Perhaps he is just frustated with all the final games and he never won any of them . Actually it is a good decision for him to retire, he needs to open up some space for the young players to have a chance on the national squad . However since he is retiring from the international squad , I wonder if finally argentina will be able to win the trophy

The Copa America 2016 final is pretty much the same as the CA 2015 final. We have the same Argentina vs Chile match-up, another 0 - 0 after 90 minutes and after extra time and once again Chile has won in the penalty shootout lol.

yes i think he is really frustrated because since in the world cup 2014 final he could not able to get the trophy even in the last 3 finals matches on international tournaments Argentina always be runner-up and i thought it's time to him to give a chance to another young players

I think it is a different story if Lionel Messi not missed a penalty. a bad end for messi in Argentina after failing in a row in the final and eventually retire.

I think everybody are expecting too much from Lionel Messi . He is a human after all , he is not “superhuman” and he didn't come from “other planet” ( I think it's quite weird when many people said that )
Even a experience player like he would getting nervous and failed to score penalty. Where all the praise when he score a brilliant free kick and hat trick in 25 minutes?

yes i think he is really frustrated because since in the world cup 2014 final he could not able to get the trophy even in the last 3 finals matches on international tournaments Argentina always be runner-up and i thought it's time to him to give a chance to another young players

Frustation is normal especially for him, he is the one that carry the whole argentina team from the first round until the final game and he is the one that made argentina lose the final game. frustation is at the highest level for him and thats probably what made him finally decided to retire from international game

i dont egree with you because i watched this match and i saw messy played enugh but chili played so hard and only one messi cant do anyting with 11 people Argantina team mean isnt only messi and ehn match finished messy cried he was so sad he wanted to get this copa you can be sure.

Argentina wanted to so much to get Copa America 2016 it was so important for them but Argentina wasnt play so good last night and they couldnt find goal and Messi couldnt find posation because chili players played so strong and they didnt give posations to Messi and now Argentina playes in crisis and messi dont want to play Argetina anymore it is so sad news i hope messi will think play again with Argentina.
