if you're talking bout bitcoin gambling then i have a solution for you, throw all your bitcoins on a paper wallet, and hide it or give it to someone to hold. then if u dont have access to the coins, you can gamble.  I think this is not effective, because they could have instead borrowed the money to the airport or a friend who is getting to reproduce the problem. If you want to go from gambling then the first thing is to remove gambling from our minds and then force yourself not to use gambling. Or it could remain a gamble but by using a very minimum bet I agree. even though you control yourself to hide all the things that may trigger your addiction. It will still urges you and make you feel uncomfortable with what you did, so surely after a week you will get the coins and do a gambling again. you need to do it consistently not just once and then give up controlling yourself . that means putting away all the money you earn it can be each day or each week or each month depending on the intervals that you are getting paid, it is a battle that you have to try so hard to win. So All it's back to your-self. First it's consistently at foundation your mind set. Just this gambling it's for fun, so all will be fine and try to take out from gambling. Take out what? And by the way, just mindset alone won't help the gambler to leave gambling, he needs to speak out everything to his family to let them too help him get him out of gambling. Why speaking to family? they just will be like judge him, Mind set are foundation at your life to do. if you've mind set good so all will be good. I also think same that in roulette like other games is not any strategy.Just follow your instinct and without thinking much of odds.You will end in short run with some money more than you started at.Don't change bets just keep on same thing.Changing mind on different things leads to loosing more.

I have a same feeling with you about Spain vs Italy match. I guess there will be many fouls and yellow cards in this game. But overall, I think Italy will qualify to next stage. About Iceland vs England, it would be over 2.5 goals. Dont have any strong reason behind it since England put a lot effort to score a goal in group stage, but I'm sure there will be at least 3 goals.
All of my predictions were right, too bad I didn't make parlay of them. Without Xavi and Puyol, Spain is nothing. And Italy was really great last night, even I'm very sure they can make Germany work hardly in the next match.
