222  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: February 13, 2016, 10:59:39 PM
I am having a bitcoin as I feel that it is a future currency, and even if it doesn't become a future currency, it is a good investment to make at a moment in bitcoins as it can give me good returns in future.

It will likely play a part in the future of currency how big of a part is still to come so you're right it can be a good investment if it makes it through the next 5-10 years. To answer the OP, I use it as a form of savings that can hide plenty from prying eyes and be our own bank so f the banks is closet  Tongue

I'm back from a small break. I see my platinum or gold tip never won but my silver did, Lazio. Could you exchange the platinum for a gold and a silver tip please? So that would be 2x gold and 1x silver.

Sure, we will sent you via PM! Good luck!

I have received and thanks for your great gesture returning above and beyond what yous said you would. Impressed. Even though the recent 2 losses we've encountered, I am still in profit and hopefully tomorrow that can increase  Cheesy Cheers!
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: February 13, 2016, 10:20:45 PM
The best way is not to gamble, that is the easiest way to stay away from gambling, as gambling involves huge risk and its never gonna profitable in long term, you should divert your mind to some other things apart from gambling.

Actually this depends on what game that you played, if you play dice game may be you can't profitable in a long run but for poker game you sure have a chance to win it because it is not same as dice game which use luck on it but poker needs some skill and only a little bit luck so you still can control it

In your scenario above mentioning poker as a good choice to be profitable. It actually isn't for 90%-95% of players. Yes it is better than the majority/all of casino games but it is not a safety net for many people as they will lose to sharks all day long. Poker needs a lot of skill, discipline, bankroll management, patience and many more qualities the masses just do not have on tap.

226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy in Roulette ? on: February 13, 2016, 04:01:48 PM
There are many types of Roulette strategy available, and each one has its differences from the others, or lucky numbers...

The best strategy is not to play roulette at all as like most things in gambling there is no winning strategy. On the rare occasion I go to the casino with pals if I play roulette I bet tiers and have had luck with it. Here is a fun fact, add up all the numbers on a roulette table and you get 666.
227  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: February 13, 2016, 03:13:02 PM
I'm sure most people hope to spend it and that it is worth much much more. I personally hope that it is commonly used by all at that point. We will see.
But for supporting bitcoin to reach there , people need to start using and adopting it from now, as with that it will get strength and will increase its price value. The more a currency is accepted by people the more it achieves the strength.

I use bitcoin when I do online shopping if the retailer accepts it. This will increase the value of bitcoin gradually.

you are doing the perfect thing because we all needs to do this and create awareness about bitcoin even if they dont accept atleast retailer ill be aware of this digital currency called bitcoin.

The only way this is a prefect thing is like you say can create awareness and if others also start using it to buy things which they need and thus increasing the adoption rate of Bitcoin, then of course more adoptions of Bitcoin the more demand for Bitcoin which will then increase the price.

We need more people like you who will spend Bitcoin and give more merchants incentive to accept it. More people like me because I rarely spend my coin on everyday items, I just trade it.

I would want Bitcoin to be adopted by many in the year 2020 and with that the price could be anything from here to 1000,s I doubt very much a million  Cheesy The most probable is 1000+ or failed experiment. Time will tell but if the former I would finish paying off my house in Bitcoin and possibly retire early.
228  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Gambling Site to Invest In on: February 13, 2016, 02:53:12 PM
in my opinion the best gambling website to invest your bitcoins into is just-dice, as the owner of it is pretty reputable

If I was going to invest in a dice-site again, it would be just-dice because of the sense of safety of funds that the owner provides. When it comes to your funds being safe, I would feel safest their of any other site due to past acts of trustworthiness returning btc when needed. (not to say past dictates the future) but gives a very good idea of character.

Saying that you would be investing in an alt coin first and foremost and from their into a dice site. I would not invest in an alt to then invest in a gambling site though. Reason, it would be to easy to manipulate the price either way of a coin with such a small market cap.

If you like a gamble then it is a good choice  Cheesy

230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just a girly tipster thread (Opening premier just now) on: February 09, 2016, 11:19:23 AM
I am not an experienced tipster, I do this for passion, anyway I will always have more wins than loss, but sometimes tips may go way too wrong. This is just for fun and passion.

You know why you will mainly have more wins than loses right? It is very simple it is because all you're doing is picking the favorite for the game with very low odds. At least your honest that it is for fun, however it is not fun losing money.
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your first bitcoins came from.. (faucets aside) on: February 08, 2016, 12:37:12 PM
My first Bitcoins came from mining back in early 2013. I then used the profit to buy more equipment and began trading at that same time. I lost for some time but practice makes perfect if you put the work in and I have made a nice amount trading and I no longer mine like I used to.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just a girly tipster thread (Opening premier just now) on: February 08, 2016, 12:13:15 PM
Well this screams out a boyee who probably wants to be a girly for attention and tips. I don't believe you and I'm sure anyone else here who has been around the Bitcoin block will also know.

Maybe I am Smiley

I have placed my bet at bet365, and I never show my bets to any forum, I show tips only.

This also doesn't make sense. Why the secrecy? You're showing tips but won't back it up and show your honesty by showing proof of the bet. Smells fishy  Tongue
233  Economy / Gambling / Re: "richest gambling sites"??? on: February 08, 2016, 12:01:45 PM
Given that no one declares their bankroll, it is difficult to determine which site is the richest. Many people here mention primedice as the richest but you never know what other 'silent' gambling sites are worthy. Just because many people go to primedice does not mean that it is the richest. A site might have few users but their bankrolls are huge.

There are some gambling sites where the bankroll is known so that is untrue that nobody declares their bankroll. Granted they have invested funds in their rolls but they are big bankrolls never the less. The site you mention, their bankroll is unknown to the many and they may well have the biggest, who knows? Just-dice would have had the biggest roll at one point from what I remember before it was downsized to clams.

Is it paying out to 4 people regardless as to how many sign up, or is that dynamic?

Pretty sure its fixed at 4. Dynamic systems only work well if there's an entry fee.

I can change it and pay out more people. What do you think Pawel7777 Huh

The tourney is a gesture of your good will and I personally think it is best to pay the amount of spots you have at least when and if you win you will have a little something to play with. If it gets many more players and pay spread further the pool will be to diluted. I will come join you guys as I have only just seen it to be honest.
238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Airdrops 1 Million BTC to the Poor on: February 06, 2016, 03:38:30 PM
That is of course great for someone to say who doesn't have over 500k Bitcoins or probably even much at stake. Lets look at the facts shall we? You drop 500+k Bitcoins on the poor then my last few years investing taking risks and saving will be for nothing because the price will be destroyed for both us and the poor.

I am not saying don't help the poor because they need it but how about many give some profits and give the poor the tools to help themselves. The wealth of Bitcoin is obviously in fewer hands than preferable but that is the way of the world, the smart will always end up with more because a lot of the time they work for it.

I'm not thinking of a very plump dump. And yes I was educated same - first work - than pleasure - but I live in a rich env.

But think of the very poorest first (extrem thinking is good). They mostly do not have any 'work' - and normally very poor currency & economic env.
But now with access to internet, they can get a 'start - up' investment for their local (and also global) economy and have a more stable
currency than the local one -> I do not think all is cashed out at once, but rather it will be used as money and you'll see the opposite.

So ideally it should be donated to a handful of regional tribe chaps in order to initiate local usage - not cash out (do not expect an exchange as well).

It doesn't matter what you're thinking but matters what will happen. If possible they will dump the Bitcoins into oblivion, why? Because they could not care less about it all they want is food/water etc. I'm sorry to burst your slightly delusional bubble but it is never going to create a stable currency because the currency is manipulated to begin with added to the frenzy of trying to dump to get the foods to survive it will be crazy and the opposite to stable pal.

Again of course they will cash out immediately it would be naive to think any different. Decentralized but donated to the few? That statement is to contradicting as it is clearly centralizing it into a few hands instead of the many. Corruption is extreme in the countries you speak of in case you never knew.

I think its have good odds

i don't think any1 will dare for -2 Leicester before match start... Cheesy

It was a lesson in kicking ass without the crazy money City has. I was so close to betting Leicester as well as the odds were very good for this game, the last I see and was going to be at 5.6, but instead I lose. Some people have been made very happy after this not least Leicester fans haha They have done so well this season to do what they have its amazing.
240  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Need help 3.5 btc scam on: February 06, 2016, 12:48:52 PM

Of course not I'm not sure, maybe the user just bought lots of different documents and he had the luck to have the ones I asked for. And maybe he also managed to photoshop a photo with a precise text in less than 5 minutes. But I took the risk as it was really fast with lots of data ^^

I'll just fill a complaint and see if anything happens. Such things can take years but most of the time they end with the debitor paying his debt ^^

Your not sure but you went ahead and lent a newbie $1200+- because he provided you a few documents that you asked for? He could have pre empted the fact that someone like you would feel safe with a few fake bits of ID and had them at the ready. I won't be so sure that even after years you will get a single penny back.

It is a shame but that Bitcoin is long gone and chances are you won't be getting any of it back. Sorry to hear of your loss but NEVER loan without collateral and this can't happen, many people could not care less that you have their ID assuming it is not fake anyway. Sucks I know, lesson learned at a price, hopefully.
