twtter facebook and so on... no one to promote?  There is a bunch of stuff lined up. But twitter Facebook and whatnot, that starts with you and everyone else. I can go and post on twitter but it won't do much good. This is a community effort. Whatever I and a couple people can do is limited. We're doing what the "limited" is. It's underway. But stop asking people to promote and please show me something you did to promote. Sorry, but everyone saying "this needs to be done" but no one doing anything is kinda insulting. I, for one, am not a dev, haven't been hired as a PR or anything. I'm a community member just like you. Everyone else here is just like you. I am a member of Chinese promotion team, i have done a lot of work to promote PRT, we Chinese did a lot of work for PRT, I don't want to explain to you what i have done, what we Chinese have done. you know, facebook twitter,and so on,these are not convenient to promote in China, I just suggest that if somebody is convenient to do this. but this doesn't mean i am not doing anything for prt. you said " I can go and post on twitter but it won't do much good." i suggest you, just do it. I know you have done a lot of work for PRT, thank you for your effort, for your trying. i know this is a community effort. so i often called on everybody to work together. this does not mean i am not doing anything. i hope you can understand this clearly. my friend. if you believe in prt, just do something for prt promotion. try your best, no matter whether you are successful or not, no matter how difficulty it is, just do it. this is my point I often suggest moonmoon, promote PRT and develop wallet together, think about how to promote prt without the new wallet. learning other coins about the marketing ideas, latter he said he had to work, had to support his family, had to develop the new wallet. he is as busy as a bee all day, so let us do something to help him. for example giveaway, facebook, twitter, design cool pictures and videos, write some articles about prt and publish in many places and so on. if you have good ideas, you can tell us, we will try our best to do it. the new wallet had released, now i think the most important thing is promotion and application extensions. the more applications the better. but how to attract the developers? how to promote prt? how to let people get interest in prt, we have to think about these things. don't you think so? can we have a match about developing apps? if we can, how to begin, how to run it. we should discuss this carefully. ok, well thanks for your involvement in the past. Sorry, its just "please promote" tends to bug me since I did quite a bit and gaveaway enormous amount of money, and paid people to help too. And right now i am doing my best with a lot of things lined up. But for your information, about some of what is underway. Decent bounties for devolopers that will create useful modules (apps) Bounty for a nice landing page Some targetted ad banners on crypto sites that will link to the insightful landing page In contact with relevant news outlet as they ask me information that should be included in their article (ie, nice news outlets posting about particle, specifically the revolutionary wallet soon) And once landing oage is done, i will personally invest into good SEO and media blasts The only thing i dont realistically have underway is social media. I am social media clueless and wish for someone else to pick up that task. Regardless, social media is a community thing more than anything else. Note, these are not promesses, they are plans and a work in progress. Some of it you might see very very soon, some of it might take some more time. And when I say very very soon, it means hours/days. Longer means week or 2. |

The priority is promotion, think about it, i asked you, how to promote prt without the new wallet, how to get other people to invest this coin, how to let people interest in this coin. this is the focus of all things. but the promotion is so weak that little people know about it. can we make some powerful promotion? the promotion work of this coin is not good enough,except China promotion team. at least for now.
The promotion us coming. But you won't see us go in every thread and scream "such particle" like Doge. Also, I'm a tiny tiny bit tired of people saying "this needs to be done'' but those persons not doing it. |

one of the best things you can do right now to help is to contact crypto news outlet and let them know about this amazing new wallet. News are all about showing the world something interesting (that's what brings their traffic), so this pioneering in the crypto world is a good news for them and for us. When contacting them, try to stay neutral and basically just pointing them to something interesting that is worth talking about. If you "ask" too much, like as a favor, it sounds too much like if you're looking for free advertisement. Sure, we do want the advertisment, but it's a very well worthy news. Another thing, albeit a bit harder, is to try to recruit developers interested in building modules for the wallet. You don't necessarily need a developer who's sole goal is to create apps, but most of the time you could get some people to want to have an app relating to their service created (like how api is used everywhere). Some examples are news websites, exchanges, pools or price checkers. You can also inquire people to add the simple yet amazing "click to send" addresses on their websites for easy donations and payment. Furthermore, tweeting and stuff about it and trying to get those tweets to high followers count people in the crypto field is easy to do and can enlighten a lot of people to Particle. What's really great about Particle is that it sells itself, you don't need to hype it. You don't need to lie or exaggerate or have to get into elaborate marketing schemes. It's innovative enough that the only thing it needs is people to be aware of it. The rest should be viral. |

You have .NET 2.0. You need to install latest .NET framework 4.5.
Ok, thanks. I have version 4.5 installed, but somehow it launches with 2.0. I think error is on my side, so I'll try to reinstall framework. Anyway, I guess required framework version should be mentioned on the first page. on windows 8 I have often encountered an error where .net 4.5 was installed but not enabled. Try to Google "hot to enable .net 4.5". The answers there usually fixed my problem. |

A lot of things did not occur V1 V2 wallet in the inside, such as platforms, mining and other things have gone? Most of the things you pointed were ideas. It hasn't been established yet if the pooled mining within the wallet is a good idea, and the feasibility. I am not even sure if the dev (moonmoon) even chimed in on the idea. Community brainstorming should not be in your list of "this is gonna be in the wallet". Those ideas are to be tinkered about and not not priority, the priority till yesterday was to release the wallet. Now priority will shift to other things. And the "platforms" (properly said, module or app, the platform is the wallet itself, the building block), that's the BEAUTY of this wallet. It's not a one man show. Any developer can come and create a module that can be added at your will to the wallet. It's like blaming Microsoft for not releasing your favorite game with their operating system. The wallet has been released a couple hours, you need people to start create modules for it. Moonmoon even provided an open source example to help developers. This is a work in progress. The platform is here. Now the sky is the limit. |

I think we have missed the best opportunity, XCP just got added to CNY market on BTER. because there were only five coins and all the trading value were very low. but now, there are 7 coins in exchange activities, the trading value is very high. PRT is at a disadvantage right now. Well no one knows. But XCP had lower daily volumes and got added first. And PRT is the only one with over 20btc daily volume e everyday since being added. But hey, it's gonna be added, in the next few days, which one first, I don't care much. hi 12, I always heard your name in QQ group. You always said that author would release. Do you join or have a plan to generalize PRT? I made sure to never state a specific date. It's coming, it's a matter of days, at this point you could count the hours. There is plans from my part and others to popularized particle right after the wallet release. |

well, the marker health is very good and interesting the currently, you have much larger trades happening and decent volumes and it's currently at a very low price. Crypto are hoarders currency l, so the more buys you see, the more hoarders you get. And with the wallet and promotion efforts starting within the next 48 hours (yes I said it). |

i send to coinmarket ~~1 btc while site isnt working because of my mistake, and it was after someone steal coins from them so my btc should be safe - or they give it to someone else - then this is a criminal

Get over to MintPal exchange and vote for PRT. 5 Votes per user per hour! If everyone gets on there and votes PRT will go through the roof on votes and get added to the exchange! https://www.mintpal.com/voting in all fairness, since we got added to bter.com, which is a major player, if we get added to other exchanges, the volume will be low on those exchanges so it won't make much difference, it's like that with every coin, the first big one to add gets all the trades. With that being said, it doesn't really hurt, it's just not not worth to donate. |
