2201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading vs holding on: November 28, 2017, 06:30:38 PM
Under what circumstances is trading preferred over holding?

When bitcoin is getting down it's the preferred thing to do by majority, to trade their fiat to bitcoin or sell their alt coins and just keep on holding their bitcoins.

Btc reaching 10k$ way before new year is a big shock, your opinions would be very helpful.

It's shocking that we didn't expect that bitcoin will be reaching it but now it's visible and clear to our eyes that bitcoin is serious.
2202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to run away when BTC gets to $10k? on: November 28, 2017, 04:39:13 PM
What would be a good coin to move onto once BTC gets to $10 000 and then possible gets a correction/ people start selling?

All the altcoins seem to be pumped up at the moment. What's the most stable alternative?

When bitcoin's price is going to be dumped the best coin would be ETH and BCH. But why there's a need to move? Are you a day trader or you just want to keep on profiting while bitcoin will be on red? Stick always with those coins that are on the top and there might be some undervalued coins that are on hype but still look for it's development. With those undervalued coins, I can say POWR is a good one.
2203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How much can you earn from signature campaigns? on: November 28, 2017, 01:58:45 PM
Hi! I just got promoted from Newbie to Jr. Member, and I'm wondering how much can you earn let's say / month as Jr Member from signature campaigns ?
You don't have to ask this, just explore throughout the bounties section and you'll see on how much you can earn as a jr. member. There are campaigns that are paying through posts (pay-per-pos) and there are fixed rates that you need to achieve such number of posts per week/month. If you are in a bitcoin campaign, your rate can probably receive 0.001 BTC weekly for 25-30 posts.
2204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex notice on: November 27, 2017, 01:25:58 PM
It means that they are aware that their platform was being used by the whales and pump & dump groups that just wants to manipulate the market especially the altcoins. And if they will not stop of doing these manipulation tactics, bittrex will take action on this thing.

I wonder why still trading at bittrex if trading style like traditional forex market, maybe I misunderstood, sorry

Because we used to trade on them and we can't just stop as the experience of trades there are good. But because of this manipulation notice, it will still increase their users.
The crypto is excited because of the whales and pump & dump groups, if this action stopped I can't find any reason to play altcoin again

They might be played by the whales through pump and dump but can't you see the main thing about adoption? Crypto is well known because of that now and people are thinking that all things are being done by the pump and dump groups. No don't think that way there's too much to think about it, you should understand that crypto is volatile and there will be no way to stop these big people that are playing the market.
2205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sent ETH to Yobit ETC on: November 27, 2017, 12:15:41 PM
If he was helped by yobit then why they can't helped you out recovering that ETH of yours that was mistakenly sent to an ETC wallet from them? Are you rude to the admins there? Well they are famous for having no help with their customers but this rarely happens to me. Try talking again to them as they are the only that can help you out recover that. No one here in forum except yobit support can help you with that.
2206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin $15000 on: November 27, 2017, 11:56:55 AM
we are waiting 15000$ above by ending of the this 2017,
That's quite a lot for bitcoin this year. One more month before this year ends. I don't believe or think that bitcoin is possibly going to get up to $15,000. There will be some shorting for bitcoin but time will come that it can go at $15,000. What I'm thinking is that it can go at $10,000 for this year and that $15,000 can be good next year or maybe at the end of 2018, who knows right? We don't have a crystal ball that can see the future.
2207  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crash after 10K usd? on: November 27, 2017, 11:33:32 AM
Bitcoin is now on the rise, but it could crash by any moment... Do you have any idea/comments when it could crash? Do you think bitcoin will crash after reaching 10K usd? Huh Huh Huh

It could crash any moment now but the thing is when it will crash? It's price is getting close now to $10,000 and there are some advance predictions that it can go up to $20,000 - $25,000 in no time. I don't have an idea on when bitcoin will crash. What I'm thinking is it can crash soon but it will never go back and below it's floor price of 7,000. I consider that as the new floor price of bitcoin and chance of crashing when it hit $10,000 is not high nor low.
2208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Power Ledger $260mil Market Cap, SunContract $12mil on: November 27, 2017, 10:34:36 AM
On top of that Power Ledger is a copy of SunContract, they are Australia based while SunContract is EU based.
Now if we compare Australia to EU, it's no secret that EU is richer with a bigger population and have higher demand for green energy.

SunContract actually went up 150% in the past 7 or so days, but there's so much more to go. This project is probably going to explode soon and devs are hard working.

Nice catch but what I noticed on this Power Ledger is that many are making some noise about this. And if I'm correct, there is some "meeting" that happened with a Thai company that's related to Power Ledger and the announcement about it is expected to be given today. Never invested to Suncontract but with Power Ledger it is something that makes me want to buy some more because of these people that are updating me.
2209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the price of bitcoin so high on: November 25, 2017, 08:55:17 AM
Look at the altcoin market, there are so much of it and they are helping to make the price of bitcoin pump. Why? Bitcoin is main cryptocurrency and every trader does have their own bitcoin holding. And most of these alt traders after taking the profit on the altcoins they hold are just waiting for bitcoin's price to be at dip. When they have seen the price went down, they will make a lot of buy orders that makes the price of btc high again.
2210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: November 25, 2017, 08:35:01 AM
But my question is why do you love crypto?
Why I love crypto? It has a very unstable price and I can take advantage on this thing by simply buying when the price is very low and will just keep it until the price increases and by that time I'll sell.

Why are you interested?

I'm interested since before when I knew that this will be popular and it has a lot of choices where we can take time of choosing it but only take the ones that has the potential.
2211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & Bitconnect - Thoughts? on: November 25, 2017, 07:58:02 AM
There has been increasing fud on bitconnect and speculation about the near crash of the platform.

Funny, what's with the FUD on bitconnect? It's a real ponzi so why say there's a FUD. Do you mean that UK threatens them?

It is clear that many share the same opinion that Bitconnect will fail soon

It will because investors will be wise enough for the upcoming months when they realized that it's now a ponzi and when it's exposed with articles.

bitcoin cash seems to be taking over bitcoin.

First, you are into bitconnect and now talking like this? It's clear on what really are your intents here.

Perhaps the only way to kill Bitconnect is if people drop bitcoin and go for bitcoin cash?

Ponzi's will be dead anyway when most of it's supporters are sick of investing to them.
2212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sent by mistake ETH to wallet ETC yobit.net. Is it possible to fix? on: November 25, 2017, 07:38:26 AM
Is there a way to recover it? Or just learn from the mistake?
Wait for the support to reply you. I have seen cases where Yobit support will provide you a redeemable code equivalent to the amount of ETH you sent to their ETC wallet. So everything should be ok.

Other than there, there is nothing you can do to recover your coins as Ethereum transactions are irreversible and only Yobit can help you.

This user did the same as you and sent ETH to Yobit's ETC address.
You guys won't believe this.  Yobit gave me an activation code and then a link to enter it which had gave me the full amount of my ETH from their insurance fund.  WTF.  Problem solved. I truly can't believe it.

Nice I didn't knew that yobit is generous this way to help their users since there are a lot of complains that are popping with their deposits and withdrawals. And because of that, I don't want to refer them to the people that are looking for exchanges. For @OP, since tryninja gave you a solution and that's a guaranteed one just keep on contacting them so that everything will be resolved.

2214  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Exchange for trading? on: November 24, 2017, 11:47:34 AM
Bittrex for me but i should also try other ones. More options will emerge as decentralized exchanges come into play.
I'll go with bittrex too but their new regulation about enhance account verification is giving me some time to be lazier.

i highly recommend YOBIT.Net  .thats what i use for trading try to check it out and check the difference from those that you use too exchange
I don't recommend yobit for using it to those altcoins that are useless, they are giving everyone stuck withdrawals. I used them with bitcoin and ethereum, no problems with these coins.

2216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum All Time High on: November 24, 2017, 11:13:57 AM
The second powerful coin Ethereum is trying to hold its position, will it cross $400 mark?

Second powerful since it is #2 on the coinmarketcap.com, a lot people saying mostly the believers of it that it can surpass bitcoin and be the number one coin. And everything is also possible to ETH, supported by bunch of ICO's out there that mostly preferred to join them with ETH. There's a possibility that it will cross $400 soon but there's no exact time nor date on when it can happen. The best thing to do with your ETH is hold if you want to treat it as long term investment or just sell and divert it to some other altcoins for day trading.

I do support the ethereum but none of the investors are allow ethereum to burst as a peak value which can touch upto bitcoin level. Even splitted coin that as considered as also a altcoin only not can be compare with the bitcoin and all.
However, ethereum bumps to it own peak this time even all the ethereum based smart contract coins are also increased gradually in the market place.

It's hard to do it with ETH. It has a lot of supply and it needs bigger market cap of doing it so. The choice in the crypto is still depending on what will be the supported coin by most through this community. The fact that I'm not seeing it reaching the same value with bitcoin, that's not going to happen. Although it's on the second spot why not just be contented on it or else its place will be taken over by BCH.
2217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: November 24, 2017, 10:08:06 AM
Bitcoin could ends this year at 10k/BTC or more. Alt will be good buy for now for the holders and long-term for at least x5 or more in 2018.

I think we will see 10k this year indeed. And alts will see new all time high's, but only the good alts.. Wink

There's still ample time to see bitcoin at $10,000 for this year. And we will have an assumption when CME starts to offer bitcoin futures. With the increase of bitcoin, the most affected ones are the altcoins. The market will be on opposite way with by balancing it that way. Investments from altcoins will go to bitcoin as these holders still see a good opportunity in bitcoin while bitcoin profit takers will take the advantage of buying these altcoins while it is on opposite chart with bitcoin.

Bitcoin dominant will continue definitely but altcoins are like btc mining companies because when ever you invest in any good altcoin it will gives you more BTC.
Sincerely, I love Altcoins for this aspect.

I can't get it what's the connection of altcoins being like bitcoin mining companies? What's the relation of it? Can you have time to tell me what does it really means? If you are referring to the bitcoin profit that altcoin trading will result, actually it depends on the trader. Sometimes you can do ETH/altcoins and besides, don't invest to those cloud mining, they are mostly going to scam people.

I simply means the profit one will get from trading altcoin against bitcoin. Example: Assuming you have 0.08BTC and you decided to Buy XDN/BTC at 0.00000010/BTC = 800000XDN then sell at 0.00000200/BTC = 1.6BTC.

Capital.       =       0.08000000
Total Sales =       1.60000000
Profit.          =       1.52000000

I got it but what's the relation of mining to trading? They are different places to invest in crypto. You are only explaining the thing with trading, this is what I understand so after getting profit with mining you'll convert that profit into trading by buying alt coins?

Binance seems to be turning out fantastically.
Well in a group where I'm reading daily signals they mostly talk about binance but for me bittrex and poloniex are still a better choice for me. I've used yobit before and I'd dealt with no problems to me, so sometimes to these three exchanges now I'm circulating. In wherever I have my mood of doing my trades, I'm going there since not all of them holds our preferred altcoins. Some do have it and some of them, they don't have it.
