Glad to see you guys made up now. Let's all move forward and start fighting for the same side. We are all here to make money and to hopefully get AMC back on track and get our questions and concerns taken care of. This will help strengthen the AMC business plan therefore making the future optimistic for this venture. I just got a PM a while ago asking for a list of questions i had and that person will start compiling it for the trip. Go ahead and put your questions up here and changes you would like to be made so Ken can address those that are going to be stopping by to pay him a visit. Hopefully within the next 1-2 weeks we can get all this squared away.

Who PM'd you?

Hey, would you mind PM'ing me a list of questions that you would like asked and answered?  I'm hoping that both I and a friend of mine, who is also a shareholder, will be making a trip to Springfield maybe next weekend.  Hopefully, having a one-on-one conversation with Ken will help draw him out of his shell and he'll be more open to answering the tougher questions that he seems to either be avoiding, or he's simply not ready to answer at this time.  Thanks!

SG

I guess we can have SoylentCreek be a representative with one of his friends. Both of them are invested in AMC so i am sure they also share the same concerns that i do. Thanks.

Ok, that is great. I was afraid it was steveioio pm-spamming you, so glad it isn't.

I'm a fascinating conversationalist.

Yes I can tell.

Really? Well, I guess we *could* be the perfect match. I'm liking the stats I see: your IQ is ~105, your verbal dexterity is ape-average. Our combo may result in some interesting synergy!  Wink

I understand where you're coming from, but I can honestly say that as someone who has worked in an office suite for three years now, I could honestly not tell you what the company next door does.  I think they sell medical equipment, but I don't know for sure.  Now, if we are to assume that Ken is renting a recently vacated suite, and is in the process of getting it ready for operations, that anyone is going to have a clue who or what in the hell they are.  I would think not.

Totally, you need to see inside and speak to Ken - if he's there. If not, apologize to the MMA guys.

Keep it coming man, the more you post, the lower your credibilty scores  Grin

I am so sorry. We are friends now. Somebody CALL THE DOCTOR!

No problem buddy. Call me anytime.

Really? Post your phone number. I'm a fascinating conversationalist. PM me if you are concerned for your privacy.

What is with the 'Hi lolstate'?!

Sorry to upset you dude you did say this 2 pages ago:

Seriously, steveioio, here's an offer: let's put all this crap behind us and look forward to a bright future. Your idea for a crowd-sourced visit to Ken's new establishment is a good one. Folks, who lives nearest?

So I thought we were cool now? Anyway I'm not trying to cause trouble just save you some gas money.

450 HS Union, Springfield Missouri is currently in use by the Springfield Fight Club?

http://springfieldfightclub.com/contact.php

Maybe someone could give them a call - it might save a long drive for someone? I would hate for some board member to barge into this place demanding to see Ken and the machines - it might get a bit...dramatic.

Err... If lolstate is going to be sending us the Bitcoins in advance to cover our gas expense, then I could care less what we find there. Sure, I would have pissed away a perfectly good Saturday on a wild goose chase, but believe me, I've spent my time doing less productive things. Trust me, if I drive all the way out there, and Ken does not show up for our meeting, everyone who reads this forum will hear about it, and at that point I myself would deem them uncredible as a company.  Now, run along child.  I think your mom has your pizza rolls are ready.

PM me your estimate for the petrol so I can send you the coins before you need to fill up.

steveioio, you said you were leaving this thread and would check back sometime in the future. Now you are back 90 mins later chucking FUD!

I can forgive people going a little crazy on internet forums, after all it is a fairly safe environment to throw insults, but my, you take it to a whole new level. What's the problem? Have you been burnt so badly you have turned into a hater of everything Bitcoin? Are you and Megamouth tag teaming FUD to keep AMC's share price suppressed until your options expire? I'm not particularly interested in the source of your issues, but you do have some.

Hi lolstate - I was staying away but the the meet was arranged and so I wanted to give some more input. I've been trying to make sure people have an understanding of the contract and the general situation that's all. If there is anything factually incorrect in my last few posts let us all know.

You are a passive aggressive weirdo. What is with the 'Hi lolstate'?!

Man, go and do something worthwhile with your life.

Property tax records are on the web for most places in the US.

You should be able to look up who owns that residence.

Entropy, why are you back here tag teaming as a trifecta: you, steveioio and Megamouth?! You deleted your last posts on this thread to bury your bullying. Planning on doing the same again?

What a bunch of fakes we have to contend with.

Edit: the chronologically obsessed among us might have noticed the sudden reappearance of steveioio, MM and Entropy within minutes of each other, so concluded there was some connection Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Before you all have a group hug I'd like to point out a few things.

1) This meeting hasn't happened yet. It may be promised but until it actually happens no investor or potential investor should be getting excited or making any decisions based on these few exchanges on an internet thread.

2) If Ken has rented a large unit and you guys get evidence (pictures/video) of it up here it would not matter if there was not yet a significant amount of assembly going on because him having the space ready for machines is a good sign. A good sign that he intends to sell mining rigs and mine BTC under the banner of VMC - none of which you have shares in. Your shares are in AMC and that gives you very limited security about future dividends. So essentially even if Ken does set up a BTC farm and sells mining rigs AMC holders have no guarantee of any proceeds because Ken can walk away from AMC at anytime and sit on VMC by himself raking it in.

3) Please read point 2 again and think hard about it. This unit (should it exist) is, according to Kens site, the headquarters of VMC. Not AMC but VMC. All machines in this site (should it exist) belong to VMC not AMC. At anytime Ken can for reasons of, lets say not having enough hashing power to split dividends with the shareholders, walk away from AMC. And there is nothing a lawyer could do about it, his contract allows him to do it and if he does your shares would go to zero overnight. Oh and Ken would be even richer, there is no downside to him doing it.

None of that is being negative - the contract has been written specifically to allow the severance of VMC from AMC.

Until points 1 and 2 are addressed without any uncertainty you have no safeguards about your investment - absolutely none.

This is the satellite image of the address that Ken used for VMC's "Principal place of business" as stated in the NDA picture he posted today:

Ok?

I found it kind of weird that its just his house, seeing as how he says theres an office somewhere.

Stupid kid.

How do we overcome the issue that whoever visits Ken and reports back will be accused of being in cahoots?

How about Soylent and babefoot both go at the same time? They could hook up, drive to Ken's and ask our questions/take a few snaps. I mean this scam conspiracy is going to have to be pretty sophisticated, along the lines of the best out takes from the last Mission Impossible movie, for people to claim this is part of the con.

I would be okay with this.  Of course we would need to meet up at Springfield, seeing as I would be coming from Arkansas and he/she would be coming from OK.

Yep, absolutely. Meet around the corner from Ken's office, then travel there together. I'll happily pay gas x 2.

Edit: as long as babefoot is ok with this. I don't want anyone to feel they are being railroaded into something they are not comfortable with.

Would love to meet up with both of you.  I will buy lunch and then we can go over and look at our new manufacturing site.  However, we are just getting started
putting together the manufacturing line, so there is not really that much to see at this point.  You would see that we do have a site rented, and that we are setting up
the office, getting security in place.  Also, we are starting to get in an inventory of cases and power supplies.  Just let me know when you want to do this.

Once you have more of a complete operation in place I would also very much appreciate a visit. I know I have been especially tough on the corporate structure, pricing and revenue goals but when the smoke settles if you would allow me I would be happy to swing by and say hi.

OMG! LMFAO! Swede is going long!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

We have an addresses in Springfield, Missouri for VMC headquarters.

It's on a commercial industrial street surrounded by other general businesses. If there is anyone on this thread who could travel to this address and knock on the door, look for a VMC sign on the door (they need one for deliveries), ask around the neighboring business and watching comings and goings for the day then we could get an answer as to if this outfit is real or not.

I'm sure many of us here could donate some btc between us to pay travel costs to whoever is the closest. This is a large unit by the looks of it (though I can't yet locate it on googlemaps) so it must be where VMC are assembling their machines (if there are any).

Any takers? You shouldn't need back up (though it always helps) as this is a busy commercial unit street.

I live a few hours away in Oklahoma.  I could visit on a weekend easily.  I'm a new member to the forum though, so I don't want to waste my time if everyone will hate on me for having a low post count.

Whatever is best. I'll pay for your gas if you are our best option. Thanks.

I agree, it should not be hard to conjure up the funds for a trip/petrol money if someone lives close by. I can put a few satoshis into this. Wink

It would be somewhere in the ballpark of a 450 mile round trip for me to get there.  Assuming I left one morning, drove all the way up there, visited with Ken and came back that evening, it would be about $50 in gas to make it there and back, and I would want a little extra for my time.  I'm sure there is probably someone a little closer, or maybe even in Springfield who would be interested, but if no one else steps up, I would be more than willing to do it.  I would first need to call and confirm an appointment with Ken.

I'll pay for the gas.

Yes, this is a good idea, we don't have a sign yet, as we are still setting up.  Just received an order of cases and power supplies last week.  So we are getting there, just installed a security system also.

I note steveioio has dropped the pretence that Ken and AMC/VMC is a scam. Everyone take a look at 'The coming flash crash in AMC' thread here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=245713.0

There is no smoking gun, but there are hints a better thread title would haven been: 'Let's instigate a flash crash in AMC for a quick buck'

I fully expect steveioio and his cohorts will/have been buying up cheap AMC shares and will be cheering on a dramatic price recovery in the days ahead. So, if you are currently an AMC share holder, keep your wits sharp. It seems steveioio and his pals like to take the weaker hands for a ride, ensuring they are on the other side of the trade.

I can give your the login details to my bit funder account if you like and you can see for yourself that I have sold all my AMC shares. That's hard evidence right there more than Ken has supplied in his time on this thread.

What kind of nutter would give me his login details to his trading account? Anyways, what would it prove if I took a look? There are lots of ways to trade and for all I know you have private options written with your pals.

Seriously, steveioio, here's an offer: let's put all this crap behind us and look forward to a bright future. Your idea for a crowd-sourced visit to Ken's new establishment is a good one. Folks, who lives nearest?

This has to be the last desperate dash for cash from a very desperate man. What a coincidence that this came along just at the time the whole construct is being exposed for what it is. If anyone orders one of these machines from VMC they need their head examined. Actually scrub that - lolstate put your order in and let us know how it goes.

Nothing surprising here - hardware sales have been part of the plan from the start.

Lol, you are a funny guy steveioio, but tell me, why would I buy a machine at retail when I can buy cheap AMC shares right now for mining coins via hardware sold to AMC at cost?  Grin
