That's one of the wonderful things about crypto. It's a man or woman's own private personal life parachute just in case a relationship doesn't go the way it should.

Malaysia heading towards legalization also
Oh really? I didn't know that. that's great to hear. Malaysia doesn't want to be second for Singapore. lol Well, the per capital statistics are what they are. Impressive considering that there are virtually no natural resources in Singapore. This is wealth built up from nothing but Hokkien and misc. Hua Ren work ethic.

It's both sarcasm and also keeping it real at the same time. IMO both the naysayers and the optimists are likely half right.

Who cares who buys or sells? It's the market. A market is made up of an infinite number of personal wants and needs that translate to buying and selling.
It's $1.50 to $1.80 to send $2500-$3000 TODAY and that's awesome. And it's been awesome (again) for around a month now.

Yeah, either that or another dive. Anything is possible.

By any measure, crypto is still a huge and revolutionary success.
Loss by some investors doesn't = downfall or failure.
You need to make your own decisions. Many people trying to get people to buy are people who are in the red because they bought between $10,000 and $20,000. I think it has a long way to go up, but it's possible it might just stabilize or go down.

Target profits reached, sell. Wait for a dip, buy in again. Basic investing.
Uh, that and it fits the definition of gambling.
People argue this one both ways. There's so much money flowing around during the Chinese New Year, and it's not a clear cut black and white flow either way.
Hopefully it's not a bubble OR a bobble.
If you invest in a crypto because you believe that it has a long term future, then it is not gambling.
Day trading on the other hand (especially if you do not believe in the future of cryptos) IS a form of gambling, IMO.
If the only difference in your definition is the time frame, then it's still gambling. If you take 1 day to steal something or 10 years to steal something it's still theft. The same for murder, running, walking, breathing, etc.

Good luck enforcing and applying it. How will they differentiate between income and simply moving one's assets around?
Well there is definitely demand for exchanges that cannot be hacked.
Again, most who say it's not gambling simply don't understand the English definition of gambling.

The slow transaction and high fees comments are clearly coming from people who don't do transactions in btc everyday. I do and the network is faster and fees are again just a few dollars for thousand dollar transactions. At this moment, I have multiple $2600-$3100 transactions going through and it's $1.25 to $1.40 per transaction. Across the world in around 10-30 minutes at present for less than half the cost of the average drink at Starbucks.

The disadvantage of BTC is that now it's too expensive to start.
I hear that a lot, but that's like saying I can't open a bank account for $8200 because I don't have enough to start. You don't have to start with a whole bitcoin, just like you can open a bank account with $50.

One of the basic rules of creating wealth, increase your number of income streams, don't decrease them.
Doesn't really matter who the parts of the machine were. It's the machine's owner that gets the credit and the spoils.
In the same way you can't really say that the pre Civil War textiles industry in American was really the African textiles industry.
