Bitcoin Core for sure. Not sure about Multibit (don't use it). Warning: Please check that your computer's date and time are correct! If your clock is wrong Bitcoin Core will not work properly.

cd websocket-client
python setup.py install
wget https://gist.github.com/flatfly/8253870/raw/9733e34e469e1bcd8d0ae13565ade4eaa0490618/gistfile1.py
python gistfile1.py

Bumping old threads with no additional useful information is certainly _not_ the way to do it. Go post in Offtopic or something.
What bumping? This thread was started today! Not talking about this one obviously. Check his post history. Mods might have fixed some in the meanwhile. OP knows exactly what I meant.

A question, is mining Bitcoin in Singapore profitable? Singapore electricity cost is very expensive.. what about mining altcoin and than sell it for Bitcoin?
No. You answered your own question. Electricity is too expensive. Same goes for altcoin mining.

How would the client know that? Have you tried adding nodes with the addnode command? Did you change anything in your conf file?

Could anyone tell me the best system for using Bitcoin or any other currency for a retail operation?
Do you want to keep them or have them insta-converted to GBP?
