own cards. The amounts over the past two months are rather large and I assume that is what the problem is. After threatening a large amount of chargebacks they unlocked my account so I could access my cards/rewards points but I am unable to make purchases until I go through some verifications. This post and a nasty email is the only reason I didn't get treated like my friend was. He is a nicer guy than I am I guess

Ok smart guy what would you call it when they do shit like this? BOA is also a huge organization and was banned from business in the entire state of Colorado for scamming the old and disabled. Just because they have money doesn't mean they're honest

My self and a close friend have had our accounts suspended without any notice or any real communication. They told us both that an email with a form we needed to fill out had been sent but it never was. They don't publish a phone number to call but I was able to find it anyway. They told me the same thing they said to my friend and that is that they will request another email to be sent but I'm assuming this will have the same result as my friend and that is no email will ever be sent. They ultimately closed my friends account and kept thousands worth of Amazon's and hundreds in rewards points. I was not hit that hard but I do have several hundred dollars worth that has effectively been stolen from me. I am giving them 24 hours to unlock my account and then both my friend and I will begin charge backs on our last several thousand in purchases.

While their support is generally fast to respond their site apparently hates me. I have tried making 3 purchases and of the 3 only one has been successful. A couple days ago I tried to order a $50 dominos card using bitcoin but was told it would take 48 hours(wtf?!) so I requested a refund which took nearly 48 hours and now I attempted to buy a $500 amazon card using my credit card but it was denied. They asked to verify my identity which was them simply asking my birthday. I entered my birthday but they denied the transaction stating "we could not confirm your identity". Now I have $500 held up on their authorization hold. I have had an absolutely disgusting time dealing with these guys. Probably gonna stick with gyft even though they limit my purchases all the time

I am not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean the info used to register could have been used in check fraud or in a fraudulent transaction? There is absolutely nothing I did to get this limited: I purchased a prepaid phone from the zip code provided and used it to access the account, I purchased a $100 ppmc with cash my self from the same zip code provided and loaded it/let it sit. I made absolutely no attempts to transfer funds in/out or to make any purchases of any kind.

I appreciate the offer for a new account but I am not entirely sure I want one. Not counting the phone I have $160 tied up in this one and I am not so sure I want to risk more

it was not the ip. I purchased a prepaid smart phone from the same zip code provided and used the name provided when registering the phone. I only used that phone to log into paypal

I am attempting to resolve an issue I have with a pp account that I purchased from these guys(cheapvccs.com). This was supposed to be a fresh fully verified usa business account from a specific city/state. I received the product as promised and it was limited within a week without me sending/receiving any transfers or attempting any payments. The only thing I did was purchase a $100 ppmc from the same zip code on the account and load it/let it sit. Now it is locked up pending bank, id, and address verification. One of the following have to be true in this case:
1) there is an issue with the bank used to verify the account
2) the info used to register the account is wrong in someway.

I have many stealth pp accounts and pretty much know what I am doing. I know how to properly age these things and imo it has to be something wrong on their end.

just fyi but $20 isn't going to get you much at all. I've learned the hard way that there is a lot to keep a well running and secure stealth account. preypal can and will routinely shut these things down and for all kinds of reasons. Most would think that using a fresh rdp and or socks/http(s) proxy would be enough but in all reality that isn't enough at all. Most of the big sites like paypal, walmart, target, etc have a bunch of tricks to track actual location regardless of the proxy used. They also most likely use browser fingerprinting. So, basically, you're not gonna get a ready and workable account for $20 period.

I can also somewhat vouch for them. I've made several purchases from them recently and so far its always been as advertised.

I purchased an avs vcc for a us pp from these guys last night from their website(cheapvccs.com). The whole process including btc confirmation time took about an hour or so and the product I received was exactly what was advertised. Overall I am pleased. They did, however, attempt to charge me $3 more for paying with btc via the support chat which kinda irked me since I'm used to getting discounts when using btc but whatever. I didn't actually end up having to pay the extra $3 because I went through their cart system and paid via okpay
