The price of altcoin is influenced by bitcoin. If bitcoin dominance does not go down and still goes up, Altcoin has no chance to recover and reach a higher price.

as far Binance held IEO, all of them works well. There is no scam until now most of them is successfull and giving good return to investors but there is a coin which gets lose (selling under IEO price) at the first listing but it doesnt mean scam. it is a risk. risky and scam are very different. |

The ultimate aim of projects who raise funds via ICO and IEO methods are to raise money to fund their projects and I think projects actually prefers ICOs to IEOs because there would be no middle-man (exchanges) to share the funds with or to give large amounts of their tokens to,
middle-man is needed to reduce scam fund raising. on the other hand, it costs more. but I think it is no problem at all additionally during the days of ICOs, projects could raise much more funds via the ICO tokensale method, we used to see hardcaps of $10m and above but with IEOs, their hardcap is much smaller although it's almost guaranteed that they would hit it I'm a short period of time, mostly within seconds of opening the sale. that's good for IEO, we can know that IEO aims to NOT get funding as much as possible. IEO has clear calculation how much money needed, and set with it. |

In order to be successful in crypto trading, you have to understand the dynamics of this trading platform. This is very different from other trading markets like equity, commodity, forex, etc Rather than asking about which coin to buy, post your research about different coins and get opinions of experts on them. That's the best way to learn and move forward. Another good stable coins can arrive but need more time. What the...? Invest into stable coin? Are you kidding? Do you think that you are really investing? It is something like to say, I am going to invest into american dollar.  You don't seem to understand that everything is an investment, if you are holding all your savings in your national currency then you are invested in that currency, and if for some reason it begins to lose value against the rest of the currencies then you are losing money. It is the very same concept that allows you to trade bitcoin against the dollar and if you can sell it and buy it at the right time you can get more bitcoin in return, so I do not really understand why you are so surprised that something like that can be done and sometimes it is even a desirable thing to do. but, but, but.... investing has to choose the good place to do. if we choose the low volality or even very low (FIAT), it isnt worth it low volality cant get you good return ofc. and that's opposite with investing defition. that looks like to safe your money value than investing your money. |

Anyway, most traders want to trade coins that are liquid so that it could be easily converted and be sold in almost an instant so they could profit quickly. When it comes to different kinds of tokens, there are a lot which has no liquidity at all, so would you still trade it? You might lose your investment with one trade. I doubt someone would want to do that to himself. So for me, I wouldn't invest in those kinds of tokens, especially when the volume is fake. convert to cash depends how much capital is, if we use high capital, the liquidity is a must if using low capital, low liquidity isnt a problem as long as still having liquidity (not no liquidity at all) so, i think it is subjective, in other word, there is chance to get profit for traders/ investors we have to consider that most of low liquid coin is pump and dump so can get big return if we have good strategy. |

I know its a good time to start buying altcoins. The price is low and i can buy a lot of altcoins. But the problem is we need to be smart choosing an altcoins. I will play safe and picking stable coins.

It's very strange if you have to invest there just to find out whether the project is good or not. 99% of new projects are fraud and rubbish. where do you find that 99% new project are fraud and rubbish? can I look that data? or you just make statement without any clear reference  I know that most of new project is failed. Most comment above said that it's not worth to invest in not liquid coins.
It depends on the person's wallet size. In most cases people with a few hundred bucks have no problems investing in these coins because they can get in and out easily, which is why such altcoins are quite popular. If you're a trader/investor with $20k for example things are different unless you have the luck to buy or sell into a large wall. If I had that money I would definitely avoid such coins, but everyone is different at the end of the day. yes, you are right. high wallet size would be hard to cash out in not liquid coin. So, we have to resize how much money if we wanna invest in that type coin. this is part of strategy at least, it can be option to invest in crypto. there is opportunity to invest in this coin with high risk and high return if having good strategy, it can get profit more than liquid coin. that's all |

if using bitcoin or ethereum for payment, dev would cost more than their own tokens/ coins.
so, many devs use their own tokens to pay bounty hunter. that's a good choice to spread tokens to circullating
actually, dev doesnt have to be affraid losing token/ coins value in the market. as long as the coin is good, it would increase in the future
But if the coin isnt good, it would be the problem. the coin cant increase and dump as time goes by
