321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: December 29, 2015, 04:12:56 PM
Playing in demo mode is a nice way to enjoy betting but having no chance to lose.

However, i prefer to limit my gambling by setting a fixed amount every time i make a bet.
When i reached it, the game is over for me.

Playing demo mode will end up getting you suckered in when you win a nice amount. Which you will then you will start to play with real money and of course lose in the end.

There is no safe method to gambling, that is why it is gambling as you are risking something of value to gain even more. Above does have a way of losing less if he sticks to it which many say and do not. No safe ways to gamble, gambling is not safe if it was everyone would win.
322  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is your favorit Bitcoin gambling site and why? on: December 29, 2015, 03:53:04 PM
i love to play in coinroyale casino especially for coinroyale blackjack game , why? i frequently get a blackjack ! they are awesome.
you may have to try come to play there and feel hitting blackjack many times.

Thought I would let you know in case you don't already know. - The amount of times you hit blackjack at a provably fair site is not more frequent than any other provably fair site. It is all to do with your averages/runs and luck and nothing more however much you tell yourself it is.

Answer to op,

I have a few favorite sites in Bitcoin.  Betcoin.ag for poker as they're trusted to me and I know the site well never having trouble finding a game. I rarely play dice but if I do I go with PrimeDice or BetKing same reason with the trust of the site and also max bets at BK are nice.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin will see 10$ and above 2016 on: December 29, 2015, 02:53:47 PM
all good alts spike after the initial btc rise and alt drop..

btc = 1200 ltc =40

With that kind of faith I take it you're fully invested in litecoin and have dumped your Bitcoin to buy? Never will we see $40 again for litecoin. The op is closer but even that is off by a few dollars - Ltc to about $7-$8 and that is assuming the halving hasn't already been priced into Bitcoin which it may well have been.
324  Economy / Digital goods / Re: How to Pick & Trade Profitable Altcoins Guide [ VOUCHED ] on: December 28, 2015, 09:34:17 PM
Ok, I would recommend nobody buy this book. The whole thing is copy & pasted from a known source, and nothing was edited. DO NOT BUY

EDIT: It seems like the link is publicly available on the internet too.

Thanks for the honest review. He lost me at making tons of Bitcoin and then needing $1 for the guide. Someone making tons of Bitcoin with such a guide would not care for a few dollars would they.
325  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poker videos and literature on: December 28, 2015, 09:24:00 PM
seems to be pretty interesting thing to try it out though i dont know if its worth buying it and investing and if i will manage to win something after getting the information, maybe anyone bought it and can give some feedback? i would be curious to know more about it

I have only just found this because you bumped it. It will be worth investing if you are really into poker and want to keep improving which will of course can result in your long term profit.

I will take a look after this post but if it is anything like Poker-strategy which I think it might be then there will be sections you can learn for free like a bronze level. Plus gives you advice on best rake back deals.

So if your serious about poker go take a look. I will be.
326  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to get celebrities gambling? on: December 28, 2015, 09:04:02 PM
There are clearly celebrity gamblers out there so it is only a matter of time before what you said happens and one or two of the biggest of them make a few bets at one of the Bitcoin casinos.

The thing is being a celebrity and losing a bunch of money at a Bitcoin casino is not really something I can see them getting excited about and helping promote Bitcoin gambling.

Chances are they are already playing but it would take a special win to get them promoting or mentioning the world of Bitcoin to friends and followers.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Do you prefer your money to be in cash or bitcoins? on: December 26, 2015, 08:43:23 PM
I prefer my money to be in bitcoin as I feel it's mine and I have more control over it as well as it being more secure. On the other hand I keep most of my money in fhat however for ease of use as most places only accept fiat.

I am with you and prefer my value in Bitcoin but that is not really an option at the moment. Once more online merchants accept and local stores to pay bills and mortgage is when I will only use Bitcoin.  When and if that day comes there will be less fluctuating. That will be a sad day if I'm honest as I like it and its been good to me.
328  Economy / Gambling / Re: Biggest problem with current Bitcoin poker sites? on: December 26, 2015, 07:11:05 PM
well yeah poker sites usually dont put in a lot of efforts in trying to make it look eye appealing besides that a really huge problem is that a very small amount of players usually play it and there are no tournament because of that, therefore its not interesting to play

Most Bitcoin poker sites are not that great at the moment looks or player base but that will change in the near future. We do have some poker sites with good player base, Betcoin.ag for an example of probably the best and looks are not to poor in my opinion. Normal BItcoin casinos I don't think are that bad either, guess I'm easily pleased.
329  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise? on: December 26, 2015, 07:00:34 PM
Should I sell my BTC or wait till it goes up and why do you think it will go up?

I have seen this quite a bit asking whether to sell on the way down from being at a fairly high level. The choice is yours and you shouldn't let anyone tell you what to do with your own money. If you think it will go up hodl.

If not sell, I think it will go down more before rising in the next few months but I don't know the future.
330  Economy / Gambling / Re: LuckyFlop.eu | 1BTC Christmas Day Free Roll | EVERYONE is WELCOME! Merry XMASS on: December 26, 2015, 09:56:44 AM
Very nice freeroll lucky flop I have seen you for quite some time you're looking after your members but sadly I missed this or I would have joined you. I'm hoping the extra players brought some traffic to your site after the freeroll?

I will keep and eye on the thread incase you have another similar tournament and I'll come join you for that and for some cash games. Now going to check if there is anyone playing now.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much had you lost with bitcoin and before it?Did you won? on: December 26, 2015, 09:45:18 AM
I have lost some Bitcoin profit on alt coins and mining but never been at a loss with Bitcoin. I'm up and have been since I started quite some time ago. Before Bitcoin I did make some silly investments and I'm sure I will again in future. Just won't be the same mistakes.

I have never invested in the ponzi hyiap schemes that you did OP and $4,000 is kinda crazy to giveaway like that. The saying always rings home when you see doubling your money etc. To good to be true? Usually is. Glad your making your money back now.
332  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: December 22, 2015, 09:22:48 PM
im pretty sure that some girls are using it in my opinion i know at least a few girls that use it really often so most probably there are a lot more than the ones i know though for sure my friends dont use it as much as i do

You would be right thinking some girls are using bitcoin. The gap between men and women is probably fairly big but I have no doubt in my mind there are many women here in bitcoin. Girls love spending and bitcoin is no exception.

My wife is one of them and I have a few friends whose partners are using bitcoin to both trade and spend. Reason I know is because we don't actually like them spending our bitcoin but would much rather spend our fiat haha

Using bitcoin is completely different from saving bitcoin. Girls has no equal faith on bitcoin in respect to using it. But not in terms of investment. My office colleague who are girls accepts bitcoin payments from freelancing but withdrawing it immediately or using it for daily needs. But most of men in my office are saving bitcoin for bigger prices.

The question happened to be (do girls use bitcoin) I never said anything about them or myself saving just I would prefer her to spend my fiat so I can trade more bitcoin. Thanks for letting me know there is a difference between using and saving though as I would have never have guessed.

To reply to you, they withdraw immediately probably because they have no choice and can't buy what they want to with bitcoin. That doesn't go for all girls many can and do spend/use it buying things they want and need.
333  Economy / Gambling / Re: Biggest bitcoin bet of 2015? on: December 21, 2015, 06:42:24 PM
wow, for me this is just insane. I was not aware of bets as huge as this. For me 1 BTC in a single bet is big enough (and not something I can do)... but 1300??? WTF lol I assume that was not all of his bankroll, or maybe he got crazy and he jsut risked it all. Either way, that is just a huge amount. So crazy to even watch that lol

I actually remember seeing this and to say the least it is crazy if it was a real player and I think maybe was all his bankroll because if it wasn't he would have no doubt continued to try & scrape some back.

You're not the only one, 1btc bets to most people are big enough- 1300btc then you have issues in life that need addressing and the sad thing is if that was my last btc I squandered I would find it hard to live with myself.
..

Op Haven't seen any bets as big as that since, the biggest I have seen was the other day at bitdice for 120 something btc if I remember right. I'm sure others have more than likely seen some but I only play a few games on weekends and nowhere near them crazy amounts lol.

 There have been bigger ones

When was this? I have to give a lol haha as well-  "oh well" speechless to the stupidity of some.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is altcoin? on: December 21, 2015, 02:36:19 PM
Some people suggested to mine altcoins what does it mean how can I do mining for altcoins. Thanks

That is tricky if you don't know what an altcoin is I'm not sure you will have fun getting to know how to mine them. Anyway- an altcoin is an alternative coin to Bitcoin.

You can find many new and old altcoin here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0 So in short you would be mining an alternative to bitcoin which you can more than likely find help with from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0
335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 21, 2015, 02:28:27 PM
Arsenal vs Manchester City i think both teams to score has good possibility to make some profit it seems Arsenal will defeat Manchester City because it has good track record on home ground.

Both teams are so closely matched and are going to need win to keep their place or rise in the table. I would say your predictions are very close and will be a winning bet the match will finish over 2.5 goals with Arsenal the winners. 2-1 to Arsenal.
336  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet Casino & Playing Wallet. 300% First Deposit Bonus up to 10 BTC ! on: December 20, 2015, 01:08:55 PM
After seeing your massive 300% bonus offer I was going to try you out but when you read the terms it is not as good as first thought Sad I mean release 1mbc for every 1000 vip points you get!

Thanks for your feedback.

If you compare our deposit bonus and VIP Reward program to other Bitcoin Casinos, you will find that ours is the most rewarding.

Keep in mind that while you work on releasing the first deposit bonus, you also earn DirectBet Coins through our VIP Rewards program. These coins have real cash value and can be exchanged to Bitcoin instantly from "My Account".

Other Casinos do not let you work on multiple bonuses simultaneously. We do. You get both the deposit bonus and cash back at the same time.

In addition, you also receive 30,000 DOGE house credit just for opening the account. It's completely free. No deposit is required.

The first deposit bonus, combined with the VIP cash back and 30,000 DOGE house credit is what makes playing on our place the most rewarding.

Thanks for your response.

I have already compared your casino with others while working out the astronomical wagering requirement. I won't mention names but many casinos offer around 30x to 50x wagering requirement. So I deposit 1btc I can withdraw at 30 to 50 wagered. Nice and simple.

From your site I get smoke and mirrors. On the face of it, it looks like an awesome deal but pending bonuses needing to play through 10mbc 100x to release just 1mbc is far from most rewarding.

DirectBet Coins could not be further of my radar as they do not balance out having to play through 10mbc 1000x just to release 10mbc higher vip level maybe release 50mbc, what am I missing?

I will check the "These coins have real cash value and can be exchanged to Bitcoin instantly" but that is not going to make this 300% bonus any better I'm sure.
337  Economy / Speculation / Re: BUY or SELL bitcoins ? What you prefer ? on: December 20, 2015, 12:53:18 PM
Bitcoin price is stable around 450$ .
What do you prefer now ?
Right time to buy bitcoins or sell bitcoins ? What are your predictions for the year 2016 ?

If you have BTC, then HODL. Don't sell any coins.
If you have cash, don't buy, wait for price to fall.

So if you have btc then you say HODL, 'don't sell any' but if you have cash don't buy because you should wait for the price to fall? So I shouldn't sell 10btc now and wait for the price to fall and buy more than I started with? Why?

OP I prefer to buy and sell depending what my mood of the market is and am I bullish or bearish. I never just HODL and let them sit there with missed chances to increase them.
338  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many drug dealers are using Bitcoin in this room? on: December 20, 2015, 12:05:04 PM
I need to know. (Not that I wanna buy drugs). I'm doing a personal survey.

Lol so you expect drug dealers to come post on here, 'me me I do please add me to your bitcointalk survey?'

I know a couple of people that may or may not hold some of their funds in btc, but then I may or may not know others who hold even more in fiat and precious metals.

Your best place to find them is checking every darknet site and counting them or asking them the questions you want (not in public) haha. You have more chance at getting an idea that way. Not that it matters to anyone other than the obvious.
339  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet Casino & Playing Wallet. 300% First Deposit Bonus up to 10 BTC ! on: December 20, 2015, 11:54:21 AM
After seeing your massive 300% bonus offer I was going to try you out but when you read the terms it is not as good as first thought Sad I mean release 1mbc for every 1000 vip points you get! and need to play through 10mbc on your highest game multiplier to earn 30 vip points or say I was gold 45 lol That is a very long drawn out process. It would be a lot more attractive say 30-50x wager play through. But I guess you wouldn't make as much as you do now. Disappointed and maybe add (300% pending bonus)
340  Economy / Economics / Re: How many BTC will make you a fiat millionaire in 5 years? on: December 20, 2015, 11:36:01 AM
I would have to go with around a thousand coins could make me a millionaire in 5 years. Why because that s speculating and I can't do nothing else except speculate. More than 1000 bitcoins valued at around $1000 makes me a fiat millionaire just a small one.

Not that it would really matter I would only exchange enough to pay up my mortgage and a new car for the wife assuming that they are not accepting bitcoin. If they are I would exchange nothing.
