221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in a Bitcoin Bubble on: January 08, 2018, 12:27:36 PM
Why call it a bubble? The price is determined by market, supply and demand, and the value is as high as users are willing to pay for it at that moment.
Despite all conspiracy theories I would say that bitcoin price is still rather independent and doesn't have some intentional influence by some interest groups. Let's hope for even higher price, that will us all do a good thing.
222  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Miners "reportedly" fleeing China on: January 08, 2018, 10:37:32 AM
Do you think mining would still remain stable?

From what i know miners in china play a significant role in the bitcoin network,if all of them shutdown all at once we might see a huge delay again in the transactions and fees will back in an abnormal state.

Would this be for the better (mining become more widely spread out) or can this cause transactions to come to a halt?

Moving out and and finding a new place to put the factory is not an easy task to do, businessmen who owns the miner rigs will be looking for cheap electricity on some part of the world which is not so easy and some other aspect that they would benefit from the location.

This will surely be a huge blow to bitcoin and among other its users, we can only hope for the good and once again the fees will head straight "to the moon".

It's not easy task but they will find the way. This is too big profit for them just to let this go so simple and give up.
Also I don't think they will shut down at once but gradualy move their farms for better conditions. And somehow I think that behind this stands a much more complex story than it looks at first glance. Why wouldn't China give up such profit, it doesn't make sense?
223  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be at least $40,000 Next Year on: January 08, 2018, 09:55:46 AM
Do you mean in 2019?
Who knows what will happen a year from now, I don't like to give such long predictions because that is simply not possible and it's pure guessing. Bitcoin is highly volatile and the price changes very fast in both ways so all options are possible. Let's rather focus on near future, a next month or two.
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2018, 08:28:43 AM
I'm impressed how in relatively short period of time bitcoin has suceeded to achieve that much. From totaly new and anonimous cryptocurrency that nobody believed in except few enthusiasts to the global phenomenon that attracts more and more users each day. Also, the value that has grown so much and the huge potentital as a leading cryptocurrency that is has.
225  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: January 07, 2018, 11:17:55 AM
That is strange and rather unbelivable that you didn't manage to earn at least something.
Having in mind just the price movement in the last year if you held your coins just this should have brought you profit. Even if you are not successful trader there are other ways like signature campaigns so I think there is no justification for not learning anything within a whole year.
226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are dying !!! on: January 07, 2018, 09:58:03 AM
One biger dump doesn't mean the altcoins are dead, don't panic. It's something we have all seen before. That is why is important to pick altcoins very carefuly. Many of them appear all the time but not all have the potential to survive and be successful.
But that is the charm of altcoin trading.

228  Economy / Economics / Re: The Islamic State want to create a gold coin on: January 06, 2018, 09:31:18 PM
Islamic state is not recognized by other countries, it's terrorist state and I don't think the coin they make could succeed and have some influence. The only thing it could be used is for funding terrorism.
Anyway even if they do so which I doubt this coins will not influence the economy.
229  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: January 06, 2018, 07:34:13 PM
You can predict the price only if you have cristall ball.  Wink
If that would be so easy then everyone would be just earning money and no one will not lose anything. You can try with different charts and analysis but still you can't get the situation on the market, maybe some global trends.
Predicting the price would be like you play the lottery.
230  Economy / Economics / Re: What you think about bitcoin and other cryptos in 2018 on: January 05, 2018, 12:32:29 PM
To my opinion this and every other year after are going to be better and better for bitcoin an other cryptocurrencies. It took a while to get this status they are havig now and for people to accept them but despite some difficulties and issues the situaton is improving.
For bitcoin I except further price rise and regarding altcoins the situation is differen. Some will survive but some don't.
231  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Support? on: January 05, 2018, 10:37:17 AM
So many, unfortunately bad things, have already been said about Poloniex and their customer support service.
It's sadi that they have lost the reputation of one of the best exchangers because of many complaints and issues. It might taken more than a week before you get your answer so I hope your problem isn't so urgent and that you have enough patience.
232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just turned 9 years! on: January 05, 2018, 06:52:00 AM
Wow, who would say it's already that long.
I remember when I started with bitcoin it wasn't as near popular as now and people who were using it were enthusiasts. Back then no one didn't believe bitcoin will make such success. Today the situation is completeley different and the number of users is rising with each day. Hope this first 9 years are just the begining.
233  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IM LOOKING TO open my own crypto currency exchanger service,im new on this crypt on: January 04, 2018, 02:11:21 PM
Opening an exchanger is not opening a store to sell potatos and it's not easy for runing.
Seems like you are very unexperienced and this might end bad for you. On this way you will just attract people who will try and probably succeed to scam you. Start to learn and gain experinece first and mabe also to find soe partners for business.
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Double spending question on: January 03, 2018, 07:10:12 PM
I just accelerated that transaction for you. It should be confirmed very quickly so you don't need to do a double spend.

My transaction has been confirmed now. Aleksej996 you are truly a kind person. Thank you.

I'm glad you got it confirmed and just wanted to add that it's always better to try with transaction accelerator first before double spending which is always tricky situation. Today there is a variety of accelerators in offer and somebody is always willing to help.
235  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is heating up again? on: January 03, 2018, 12:06:02 PM
At the moment it looks like the price is jumping. But I don't think that this is connected to anything particular like some have theories but it's the reaction of the market on the current demand and supply. Anyway, it's too early yet to make some conclusions, we all know how fast and easy the price can change both ways, up or down, so let's be patient for a while and see what the next few days will bring us.
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be too big to fail? on: January 03, 2018, 09:32:34 AM
Never say never and nothing in this world is too big to fail or to fall.
Hope this wil not be the bitcoin destiny and so far it has come already, so bad things if they do will not happen over night. I still believe we will experinece only corrections not the crashes. Time is on the bitcoin side.
237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEVER REGRET A TRADE AGAIN! on: January 02, 2018, 02:51:55 PM
There is no use in regret. What is done, is done. If this has been your decision you have probably made it under certain circumstances and you have to accept that and move on. Look into future and see what can be done bette, it's the new lesson you have learned. There will always be missed opportunites and wrong decisios but it's important to learn something from that and get back stronger next time. Negative emotions will destroy you, don't let them run your decisions.
238  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: January 02, 2018, 11:44:13 AM
I've read somwhere that about 2 millions people in the world are using bitcoin. It's not much when you compare it with overall number of inhabitanst in the world and the second thing this number is probably concentrated in just few countries in the world, probably those the most developed, although there are bitcoiners on all continents.
Still we can see that the numbe of users is increasing all the time as well as the interest for bitcoin so we might expect some further progress to be made. Maybe it will be not used in every country in the world but it's definetely not anonimous anymore.
239  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: why not new signature campaign ?? on: January 02, 2018, 09:30:42 AM
It's kind of a dead season at the moment. Obviously no new projects on the horizont and they are generaly not poping up so often like the used to. Also, campaigns have become rather expensive, both becesue of high bitcoin price and high transactions fees so everyone is calculating the profit more in detail.
But it's just the begining of the year, hope for many new successfull campaigns in the upcoming months.
240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will 2018 Be The Year of Regulations? on: January 02, 2018, 08:25:28 AM
The wave of regulatios is many countries has already started and this will continue. Many governements would like to have some control over cryptocurrencies market but this has alos a good side because I hink with regulations the users will be better protected than they rae now. Cryptocurrencies are great field for different businesses and profit but also for differen kind of scam so regulation could help with that also.
Regulation could also help with public and business confidence and that can bring only good so we shouldn't have fear of that.
