2261  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Always good Will win in the world so you know on: January 06, 2023, 04:00:13 PM
Right now there is war between good and evil.
Do not worry good always Will win no matter who will win or lose only you need to know that bad guys at the end always Will lose.
Who's good ?
Good Are honest loyal and right at least with their own people.

Those who been betrayed Even their own people will be judged AS bad on god eyes.

Anyways If you Are good you got nothing to worry about the bad ones need to worry about only.

All books and bibles record that good always triumphs over evil, but I'm not sure if that's true or if the world is working in a different way. If so, why do good people always suffer before evil ones? Why in the government, those who enforce justice are always greedy and cruel, ready to do anything as long as someone gives them more money, that person will be correct. I really want the world to work as you say, but I believe that in today's world, whoever has a lot of money is a good person and vice versa.

I'm locking voting sometime in February so vote on Smiley

The trial was adjourned until October on the grounds that Sam had refused to plead guilty to the announced charges. I am beginning to believe that he will only have to spend a while in prison or maybe even less house arrest than the 115-year prison sentence that had been predicted. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the result, given what he donates to politicians, and with the money he has on hand, he can buy justice anywhere, anytime. Maybe he will find a way to lure two of his accomplices to accept me for him, and he will pay them a handsome sum.

The problem is if Liverpool let him go, the defensive lineup of Liverpool is going to be in big problems.
knowing that liverpool is having serious problems in the defense, i think it would not be wise to sell him at this moment because liverpool already has many players in the attack with injuries and they cannot keep hiring players for the attack because when those who are injured do not improve liverpool there will be a way to manage so many players in the team, the same thing can happen in the attack, so I think that what liverpool needs to do is try to see which are the good players that are in defense and not sell them and then see which are the players that they are not good in defense but they can improve and find a way to work with them until the whole team doesn't have too many injuries
~

Exactly what I wanted to say. Liverpool should know very well that if they let him go right now, they will be in deeper trouble. Because they are already in a lot of problems not being able to perform up to the expectation.

So, I am sure that they are not going to want to sell a very important defender right now. And I think Liverpool needs to bring in a few players to the team. If they do decide to sell him, they must be ready to bring in at least two players with that type of money or at least one defender who will be able to do better compared to Ibrahima Konaté. But I don’t think Liverpool is going to sell him. Not under the current situation.
2264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 04, 2023, 06:05:54 PM
Ibrahima Konate has into Real Madrid radar and they will attempts to hijack him from Liverpool although Konate has long duration contract with Liverpool until 2026 but Real Madrid are taking possibilities to bought him this summer and reported Ancelotti has been talk with Madrid management and this summer he want this player will arrived at Madrid however since arrived to Liverpool on summer 2021 Konate performance has been showed good progress and with Van Dijk he can performing well on Liverpool defense so it's not easy to gets him because i am sure Liverpool wouldn't sell him easily

Real Madrid is very interested in Ibrahima Konaté. And I think they will eventually be successful in trying to get this player. I don’t know if Liverpool is going to let him go. But the way Real Madrid is showing interest, I think Liverpool might actually eventually could let him go.

Real Madrid also needs defenders in the team. So that is something that also indicates Real Madrid is very serious about getting him into the team. The problem is if Liverpool let him go, the defensive lineup of Liverpool is going to be in big problems. So that is the reason why Liverpool might not want to sell him. Unless of course Real Madrid are offering a huge amount of money.

I also don't suspect that he has taking any enhancing drugs for that matter. We have seen him scoring even when he was still in Utah, maybe he just woke up on the right side of the bed and just decided to take over that game and win it for them.

And now it's Giannis turn to have a 50 point game performance, Klay had one as well. And so as we have discussed, this season is going to be a special one with this kind of scoring and specially if Lebron will break Jabbar's record it will be the ultimate scoring record.
I just finished reading about it here.
https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/cavaliers-donovan-mitchell-says-he-was-drug-tested-after-dropping-71-points-against-bulls/
I think they didn't let the results leak out but I doubt it will be positive. Obviously, because Mitchell had the guts to tweet about it.
We call this being "in the zone" and it was known to happen to players if it's their night. They do "heat checks" if they feel it. Kobe felt it, Booker did, and Melo in New York and even Jeremy Lin, fans do love it when it happens.
Donovan Mitchell felt the zone in that last quarter of the game against the Bulls and then more in overtime.
This should not be questioned anymore as the defense is also becoming weaker and weaker, especially against a Bulls team, and shooters are given more priority for their space to shoot.

Personally, I do not think that the players should be held accountable for taking some performance, enhancing materials, just because they dropped an insane performance in a match. I am also positive that he did not take anything like that.

I know for a lot of people, it is going to be hard to believe that he was actually “in the zone“. But that can happen and that has happened previously. However, I also think that the authority is very much in their right to check if he is actually taking any substance or not. If the player is not taking anything, which I believe he did not, everything should be fine.

As it stands now,  Barcelona attacking line is well recognized with the presence of Robert lewandowskyMemphis delay, and Dembele, but the rumors have it that Lewandowsky wishes to play alongside Lionel Messi before he retires. In as much as player movement from one team to another, revolves around finance, The question is, will PSG management be capable of accommodating four Four football giants like Lewandowsky, Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe at the same time? If this Rumor is valid, is Barcelona ready to let go of Lewandowsky anytime soon??
I think we are getting it mixed up here. Lewandowski is not talking about leaving Barcelona. The interview he did admitting his dreams to play along side Messi was when he was asked about Messi been linked back to Barcelona and how he feels about it and he proclaimed it will an honor playing along side Messi. Lewandowski isn’t talking about moving to PSG just yet. More so even if PSG has the funds I don’t think they will be able to add another Marquee attacker if the current trio are still available because it will definitely lead to getting into trouble with FIFA or UEFA financial play rules. PSG were actually in the market for new players when Mbappe and Messi were looking to part ways but with contract extension been agreed already with Messi I think they wouldn’t sign any just yet maybe till Mbappe leaves and it is something I see happening only in the summer and not this winter transfer window

I don't know, I haven't heard any article where Robert Lewandowski has wished that he played with Lionel Messi.

But even if he wants to play with Lionel Messi I think that is going to be a tough chance. Because for instance we definitely know that Barcelona will not be resigning Lionel Messi and PSG will be having a hard time accommodating these for giant players. One thing that could be a possibility is that Real Madrid are currently interested in Kylian Mbappe, so if Mbappe leaves PSG, they might be able to sign Robert Lewandowski.

What a way to end the war, as if someone who's powerful as Putin will have to end it by just talking to someone who he might have talked to.
That's not how it works OP, you're taking it too soft where in fact that these matters can't be done by just one single talk.
It may look like a very good idea to you but when a country and a leader that's too hard to deal with, I don't think that idea of yours is going to be applicable to ending this war. We all want peace talks and negotiations but yours is utterly far from the process.

That's a crap idea. I wanted to ask the OP first, how do we know where Putin is going? The president's whereabouts are almost an absolute secret and not revealed to anyone. If we could easily determine his route of movement, perhaps the US and Ukrainian would have destroyed him long ago. And one more thing, I don't think he has to follow anyone's orders, he is the president of Russia and has full control over everything, including ordering a nuclear attack on Ukraine.
2268  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia/Ukraine, Who is to blame? on: January 02, 2023, 08:55:30 AM
From an objective point of view, Ukraine cannot be blamed for anything, because it did not start the confrontation and is currently on the defensive. From a political and strategic point of view, Russia does not accept a NATO presence on its borders, and this was evident when it annexed Crimea. The confrontation in Ukraine is currently between Russia and NATO countries.
If you think that the current war is between Russia and Nato, it is more accurate than the war between Russia and the US because the US is the head of Nato, and they decide everything in the bloc. The EU never wants to go to war with Russia because both benefit each other economically.
Currently, the only beneficiary of the war is the United States, in contrast to its European allies who found themselves in a war with Russia they had not wanted since World War I. America incites both sides of the conflict and moves the threads of the game without taking into consideration its European allies who are receiving painful blows in their economies and their Russian energy resources.

It can be said that Ukraine is the one who suffered the most in this war, they are victims of the war between two great powers, and their fate is no longer up to them.
Any negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will never result, but the country that needs to sit at the negotiating table is the United States.
If Ukraine succeeds in reaching an armistice agreement with Russia, it will become the least affected compared to the rest of Europe affected by economic sanctions. At the same time, it is also not in Russia's interest to continue the military operation indefinitely. She is also badly affected.

US's target is not only Russia but also the EU, their good brothers. On the one hand, they want to weaken Russia, on the other hand, they want the EU region to be more dependent on them, that is, they do not want the EU to be free but under their control. And they are succeeding in all their goals. The war is not over, Russia suffers military losses, the EU is more dependent on oil and gas.

In the winter of 2022, the EU imports most of its LNG from the US at extremely high prices, and it is very likely that if the EU does not find a solution on gas, in 2023, they will have to continue to depend on the US in this regard.

2269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 01, 2023, 03:40:19 PM
Goalkeeper is the only position they should look to get someone, and Livakovic is cheaper than anyone else and he is young enough and he is definitely a good alternative.
However, dude is good enough to be a starting GK in most clubs, so going to Bayern to play there until end of the season and be benched next year wouldn't be an ideal situation for him, playing at Bayern until end of the season and then going to another team would be great but he needs to get that 1 year contract if he could and Bayern wouldn't want that. Aside from the GK position, which could be handled with backup GK if you ask me, I do not think that they really need any other player, they are fine in all other positions.
It seems that Bayern Munich is still looking for that Goalkeeper that they need and right now as I have seen in this ARTICLE that Dominik Livakovic is now interested to be transfer to Bayern Munich, but sad to say is that Bayern Munich had already moved on, in getting Dominik Livakovic well in actuality Dominik Livakovic had an idea of getting to Bayern Munich  and Dinamo Zagreb, also named its price of €10 million for the goalkeeper but as I have said Christian Falk has posted on Twitter that Bayern is out in buying the goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic,

el kaka22, Personally, I think the first priority should be a goalkeeper for Bayern Munich right now. But after that, they should also probably get a striker as well. A striker who will be able to score at any given time possible. Yes, I know that they have almost no problem, scoring goals. They have the biggest goal difference in the league (probably 36). That is obviously already almost impossible to beat.

But if we think about the Champions League standards, they need a goalkeeper and also a striker to make the team more balanced.
2270  Other / Politics & Society / Re: High inflation is causing GLOBAL protests on: January 01, 2023, 03:16:04 PM
All around the different regions/parts of the world, they have the same issue that's causing mass protests. It's HIGH INFLATION, HIGH FUEL PRICES, HIGH FOOD PRICES, HIGH COSTS OF LIVING, AND LOW MINIMUM WAGE.

That's what happens if a non-elected cabal is made to have control over the money supply. Look at this list. Start researching about your country's central bank policies, read the news, and know if your country is about to have, or is currently having high inflation. Because your country could be next for a mass protest.

Not just one but a bunch of reasons can be involved in high inflation, high fuel prices, etc. But yes, It's becoming a global issue, and central bank control is decreasing daily. It's the main reason I prefer the bitcoin market to conventional businesses.

High inflation has been a major economic issue all over the world  throughout 2022 and it caused political unrest/protests  in many countries but now in the last quarter of current year we are witnessing drop in crude oil price which is sigh of relief for all of us because it will  bring down prices of  food items and all commodities in coming weeks and months as well as hopefully, we will soon see pause in interest rate increase which causes increase in cost of doing business and eventually this cost is passed to the consumers.

The drop in crude oil prices is a good sign, but will it last as the battle continues and gets more intense? Second: we need to find out why oil prices fell. It is not due to the abundant supply again that part of China's consumption is disrupted because they are still shutting down the economy because of the covid pandemic. Once China's economy opens, consumption will increase, and OPEC will cut production, I am afraid that oil prices will soon rise again in 2023.

Today's matches are totthenham-aston villa and not.forest-chelsea. Totthenham absolutely must win if they want to stay in the top 5. You can't afford to lose points at home in this kind of matches. Otherwise you are out of the race. Chelsea had not won for 5 weeks until last week. They stopped this bad run last week and they will not want to continue it. I think they will get a decisive win, otherwise it could be a bad season for them.
True.

Spurs might win today as they are a great squad overall and having a good season so far and United don't deserve to be on 4th place in my opinion and Spurs has the chance to push United on 5th position.

Chelsea...hard to say anything positive about them in the last 3 months so because of this reason , I don't expect much from this game or a victory of Chelsea.

Tottenham should be able to win against Aston Villa. After all, Tottenham is the better team going into this match. And if they win, they will be able to get ahead to the fourth position but they will have to wait for the result of the Manchester United match. Because if Manchester United wins also in the next match, Manchester United is going to go to that fourth position again.

And let’s not forget Manchester United has improved their performance recently. Actually, Manchester United is performing better compared to Tottenham. Manchester United should be able to win the next match because they will face a rather wicker opponent in the next match.

it's obvious Ronaldo couldn't find a team in Europe that can pay he's high wages at this age. So that deal wasn't bad to me. He broke world record with this deal and he's appearance will promote the the league too. It's a good business for him and the club.

If he had agreed to take a lower salary, I believe it would have been a better deal for him. If that is the case, I think he will be able to find a team easily. However, he would have needed to take a significantly lower salary in order to be able to get an offer from a Champions League team. It is unclear to me whether he agreed to something like that or not.

As I understand it, that could have been a question if one of the UCL teams had shown an interest in him. As a matter of fact, that didn't happen in the first place. So, this is not a bad decision for him in my opinion because the money that he is going to receive is unbelievable.

2274  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving one third what you earn monthly is not that hard, isn't it ? on: December 31, 2022, 04:25:03 PM
If you are in twenties or early thirties and remain single, earn $3,000 after tax per month, you will probably save $1,000 if you, let's say, spend $500 to $800 on rental, a guest bedroom in a shared house/apartment, $500 on food, $50  on utilities, $150 on phone/internet bills, $400 on commuting costs or gas/maintainance if you have a used car, $200 on occasional entertainment or others. This $1,000 savings will allow you to invest or place a house down payment when time is ripe. Is this possible based on where you live ?
Well just like you have explained it, this is for a bachelor that doesn't have may responsibility either from family or girlfriend. This is possible if the person does not have a girlfriend or family responsibility. When I was a younger I could make better savings while spending less funds on food and shelter. This is easy to achieve although it all depends on the location and the lifestyle of the person involved. Since there is no external responsibility attached then this is very possible to save even more than this or lesser.

Not really, I am a married person with children, but with an income of 3k$, I can still say that I can still save a huge amount, and I can still save 1k$/month. I think depending on the area you live in, like my area, an income of 3k $ is a huge income, this is an income not many people can achieve. In my area the average worker's salary is $500 and with this income they can feed at least 2 people. So if a person has an income of 3k dollars, they can save and get more done.

I am a married person with children, I am going through what you say, so I agree entirely with you, family is the most important bedrock. Children are a blank page, and that blank page will become a beautiful song, a beautiful picture, or will be just a scribbled page, that's for us to decide. My 2 children, always follow my every action and word. If I get angry and swear, they will repeat the same thing, they have absolutely no idea what they just said, they are just copying from me. I can say who they will be in the future is up to me and my wife to decide.
2276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 31, 2022, 01:02:27 PM
Atletico Madrid are 10 points away from Real Madrid now. This is a very big gap to be closed especially with this performance level. They don't even have a reliable effort against Elche which are like the last-placed team in the La Liga. They can't do anything serious by playing like this from now on. They will always trail behind Barcelona and Real Madrid in the league. This is not fitting Atletico Madrid considering their squad quality currently. They deserve to be managed better than this.

Their performance in the Champions League was also horrible. I believe Atletico Madrid board should think of sacking Simeone seriously.

Actually, after the 15th match of Real Madrid in La Liga Atletico Madrid is 11 points behind Real Madrid. And I cannot imagine them going anywhere near the first position on the table and competitively contesting for the first position.

You know, the Barcelona match is going to be very important today. I want to see if Barcelona can actually win. Barcelona will have to win the match if they want to get back to the first position on the table.

Actually, a draw will also get Barcelona back in the first position because they have a better goal difference. But winning is going to be the best option for them because it is always good to have a little bit of breathing space.

So this is why, call him stupid.
500 milions in 2 years Wink
People are highly criticizing him but I believe that he has done the right thing for himself. We need to be realistic here. There was no team meeting his criteria making a contract offer to him and there wasn't going to be also obviously. There was no meaning in rejecting a gigantic offer by Al-Nassr at that point. In the end, he was still willing to continue to play football professionally no matter he was going to join a European team or not. Why wouldn't he turn down this opportunity then, right?  Grin

He can earn his money and secure his remaining life after his retirement.

To be honest, I do not think that it was a surprising call from him at all. There is no doubt in my mind that Cristiano Ronaldo made the right decision when he decided to leave Real Madrid. In the event that he did not accept their offer, what was he going to do next?

In the end, he would have had to play for a team that probably wouldn't have been able to win the Champions League that he longed for. Also, it must be borne in mind that the teams that he wanted to play for were all of the top tier teams, such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, and so on. Despite his efforts, he did not receive any positive responses from those teams. There was only one way for him to accept the Saudi proposal, so he had no choice but to accept it. I am sure that this will be a very satisfactory retirement plan for him.
2278  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Die or Pump Up in 2023? on: December 30, 2022, 05:08:46 PM
According to Elon Musk, the price of Bitcoin will increase by the end of winter.  And we should not lose hope.  We have to harden our minds.  And everyone needs to hold on to Bitcoin tightly so that it doesn't get traded away from the market.  Whoever has the amount of BTC deposited, rest assured.  And wait, something good will come inshallah.  Inshallah BTC price will increase by mid 2023.  And I believe in Elon Musk's words, so you should continue to believe.  The price will definitely increase.
Elon Musk is one of the influencers who can influence market price movements as we saw before and so far whatever coin he tweets will definitely make coin prices rise even if only temporarily, but if we talk about bitcoin price speculation in the middle of 2023 then I not too sure if the market will move the way Elon Musk said because many times we notice the market will not always move the way we expect it to.

Elon has been able to manipulate the market and even bitcoin in the past, but I doubt he can do it again with bitcoin when everyone realizes his manipulations. The only thing he can manipulate in this market may be Dogecoin.
Elon is like us an investor and he just makes predictions like us, there will be right and wrong, don't blindly believe what he says.

But I will agree with you one thing, the market doesn't move the way we expect, when we expect a bull run, it moves in the opposite direction.

They silently mine all the user's data without reporting or paying the user a dime. I believe a lot of people are using social media, which seems appealing to them, as they are the ones who usually show off everything on social media, so it won't affect them much. I really wish to see some competition in the Bundesliga but I know that I'm just deceiving myself on one hand.  Smiley

Because this has been the same for 10 seasons and it is likely to be another 10-year time period now. As long as we don't see any other team (except Dortmund) being bought by a billionaire, there is no hope for a new challenger to come out and fight with Bayern Munich hard for the league title. I'm really frustrated with Dortmund actually about this topic. They have such an amazing potential as they are a rich team. But just this business model is killing all the fun we could have.

I agree with you that the German league has become very stale and it is only played to see by how many points Bayern Munich will win the league this time. This has been the case for the past 10 years as they have won every single season and in addition to that, they have even won the local league cups as well.

I agree with you that unless a billionaire buys the club, Bayern Munich will be the undisputed champions for the foreseeable future which is pretty sad. Another thing is that Bayern Munich tends to buy star players from the opposing teams which also cripples them to climb up the table.
