2241  Economy / Gambling / Re: DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM!!! on: June 02, 2022, 04:54:01 PM
A year ago, every investor including myself got their funds taken. They are scammers and It's shocking that they have such a high rating on here. Investors got scammed, and I got my funds personally locked and stolen by the owner. I'm trying to bring awareness to this to stop others from making the same mistake of depositing.
Sorry to hear this. To be honest am not well aware of what's going on lately with this casino but what caught my attention is you saying they have a high rating on this forum! what do you mean by this? I checked OP's trust page and they didn't receive any positive feedbacks from any dt member. Besides, this thread is almost dead and if you check the last pages you will see that some members already warned against investing in this casino or even playing there since the moment the OP stopped being active and went dark.

Anyway, thank you for the warning but I invite you to create an accusation thread against them on the Scam Accusations board if you have enough evidence to support your claims.
2242  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐FoggyStar⭐ 150% Deposit Bonus⭐ on: June 02, 2022, 02:05:23 PM
Thank you so much for telling us about this problem! First of all, please, read our instructions on how to make a deposit in a minute. If the problem is not solved, please contact us via our support@foggystar.com mail address so we can help you and fix this bug!
Thank you for the quick response and for the link, I really appreciate it.
Actually, making a deposit on FoggyStar is not that complicated and doesn't require a guide to figure out how it works. Nevertheless, I read it and tried to make a deposit again while making sure to follow the instructions but am still getting the same error message (precisely at step 4.1 after clicking the deposit button).
I'll contact support later via the email address you provided.
2243  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐FoggyStar⭐ 150% Deposit Bonus⭐ on: June 01, 2022, 11:33:46 PM
What is the wager of your bonus?
I couldn't find the answer for this question on their website, so I can only assume the general bonus terms and conditions applies for this offer too. Which means the wagering requirement is 25x. Don't quote me on that, though.

I tried to make a deposit but for some reason am getting an error message when choosing bitcoin as payment method! Here is a screenshot of the error message:

It's working fine when selecting any other cryptocurrency other than bitcoin.
2244  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♦️Coinslotty.com | Up to 20% Cashbacks | Crypto casino | Multi currency wallet♠ on: June 01, 2022, 10:20:06 PM
Hello! You are absolutely right! We process crypto via Coinspaid  Smiley
Good to know this. Does this third party paiement processor charge any extra fees on withdrawals? I read your ToS and didn't find any information regarding withdrawal fees!

While reading your ToS, I found this clause which seems weird, to say the least:
in case the transaction is marked as replaceable - Opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF), the Casino reserves the right to close such accounts immediately and withhold any wins.
Maybe you didn't know or didn't consider that most wallets mark transactions as rbf by default and some users might not know about this feature and how to disable it
2245  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: دعوى قضائية on: May 31, 2022, 11:34:32 PM

2246  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Lightning Coin Flip Telegram Bot - provably fair %0.5 house edge on: May 28, 2022, 11:52:46 PM
And since the server provides both seeds, then the game is not provably fair because those seeds could be tested before the runs to warrant a looser seed for the long run.

To make it a provably fair game, users should be able to change the client seed before the bet.
So you're saying the server could get a seed designed to only give "heads" or "tails"? That's possible, but if the server tries to cheat that way, you can also use it at your advantage so that makes it a risky game to play.
They can do it for the first of few first flips but they can't keep doing it forever because of the nonce which gets incremented after each flip.
The operator (server) can exploit this in their advantage if they can analyse the bettors gameplay.
Besides, why do they need to generate a client seed in first place if the client can't customize it!
2247  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♦️Coinslotty.com | Up to 20% Cashbacks | Crypto casino | Multi currency wallet♠ on: May 28, 2022, 11:00:04 PM
A 100% deposit bonus up to 2btc, am I evading this right!? This is huge and am not aware of any other casino which offers that much to be honest.
But why do you offer up to 2btc (around $60k) for deposits in bitcoin but only $2k for usdt deposits?
In my opinion, the 50x wagering requirement is too high. Not sure if anyone will complete this requirement while still in profit. I wish you will consider lowering it.
2248  Economy / Gambling / Re: Even if you are from the future, Lieutenant General probability will not change! on: May 28, 2022, 10:01:10 PM
...
Humanity was once again defeated by future warriors. . .
Yep.. But don't let my comment discourage you. There are many ways to fix this and improve the idea.
For example, instead of the ltc transaction hash you can use the hash of the block in which the transaction is included. This way you ensure the ticket number is completely random. You can also combine the block hash with the transaction hash to ensure each player gets a unique ticket number (in case more than one transaction are included in the same block).
2249  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do I have to do on: May 28, 2022, 08:44:29 PM
Is it true that new Coins can give big profits as people say on youtube channel?
Investing in new coins is more like gambling than investing and the probability of losing your money is way higher than making a profit. My advice is to do your own research and only invest what you can afford to lose.
Besides, don't believe everything you read/see on the Internet. Those youtubers  most likely has been paid by the project owners to create those videos so don't trust everything they say.
2250  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Live - Your Transaction May Have Failed? on: May 28, 2022, 07:50:50 PM
I have never seen such a system on a gambling site and I don't see the logic why it's there.
I've encountered few crypto casinos which do this. One of them is Wolf.bet (if my memory serves me well, my apology if it's not) but this was long ago in their early days so not sure if this has changed or no!
Some casinos even asks you how much you want to deposit in USD which doesn't make any sense for a crypto casino. Just credit whatever amount the user send to his account balance.

Was there something wrong with the btc address supplied by the gambling site the first time?
That's not a question anyone here can answer.
Didn't use Ledger before so I don't know how it works but any decent wallet will check the validity of the receiving address before creating the transaction. So, I don't think there is anything wrong with the address itself.
2251  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: electrum wallet got hacked on: May 28, 2022, 05:52:24 PM
also when i use older electrum version it open without needing kleopatra to be open, but 4.4.2 version needs that other app so it will work, it's confusing/
Maybe when you were trying to open Electrum V4.4.2 you mistakenly clicked on the .asc file instead of the .exe file. This will automatically open Kleopatra and it's the only logical explanation I can think of because Electrum doesn't need Kleopatra to run.

After formatting your device's hard drive and reinstalling the OS and Electrum, make sure to create a completely new wallet by generating a new seed. Do not reuse your old wallet by recovering it from seed.
2252  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Management financial & Bitcoin wallet. on: May 28, 2022, 03:22:48 PM
Hard wallets are the best when it comes to security and ease of use, just make sure to buy it directly from the manufacturer's website or from one of their authorized resellers.
the prices range from $40 to ~$200 or more depending on the model. If you can't afford to buy one, You can use one of the reputable software wallets such as Electrum (make sure to download it from the official website and verify it)

However, the safety of your coins doesn't depend only on the wallet you use, it depends on the user himself and how cautious he is. You can have the safest wallet but still lose your coins because you carelessly entered your wallet seed or private key into a random website.
2253  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Making multiple transactions at once on the console on: May 28, 2022, 02:56:18 PM
Sorry for my previous reply, I thought the payto() function creates the transaction and broadcast it which appeared to be not true. It only creates the signed raw transaction.
I managed to reproduce the problem on the testnet mode but the error message is slightly different:
"insufficient fee, rejecting replacement xxxxxxx; new feerate x.xx BTC/kvB <= old feerate x.xx BTC/kvB"

All created transactions use the same UTXOs and since rbf is enabled by default, each subsequent transaction will be considered a rbf transaction trying to cancel the previous one but it will be rejected because it has to pay higher fees. You don't need that anyway.

nc50lc and o_e_l_e_o's suggestion should solve the problem.
2254  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet trouble change email with 10 eth on: May 27, 2022, 11:41:05 PM
^^
Not really the best wallet but it's a good one and one of the most used wallets. It's non custodial so you have full control over your coins.
But since we are talking about a lot of money here (~10 eth), you may want to consider buying a hardware wallet.

BTW, I know this won't change anything but just out of curiosity, why did you choose to store your coins on freewallet!?
2255  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet trouble change email with 10 eth on: May 27, 2022, 09:53:17 PM
But i think my money is not my now) .
Sorry to be the one who tells you this, but that money was never yours: "Not your keys, Not your coins".
The other user had to wait for more than a year to get his case resolved so I wouldn't be surprised if you will have to wait that long too!
Their official representative was active two days ago. I suggest sending him a PM to let him know about this topic.
Good luck!
2256  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Making multiple transactions at once on the console on: May 27, 2022, 08:23:02 PM
Not sure if this would solve the problem, but try to add a delay of few seconds after each iteration by using the Sleep() function.

The code would look like this:

array = [address1, address2]
for address in array:
    payto(address, amount, password=password)
    time.sleep(5)

The sleep function will give Electrum enough time to update the list of available coins and thus we ensure newer transaction will not re-use an already used UTXOs.
2257  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⛔KEEP OUT from trustdice.win❗❗❗ on: May 27, 2022, 07:34:05 PM
don't believe him guys. When it comes to execution, they cause problems. It's easy to write nice things here. I did not reply because they did not reply to me many times. I can prove that I got my money with a screenshot .
You don't have to write positive things about them, you just need to share your experience with them in all honesty. And to be honest, I can't understand what you were trying to achieve or to prove by ignoring their PM and not responding to it! This is not the way someone who wants to get his money back would act.

Processing your withdrawal request without knowing your email or username is a good sign. It means their decision wasn't influenced by this thread (at least this is how I see it)
2258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction causing victim to scam his family on: May 27, 2022, 03:27:43 PM
If the bettors claims are true about Boyle Sports refusing to close his account when he asked them to do so and instead continued to lure him to play more by giving him free money, then Boyle Sports is definitely in the wrong. Such behavior is unethical and unacceptable. I am sure no respectful casino would do such thing as it's their responsibility to protect their customers who have gambling problems.
This doesn't mean the bettor isn't in the wrong too. He scammed an innocent person and stole more than €56 (according to the article you linked) so he got what he deserved. The judge's ruling was correct.
2259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Old Casino Keep Up Without Support Here In Bitcointalk Or Signature Campaign on: May 27, 2022, 01:49:29 PM
There are many other places/websites where you can advertise your casino but by running a signature campaign and promoting your business here on this forum you guarantee you will be targeting crypto enthusiasts.
Ending a signature campaign which has been running for a long time certainly wouldn't affect the casino till the point to shut down their business especially if they have already built a solid customer base and keep their promotions somewhere else to attract new players. But it will certainly raise some questions/concerns such as if they are running out of funds.
On the other hand, having an announcement thread and keeping it active by posting updates and answering other members questions is a must. Stopping interaction without any logical explanation will certainly affect them.

^^
The way he wrote his comment makes it look like he is replying to someone else but no one, as far as I can see, mentioned the term "influencers" or any thing like that. So not sure why he brought this subject!
Maybe he posted on the wrong thread or it's just a generic reply that he can paste on any topic.
