Do you have any idea of what Point of Stake is?
Actually, I have no clue what that is, but unless it's a completely clean, renewable energy source, I fail to see your point... Please enlighten me...

He means proof of stake.

Well, that is one ironic fail on his part then lol What is proof of stake?
2242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yacoin - The Eco-killer on: May 12, 2013, 03:05:20 AM
I live in the desert, all of my energy comes from solar panels.

Well, that certainly clean and renewable, but it'll take a whole lotta yacs, to pay for those solar panels Grin
2243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS - 1 Franko for 1BTC on: May 12, 2013, 03:04:00 AM
Uhhh, not sure what threads you're looking at. But the current rate is at around .12 BTC or 4 LTC per 1 FRK (see here, here, and here).
wait, what? am I missing something? why is it worth so much??

Do you guys have any idea, how much electricity it takes, to run enough servers at %100 load, to make it worth while to mine these coins? Just saying, not very green...Not to mention, there's gonna be a lot of unhappy parents, when they get the power bill this month lol
2246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YAC will be on BTC-E confirmed. on: May 12, 2013, 02:52:34 AM

Why do you care so much when you've already cashed out? I'd get off these forums, sit back and relax  Grin

2250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Buying YAC] WTB YaCoin - Paying 0.002 per YAC on: May 12, 2013, 02:45:57 AM
Sold 14K Yacs, successful trade Smiley Still mining them (and holding a lot more YAC), will sell you more when you want.

I think 0.002 BTC for a YAC is a bargain. It will be very difficult to mine late in the cycle, and it should be worth as much as litecoin.

2251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Buying YAC] WTB YaCoin - Paying 0.002 per YAC on: May 12, 2013, 02:44:16 AM
Due to the price movemnets of YAC on bter, I am now offering 0.002 BTC per YAC.

Are you retarded? Just buy it for .00106 on Bter...

There's a whole lotta sell orders, between were it is now, and .002
2253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [YAC] the offical site need some donations ! on: May 12, 2013, 02:35:23 AM

Cheesy

2255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] New Alt Coin wiki. on: May 12, 2013, 02:24:42 AM
A new altcoin wiki http://alt-coin.com is open and needs lots of edits. Please try to keep edits factual no matter what your opinion of a coin is. If you think a coin is a scam use facts to help other people come to the same conclusion.  Wink
Sigh, you know your only encouraging them, right?

I may cover initial investment and take a small profit but I'm holding the rest for long term.

Yeah, because that worked out well for the last 2 alt coins Roll Eyes

..and all altcoins are the same no doubt. It's also quite a bit too early to call it long term on any alt coin let alone bitcoin... but enjoy the sidelines, I'm sure it's comfortable.

So far, with the exception of the only Altcoin that matters, LTC, yeah, I'd say they are all about the same, so far. I sold mine @ .009, at the beginning, like the rest of the smart people. You enjoy those worthless coins, and your little pipe dream.
2257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We want YAC @ .003+ BTC on: May 12, 2013, 02:16:26 AM
And the demand? It's artificial demand Smiley

FTC and CHN/CNC are now trading around the same value, i don't see .003 being possible there's only so many people interested in new alts so the amount is going to even them all out. or so it seems

If YAC goes above FTC's market cap - which is easily possible, since the coins tend to spike right after hitting exchanges - we will easily see 0.003. I'm not sure why people think it's so unlikely.

Um, because it's already sitting at .0009? Supply and demand. The supply is retarded. Millions of coins out there, already...

There was well over 3 million FeatherCoins in circulation when it hit .004.

You're not thinking this clearly.

Feathercoin was the first of the recent pump&dump coins. People were actually fooled into believing it could take LTC's place.

CNC was when people started being aware of pump&dump coins, that's when CNC's value never reached FTC's.

And yak? The finest example of the last of a dying breed of pump&dump coin bubbles... It will never reach 0.0015 btc ^_^ And many people will be stuck holding worthless coins.

The people who want to buy YAcoins, to hold them, are already buying them up cheap, on BTer. It's over. As he said, you all have wallets full of worthless coins now
