2281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 25, 2022, 06:29:53 PM
I think it was a franchise rule that he broke. And I think it is normal that they would suspend him since he is married and still had a consensual relationship with female staff. Other organizations would do that as well to avoid scandal.

I don't think it's a normal situation.  These types of affairs get swept under the rug all the time.  You hear about Steve Nash learning about his wife's cheating when their baby was born black?  How about Delonte West supposedly having sex with LeBron's mother to get back at him for mouthing off in practice?  I could go on and on...  Tony Parker, Nick Young, Matt Barnes, etc...  There have been lots of incidents that were never acknowledged by teams or led to suspensions (although Delonte West got blackballed).

This is clearly a situation with some extraordinary circumstances.  Every sports journalist is out there trying to figure this out to report on it.  I'm sure we'll hear something soon.

Wow! I did not even knew those issues until you said it, I was shocked reading this especially Steve Nash that he only found out that his wife is cheating because the baby turned out black after the labor. That was very unexpected and I cannot imagine how Steve Nash felt when he found that out because obviously he took extensive care for his pregnant wife for 9mos without knowing that it wasn't his.

Anyway, I think you just misunderstood what @jakelyson is trying to say, he didn't said that the situation is normal. What he said was that it's normal (and I think that's expected) that the team would suspend Ime Udoka because of that action as it would really reflect the team's image.
2282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Shakur Stevenson vs Robson Conceicao - Sept 23 on: September 25, 2022, 05:59:00 PM
As expected Shakur dominate the whole fight for a unanimous decision win
SCORES: 117-109, 117-109, 118-108 for Shakur Stevenson, Shakur is ready to move up in the lightweight division but I doubt he will have the same success as he did in this division, Haney, Garcia, and Loma are just too good, and he cannot match up the power and speed of these three, but anyway congratulation to Shakur.

He schooled Robson like he is an amateur hehe but that was expected but it's just interesting to see if he had the same performance had he decided to shred that excess 1.6 pounds because for sure it will have an effect on his performance.

Almost bet for Shakur by decision @1.6 (boosted) but my mind changed when he did not made the scale as i thought he would knockout Robson since he would be bigger by fight time but i'm wrong, playing safe all the time.

I'm not so sure if he could survive the like of Loma or Davis if he fight them right away, i think he needs few more tune up fights in the LW division before facing either champion.

Nevertheless congrats to Shakur for the win in front of his hometown.

Shakur made a good move on forfeiting the fight because he knows himself that he cannot shrink that 1.6 pounds in mere 2 hours before the official weigh-in, it could be a walk in the park for Shakur if he had made the required weight. The difference of their power is so evident, Robson doesn't stand a chance against Shakur and that's for real. Nevertheless, it was a good run and now it's time for him to take his power in lightweight division.

As I have previously, it was a good decision on their side, nothing to regrets as he if shrink himself that 1.6 lbs, it can do damage to him. And it was evident that in the power department, Shakur has the advantage and that body shot really slow down Robson in the fight. Although he says that he will pull a surprised, there's nothing spectacular about him. Top tier boxers, he had difficulty, but probably he can beat the rest of the fighters in this division but might fall short of the champion. Anyhow, let's see how the eliminator will be for both belts. I'm seeing Robson figuring out in one of those fights.

Right, his body already giving him signs that it's time for him to move to the next weight class because he will suffer if he continues to reducing his weights just to meet the requirement even if that is not his comfort weight anymore. Well, that's one down for Robson and surely he will be fighting for that vacant title.
2283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: September 25, 2022, 04:39:08 PM
Now, barring all excuses, and assuming that Jerwin will come in healthy 100%, no problem with the weight whatsoever, then maybe he will going to beat Martinez as expected by the majority here.

If that's going to happen then the majority of us will celebrate, but the way I see in their past fight, Ancajas was struggling against a more aggressive fighter, it was Martinez who dictated the tempo, and the good thing for him is that he can take the punches of Ancajas, there was no killer punch from Ancajas in that fight, and worst is he got exhausted.

And that i what Ancajas need if he wanted to win this rematch he need to throw solid combinations that will allow him to shake Martinez if same thing happen and Martinez dictates the tempo and have that good dominance, it will be a one-way fight that will favor Martinez, there are lots of adjustment aside from being healthy and maintain the target/required weight.

Though we can speculate but the outcome will depend on how both fighters deliver and execute their plan to beat each other.

It will be different take from different gamblers, own analysis and perceptions between these two fighters.

I get that Ancajas chance is only 50%-60% because Martinez is also aggressive and knows his way how to control the fight, the main disadvantage of Ancajas that time is he is not on his 100% because of his situation and that made him so fatigue, and Martinez took advantage of it. That situation could be avoided but I think his camp didn't know what to do that's why it's good for him that he have his own nutritionist now. He only needed to meet the weight needed because after that I know he can defeat Martinez, dominantly.

On the betting side, I think Ancajas will be the underdog this time, so if that is the case then that will be an advantage for us.
2284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: September 24, 2022, 06:44:20 PM
So I don't think that Butler can go the whole 12 rounds. It will really be a punishment and maybe his team will throw in the towel because they don't want Paul to get ruin by so much punches he will get from Inoue if ever it will go to the distance and they will still lost in the judges card.

His team might not get even a chance to throw that towel because Inoue is so quick that they will not know when is the right time to throw that towel to stop the fight. The moment they will throw the towel, Butler might already kiss the floor.

No disgrace to Butler or to any fans here that we are throwing speculations like that. It's just that, that's the close thing to happen. Yes, Inoue is also a human and they have the same weight as Butler but the former's built is really something that no one in Bantamweight can match against him.

That only shows that Butler is just too far from Inoue's current prowess, we cannot be throwing some low speculations to his end if we don't know the real score between. That is just sad for Butler and I bet that even him knew and cannot deny that he can't really keep up with Inoue, even Donaire can't keep up, so it is quite safe to assume that Butler won't be fighting for long with Inoue in the same ring.

I agree about that! Butler is nowhere near Inoue's league, I know somebody might argue with me on this especially Butler's fans but that is the truth and I definitely think that majority here would agree with me. Butler's only chance to get out from the fight safe is to get his camp throw in the towel at the end of their selected round, he might get criticized for playing safe but there is no other choice.
2285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Vasiliy Lomachenko vs Jamaine Ortiz - October 29 on: September 24, 2022, 04:23:26 PM
This will be his tune-up fight against Haney because I believe Haney will eventually prevail against Kambosos in their rematch and he has a good tune fight against Ortiz, the Loma - Haney is the fight that we all want to happen and hopefully, they will not fail the boxing community's expectation, there are a lot of great fights happening now and making the fight happen between the two is good for the boxing community, and for everybody's pocket as well.

Somehow I read some rumors that Haney is evading Lomachenco since the person believed that Lomachenco's style is devastating to Haney's defensive style.  Is it possibly true that Lomachenco can really crack those defenses of Haney?  Well, I believe it is more interesting to watch Kambosos against Lomachenco since watching Haney's fight is really boring since he adopted the Mayweather defensive boxing style.

And if Kambosos will win, just like what you said, Haney may wait or fight somebody else first because their trilogy will be second priority as likely the demand for Kambosos-Loma is much heavier.

I find it more exciting to see a Lomachenco - Kambosos fight than Haney - Lomachenco.  Though Haney - Lomachenco fight is quite interesting due to the question - can Loma break Haney's defense?

Well, if Lomachenko also passively conducts a fight with Haney as he did with Lopez, then it will be a rather boring fight in my opinion, yes, in a fight with Lopez he had something to lose and he acted cautiously, but it didn't work. But Lomachenko fight with Kombosos would be very interesting to watch.

I don't know if you knew that Lomachenko is injured during that fight with Lopez? He had problems with his shoulder that's what he was very tentative against Lopez and can't throw as many punches as we want during that fight. So after, it has been operated, made a comeback and beat a good boxer in Nakatani and Commey. So for sure if Lomanchenko is healthy 100%, he will not be as passive, but will continue to attack Haney in any angle and test his defense and how he will crack it.

That was his excuse, although it's true but he cannot make that as an excuse, he could just have postponed the fight and just fight Lopez after the operation, but he continue, that's why we should give the credit to Lopez for being the better fighter.

It was Lomachenko's fault that is why he got defeat from that fight against Lopez, he already knew that something's off with him and that was his shoulders but still he continued the fight carrying that injury because maybe he thought that he might do well against Lopez but actually, he didn't. Post-fight, Lomachenko revealed his injury to get sympathy but what's done is done and it was Lopez who won the fight.

Really? Didn't heard that Loma was actually making some excuse on why he lost that fight, I respect Loma because of what he is and he is viewed as big brother in lightweight division but he should know to give credits too because Lopez did good from that fight. He may have injury that time or not, Lopez still won the fight and that can't be changed no matter what the excuse is.
2286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 24, 2022, 04:03:25 PM
In case some don't know, Udoka had "an improper intimate and consensual relationship with a female member of the team staff."  that's why he got suspended and he apologized for it. I don't know if this is a big news but I'm pretty sure that the Celtics franchise is heavily affected by this one. He has been a very good coach in his first season, and he led the Celtics to NBA Finals. Their assistant coach, Joe Mazzulla will be their interim head coach.

Any thoughts with this one? How will the Celtics be affected by this?
Surely a hiccup for the entire franchise considering how huge his difference on them. Surely they'll move on from this one but was the franchise was too hasty on their decisions? I don't think so too, perhaps it's to tell that they abide on their policies. The entire franchise will surely be affected tbh.

As we can see in the championship odds, https://www.oddsshark.com/nba/championship-odds.. Celtics are the top favorites, but with this big news, I doubt they will stay as the top favorite, so I think getting the Warriors still gives the best value.

As expected, the Boston Celtics will be an early favorite to win the championship this 22-23 season but I don't think that they will be playing the same with the temporary coach this time, the trust and experience of Ime Udoka is vital for the team but their situation is different now because he's been suspended.

Too bad for those who bet early before this issue surfaced, I bet that the GS Warriors will be standing at the top of heavy favorites again.

2288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: September 24, 2022, 08:12:21 AM

Both will sure make adjustments on the fight. And even a weight drain Ancajas can absorb Martinez best punch, what's more if Jerwin is in his best shape and no issues with weight? It could be a different outcome. And so this is what we are expecting from him in this fight. Bring the fight to Martinez and be a banger, the style that he is known for.

Let's see if he can prove to the world that he is the better fighter, it's hard to just speculate, we should give respect to the winner, yes, Ancajas may have struggle maintaining the weight but there's nothing to be blame of, but himself and it's not a valid excuse.

Yes, if he losses again then we can say that Martinez is the better fighter and has every right to end Ancajas reign as of the longest super-flyweight. But if he win by a dominating fashion, then he is back and the first win by Martinez could be considered as a fluke. And the best thing for Jerwin is maybe go up, nothing for him to proved because he has been a champion in this division for many years already.

He is actually the better fighter already because he is the champion, Ancajas is just trying again hoping he can beat a stronger Martinez, and though I'm optimistic that Ancajas will win, but I believe it's going to be very difficult for him beating Martinez. Well, it's time for him to prove that his excuse is valid, and that is by winning here.

Can you believe this?

If it's SMB vs Northport, I'm pretty sure the spread will not be that high, so what will this spread imply?
I mean, are we seeing this guess team as the NBA team playing against a PBA team? This is so disrespectful, there's no more competition here.  Sad

That's probably because of their dominant performance in their first game, but Blackwater is a bad team, you can't expect that they'll win. I guess it's worth risking on the Moneyline as Northport is a decent team. Take that ML and the over.
2290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 23, 2022, 02:37:04 PM
Coach Yeng debut as a new head coach of ROS has been ruined by his previous team.  Smiley

IIRC, NLEX were +8.5 underdog, but it turns out they are the better team in this game.
Big game for their import, and the locals have contributed as well.

I'm wondering what was the moneyline for NLEX? It's probably one of the best upset that happen this commissioner's cup so far, with a good import, even an average team could pull up a surprise, so we are now in an unpredictable conference.

Tomorrow we have two games.

1- Northport vs Bay Area Dragons.
2- Phoenix vs Bossing.
2291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: September 22, 2022, 06:06:33 PM
As for Ancajas, he has more than enough reasons why he needed to win this fight because his career will go down if he will get defeated again by Martinez. But I believe that this time he can defeat Martinez and maybe he can go fight with Joshua Franco afterwards to claim the WBA belt.

If Ancajas doesn't get any trouble in gaining the required weight limit, I am somehow confident that he can win this rematch.  We will see a different Ancajas since he will be fully conditioned and possibly have enough stamina to box until the 12th round.  We have seen the capability of Ancajas to absorb Martinez's punches, so we don't need to worry about that.  Besides, I think Martinez will slug it out again and I believe Ancajas will have a counter strategy for that.

Ancajas already taste those solid punches from Martinez and he manage to survive till the last round, if he is able to maintain his weight and continue to have a good training predations the chance of winning is possible, it's just a matter of adjusting with how your opponents fight, he might not be too much exhausted this time as he has a condition of health and his sparrings will help him to adjust with how he will react to each possible attack from Martinez.

Expect a good counter and solid throwing of continuous punches and not just to cover and try to counter, but also to create the attempts of attacking and boxing Martinez.

Martinez is not a mystery anymore for Ancajas as the latter already fought him during their first encounter but unfortunately, unlocking that mystery is an expensive move because it cost Ancajas his belt. There have been some reasons why Ancajas failed to defend that belt but they should move on and the camp should make some way to keep the Filipino boxer fit and healthy as I know that this time he will defeat Martinez.
2292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Shakur Stevenson vs Robson Conceicao - Sept 23 on: September 22, 2022, 05:49:12 PM
^ Or the sports bookies are correct in putting Stevenson as huge favorite on their platform because it's simply what everyone thinks. Robson is good but they are not on the same level as far as skills goes. It's just a matter on how will this fight in, will there be a ko/tko in this fight or simply Stevenson will put up a show, a clinic in front of his fans and then win easy on judges scorecard. And in the post fight interview, declaring that he wants to go the next division and again look for Tank.

These sports bookies rarely make some mistakes because putting the real underdog as a favorite will make them lost so much funds that they couldn't imagine as for sure bettors will take advantage of that if in case Shakur Stevenson here will be listed as an underdog.
The fight is approaching near and I won't be surprised that Shakur may go for a KO or TKO here to prove why he is the champion and not Robson. After that, I'm also curious what he'll say, will he climb or unify the belts first? That's what I want to know.
2293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 21, 2022, 04:34:14 PM
Biggest news in the NBA today… LeBron has finally decided to go bald. No more crazy headband and hair plugs. I think this can only be a good thing for him. I’m expecting Bald Bron to go hard this year, as his championship window is rapidly closing. I’m glad his hairline won’t be a distraction any more. It seemed like that was taking up more of his time than it should have been.

That was crazy. Father time is indeed calling him not through his physical capacity but with his hair on his head. The hairline did not held back for long and just decided to get bald.
I am excited for the next season because there are a lot of young bloods who does looks promising. I wanna see how the old players like Lebron would catch up to the new generation players.

So it didn't take long enough, I think it was last year when I saw some LeBron fanatics making fun of KD's bald spot in the middle of his head. Anyways, I wish these 2 superstars to stay healthy and play at their best this coming season. Both players though are in tough positions.

LeBron and his team aren't all-in this coming season after the management's unwillingness to exchange their future first-round draft picks to avoid Westbrook this season and his $47 million salary. Imagine how many good role players or even a superstar can the Lakers take for that $47 million out of Westbrook.

KD on the other hand has 2 superstar teammates, Kyrie and Simmons but both can be dramatic and problematic to the team. I also wish KD to get out of Brooklyn so he can still maximize his potential.

Yes, as said, nobody can escape father time even if you are LeBron James but the king body is still keeping up. Maybe that hair started to get lazy already that's why LeBron himself decided to shave everything off to keep it balanced hehe.

Well, the Brooklyn Nets and LA Lakers will still have the spotlight this time just like the last season because their current situation. People will surely watch if the Nets will be the same after all what KD have put them through and how will Simmons behave as well as Irving. While the Lakers has been watched on how will the new head coach work them off to stay in synch. Staying healthy is the least of their problems.

Haven't heard about that kind of rumor but it will be fun to see that Lomachenko will take up that challenge if he can break Haney's defense and make the latter struggle with his technicalities and Loma's chances are higher because I believe he have more boxing IQ than the current undisputed champion.

Either way, it will be interesting to see and it's a win-win situation for us boxing fans because a Loma-Haney and Loma-Kambosos fight have their own respective challenges to the veteran boxer. Though, I cannot deny that seeing Kambosos and Haney sharing a ring together is much more interesting as there's no doubt that these two boxers can entertain us and can give us what we wanted to see compared to the first match-up.
2295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul VS Anderson Silva October 29th on: September 20, 2022, 09:51:56 PM
Yes, betting on Jake Paul is much more profitable as he is considered as underdog by the bookies while Silva is a heavy favorite. People might be confused because they probably know more about Silva than Jake Paul who is still struggling to be a full pledge boxer in the eyes of the people, but Jake is likely going to be the winner here and might defeat the former MMA fighter by a way of knockout especially when the fight drags on while Silva is grasping for air.

I'm rooting for Silva here because he's much older and Jake Paul is cocky and as some people have said already likes to pick on washed up fighters past their prime, although Silva can't be described that way. I watched his fight against Chavez Jr. and he's still good. You might try to bet on Jake because of how much you can get if he wins, but the winner is most likely going to be Silva, unless something unpredictable happens. A fight can turn after a simple mistake. Your eye gets cut and you get a stoppage, things like that.

Gotta hand that to you, that fight was almost crystal clear that Silva is not a washed out fighter and still has reflexes because he defeated the former middleweight champion in his own sport, Chavez Jr. Although, I'm not a fan of Jake Paul, it's still hard for me to believe that Silva can win this time and the latter will be the one to teach him lessons. Well, this is interesting to see next month, ain't going to let this slide.

Cesar Chavez and Anderson Silva is both classified as a washed out fighter in their respective sport especially Chavez who keeps on losing after his fight against Canelo, it's true that Silva is still formidable and quite agile at his age and probably the reason why he outboxed Chavez in his own playground.

But this time is different, Silva is fighting a much younger boxer who may or may not defeat him by a KO but I'm almost positive that he will wash Silva this time inside the boxing ring. I may be wrong in this speculation but I really do think that Jake Paul will be the one who will be victorious at the end of the day.
2296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 20, 2022, 09:06:44 PM
I agree, Pacman doesn't have to prove himself again because he already carved his name in the boxing industry and have achieved a feat that will be hard for any boxer to attain.
That's why if he wants to fight again, there will be a lot of boxers that would be happy to fight against him. It is because of the fame that's attached to him and for those boxers, it's an honor to have a match against him.
What I can see with those new boxers that would still like to fight against him, it's like quick fame and career boost whether they'll be beaten or win against Pacman. That's what Ryan Garcia tried to do but Pacman didn't bite his words.

Yes, it will be an honor to any boxer out there who gets a chance to fight Pacquiao even if it's just an exhibition fight and aside from the fame, money will always follow Manny Pacquiao that's why there has been reports and rumors that boxers are trying to get him into fights especially now that he is older enough and at that time, he didn't made a statement to retire yet.
Ryan Garcia did that? Didn't know that at all, surely the kid has something to offer but Manny wanted good and safe fights for now that's why Manny didn't bother at all.
2297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Singapore is the second country to follow in El Salvador's footsteps, do you agr on: September 20, 2022, 07:56:20 PM
Singapore is indeed a very open country in business. they embrace all business sectors. and does not make it difficult for anyone to do business there. Yes.. Singapore is a strategic country when it comes to business. it is very possible that later Singapore will also become one of the earliest countries to adopt bitcoin. but to go that way. Singapore is sure to go round in circles in its preparation efforts. and so that there will be no opposition to the country. because I know Singapore is very smart in business. so the country will not be careless in every action it will take. but considering the current economic conditions. so I think it is still a long way to go. but not to be second after el salvador.

Exactly, Singapore is a neutral country when it comes to business and wide open to accept what the other people or countries has to offer to them, that's why they are booming up until now and maintained their status internationally. But when it comes to bitcoin adaptation, they are just a friendly country that is still observing what will be the outcome of the most countries who also adapts bitcoin, they aren't even that close to be compared to El Salvador just like what the OP said. Currently, El Salvador is having a crisis that's why Singapore have stayed and maintained their stand for the meantime.
2298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin island in the Philippines? on: September 20, 2022, 07:20:02 PM
I've just recently seen a list of countries ranked by Bitcoin adoption, and the Philippines were at the top of the list, so I'm not surprised with this news. I am a bit skeptical to the ideas of Bitcoin islands, though, as I've heard of several such projects in different countries, but not a single one that was actually successful. Of course, maybe it will be different in the Philippines, but I'm not sure. If it's going to be a luxurious resort, I doubt many citizens will actually be able to afford it.
Yes, Philippines is just a small country but I'm quite positive that they aren't that left behind that's why they are even on the list when it comes to bitcoin adaptation and the same reason why I also think that there's already many Filipinos out there who are already in this forum and been observing the news about bitcoin in other parts of the world, Philippines is a great location and I think it's just waiting to be unlocked.

And about that Bitcoin Island, that's great if it's indeed true but I don't think that it will be located in Boracay because I've been there and it's quite pricey, so like you said, if it will be placed there, most of the people might not afford the place and what it has to offer.

Signing Schroeder at that price is a lucky break fpr the Lakers. One that they badly needed too I must say. At least now they don't have to worry too much about an underperforming WB since they have someone willing to prove himself again.

Don't get hyped at Dennis Schroder. Did you see him making big news about winning and carrying a team after he left the Lakers? He was transferred to a team with not many superstars and yet you can't see him in big news carrying a team.
It's not about getting hyped or having huge expectations. His signing is one of the best deals the Lakers got given the situation they are in.

Dennis Schroder is overrated. I will still pick Westbrook over him. Westbrook already proves that even if he does stat padding, he can carry a team. Dennis Schroder still needs to eat lots of grain of rice before becoming better over Westbrook.
Pick whoever you want and praise WB to high heavens. It doesn't really matter to the Laker's organization.

You guys should probably know that Dennis Schroder and Russell Westbrook is a completely different kind of player with different role, we cannot really compare these two players because Westbrook was a playmaker while Schroder is a defensive kind and that's the exact thing why the Lakers have chose to sign him a 1-year deal.
2300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Vasiliy Lomachenko vs Jamaine Ortiz - October 29 on: September 19, 2022, 07:05:53 PM
They said that Haney is a boring fight, well, I would say he would not be able to play safe against a technical Loma, because if he has speed, Loma has quickness as well and not only that, he is also very precise in throwing his punches. I'm sure everyone here can't wait to see this fight so we will know the winner, and if it's Loma, there's a chance that they will fight early next year if Haney will beat Kambosos again.

Haney if fitted against another counter-puncher then expect that to be a boring fight but not with a very technical Lomachenco as what you have said. That would be an exciting fight and I have Loma to emerge as the victor because he has the power in both hands. Just look at what he did to Rigo when they meet, the latter has nowhere to hide and as a result, retires on his stool in that fight.

Loma vs Haney is the fight everyone is waiting for but Loma needs to take care first of Ortiz and Haney to defeat Kambosos as well.

That's true! Haney will be much tested by Loma if their fight will really happen soon enough and the fight will not be boring to see anymore because of the latter's technicalities that will likely make the undisputed boxer struggle. That will be a sight that I wanted to see!

But for now, both of them still have their own respective fight that needs to be won by both camps so that their fight will be inevitable. However, I believe Loma won't have a hard time defeating Ortiz as this fight is likely a tune-up for Loma before he face Haney.

I can agree to you, Loma's skills even he was out for some time can still have an upper hand against Ortiz, while with Haney and Kambosos, both are eager to win. Though we have seen how Haney beats Kambosos before and he still has that advantage, and maybe if in case Kambosos disappoints Haney, we might see a trilogy between these two champs before we will see Loma fighting whoever wins that trilogy.

We never know what are the plans coming from their promoters but everything will depend on what will be the results of their upcoming fights.

Well, if Kambosos manages to upset Haney then surely there will be a high chance that a trilogy fight will happen soon after the rematch, I know that Bob Arum will surely make that happen but I believe that the trilogy will take place and happen in the US, but that is if Devin Haney will be defeated.

We will have to see, if there is a demand from fight fans, maybe it will happen and could be held in the US. And hopefully Kambosos will return the favor to Haney, but if George elected to push for a Loma fight, then Haney will have to wait or fight some boxers to get him busy. I believed that boxers do have control on which boxer they want to face next, the only challenges is making it if the fighter is on the other side of the promotion and that they have a different network. Either side will have to make a compromise. But in this case, it's going to be easy, as Loma and Haney are with Top Rank. So expect them to face each other if Haney wins here.

That is indeed possible but that is if Kambosos is in other promotional company but if you're with Bob Arum? I don't really believe that boxers under him have that kind of power to select whom they want to face next, we already know that story and frankly the reason why Crawford and probably Pacquiao left Top Rank.

And if Kambosos will win, just like what you said, Haney may wait or fight somebody else first because their trilogy will be second priority as likely the demand for Kambosos-Loma is much heavier.
