2301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: February 03, 2016, 08:18:02 PM
i'm using mobile wallets and online wallets for frequent transaction as i'm spending some of my daily expanses. And using desktop wallet as a cold storage.
I store my bitcoins in a wallet offline, I do not like online wallets its to risky.
For high amounts its to risky to get it on online wallets, although its pretty nice.

Yes but with offline wallets, like keeping core wallet in your desktop or laptop can be risky too . If someone doesnt know how to backup wallet and other procedures, they can loose their coins in moments. Hence I think for new people online wallet and for old, core ones.
2302  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: February 03, 2016, 08:06:40 PM
I believe there is certainly still know in Bitcoin.
I just think Bitcoin a good future, especially because the world is becoming more popular and more and more digital.

Yeah and if we have to pay for domain, we hesitate to use our personal debit or credit card, but when it comes to bitcoins, it makes life so easy really. One click and you have sent money to someone Smiley without much hassle and risk.
2303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: February 03, 2016, 07:47:56 PM
I think yes bitcoin is better than western. Then it very fast transaction than western, Transaction fee ofr bitcoin is low than western union
Moreover the user database of bitcoins is around 10 times of users using western union. I prefer to use bitcoins more because if I have BTC I can send it easily with less fees, but with WU, we have to pay more fees to send money to abroad. So BTC is superior for me Smiley
2304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin 'real money' to you? on: February 03, 2016, 07:28:08 PM
Yes for me Bitcoins are real money and have several reasons to believe that, but hardly have a reason to look at bitcoins as a non-real money. I can buy , exchange, do almost anything with bitcoins.  Kiss love you BTC .
2305  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price going back to $250??? on: February 01, 2016, 04:56:25 AM
I really doubt that the price of Bitcoin will drop to $250 this soon. It is going to stay around $400 for some time.

I too prefer it staying at $400 just for the sake of prices to test $1000 price levels very soon. Even if there is price fluctuation, the price shouldn't go below $360 and then will rise again, so that all bitcoiners can be rest assured that they have invested into something profitable.
2306  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you consider to be a long term investment. on: February 01, 2016, 04:50:48 AM
For bitcoin 3 months is very long.
For stocks 3 years is quite long. So it depends on the time.

3 months is nothing for a serious Bitcoin holder. For people who are chasing quick profits 3 months can be seen as very long. Even 1 month is long for them. I don't count these people as Bitcoin holders.

When you are talking about a long term investment, 3 month isn't something to consider about at all. For a persistent bitcoin holder, he wouldn't even consider 3 months has a period with which he can make his withdrawal. He would prefer to hold bitcoins for a long period and hope that the price of bitcoin rises so that he could make more profit. For bitcoins, i think if there is consistency in profit and it comes at the right times too, anytime is not too long.
2307  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to spend Bitcoin? Newbie's opinion. on: January 31, 2016, 09:02:06 PM
i think that the best way to spend your bitcoins is to buy something physical or digital in my opinion, thats the way how i like to spend it

In my consideration Newbies can hold the bitcoins instead of spending with that.
Definitely they wouldn't with big idea with bitcoin utilisation so They can save it for further price change and profit.

Even I agree with this. When I was a newbie, I did not spend my bitcoins wisely and ended up over spending. It's better to hold the coins and then learn about online websites where you can spend these bitcoins for a lesser price. There
are good trading websites as well that earn traders a good amount of profit.
2308  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: January 22, 2016, 08:56:37 AM
Everyone can use bitcoins, so there is no need to create difference male or female coins? Wink

Yes of course, as it is earned through home based business so there will be more females and housewives involved in earning bitcoins. There are already a large number of females involved in online business and as there is a shift occurring towards bitcoin so they also.
2309  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: January 21, 2016, 08:09:30 PM
At least you've learned something. Not like me with gambling. I gambled, then took a loan to gamble more. Didn't learn until after the bad shit happened. Good luck with your future investments!

For gambling it depends on luck and trade depends on intelligence. So for intelligent people, they do not need to waste his struggle on gambling. They can make huge amount with their least investment and high intelligent tricks and plannings.
2310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you used Bitcoin as Real money to buy Real/physical goods? on: January 21, 2016, 07:28:58 PM
I haven’t used bitcoin to purchase online before. I am the type that likes to purchase from Amazon, and bitcoin is not accepted. So, I haven’t made use of it to purchase, but I hope very soon I will be using bitcoin to buy goods online.
2311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: January 21, 2016, 06:43:06 PM
I'm from India. People here generally prefer making payments using cash, it's a very liquid society and mostly prefer using debit cards to make payments at large supermarkets. Use of virtual currencies and virtual means of payments is usually low and preferred by those who have internet connectivity and good knowledge of how to use it. Despite this it's nice to see that facilities like net banking are increasingly rising and user preference for it is also hiking. I'd love to see online as well as brick and mortar merchants accept Bitcoins for daily payments, but I'm expecting this to taking a lot of years to evolve.

In India BTC still take some time to get famous. I know already it is going at very fast rate but yes as you say mostly having good knowledge of internet are aware of this. But as it is growing it would adopted easily in throughout the world then India also would adopt it soon.

2313  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unique Gambling Game on: January 21, 2016, 06:07:51 PM
Nothing much as of unique game I have seen yet, maybe I feel the ideas like bustabit is awesome and innovative, moreover I love plinko and sometimes I also feel to try hands at minesweeper.
2314  Economy / Gambling / Re: HYIP = Gambling on: January 18, 2016, 07:06:19 AM
HYIP means you are trusting the owner and dont know surely about results. While gambling you have to trust the game or rather sport ( if sportsbook ) . I think risk is equal though.

Hyip sites will scam you means you will be cheated by some one but in gambling you will try your luck with some sort of games, if you lose than you will get some kind on enjoyment or thrill from these games. So I think these two are not same like you said.

Both in HYIP and gambling we need only luck factor to make any money from our investments.
Without luck we cannot expect any returns from both of these programs. I believe there is no control over our money in both gambling and HYIP programs. So, only luck is needed to secure any returns from it.

I believe comparing the HYIP with the gambling must be right scenario. Because both are out of our control to get back any profit from our bankroll. Once the money invested into HYIP or gambling needs to be forgotten forever. Because there is no guarantee for any returns or for the money we have invested from both HYIP and gambling.
2315  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: January 18, 2016, 06:52:57 AM
My plan is to work and sell things with bitcoin for some profit after buy bitcoin in the cheap price Then i'll wait until the price rise.

Yes, with any business by accepting bitcoin, we can definitely will manage to get rich by simply saving the profits in bitcoin for long term.

Basically saving bitcoin, will make us rich for sure.
We can get bitcoin from what ever sources like buying it or getting it as business profits etc... But we need to save them for longer period like 3 or 5 years. Then we can find the returns in 100 fold or even 1000 fold.
2316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: January 12, 2016, 03:20:25 PM
Gambling addiction is usually one of two things. Either the knowledge that you've won before, and can win again, with the same ease, or the "need" to recoup your losses.

Either way though, that's a horrible mindset to be stuck in.
IMO, gambling addiction causes either by your greediness or like you said, to recoup your losses.
But I gamble because I am addicted with their "entertainment". Embarrassed

Yes, When you gamble , there are two things, either you win or you loose. Now see, if you win - you want more and
more and endless . And if you loose you say okay let me recover my loss and then I stop. This keeps on going till you seriously start feeling bad or nothing left to deposit into gambling.
2317  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: January 10, 2016, 08:40:12 AM
Yes...
To trade online with cryptos currencies..
To buy something
Looking in future that price will rise and money will increase...

Yes holding into bitcoin for future purpose and bitcoin is still incresing  we will not know when will stop on the market, well I think It will always increase what ever is the outcome for bitcoin.

Yes, many people here are buying bitcoin as an investment. Even bitcoin is a currency, it is treated like gold. Gold is a traditional investment whereas bitcoin is a moderate investment. Like gold bitcoin is also has limited supply so it will gain more price in future. This must be the one of the reason people are keeping on buying bitcoins.
2318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: January 10, 2016, 08:36:22 AM
there's nothing wrong in gambling, its a form of entertainment.
for as long as your dont gamble your lunch money, gamble is just fine the same as alcohol drinking and smoking. Smiley
You can't analogize / likens gambling addict with addicted to cigarettes or liquor
it's much different
I think gambling is more dangerous than it all, gambling can ruin a person's life, more than cigarette addicts
There is at lest some amount of luck involved in gambling and it could also take the gambler to the unexpected, ever desiring luxurious life if he gets enough lucky but on the other hand where does cigarettes takes you ? only negative outcome and no chance for anything else.

Yes, gambling is not a completely wrong or bad. Because there are chances we can make some profit from gambling. But
obviously it is not possible for all the people who are all gambling that is the big problem with it. Only very few people are making some profit and finding gambling is not wrong.
2319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin 'real money' to you? on: January 10, 2016, 08:34:34 AM
I perceive it as real money, why would I not? I don't do stuff with it which I wouldn't do with fiat. I gamble with it, I use to and still gamble with fiat, I order stuff online with it, if I see something worth buying i.e. and that's it. I don't invest in Ponzis, I don't lend, I don't trade, which is why I am not bothered with price that much, I buy it, spend it and buy again.

So I use it completely as I would use fiat. I will think about price when and if I have enough to sell.

Well, same here.

Fact is most of the users on this forum have some sort of a business with Bitcoin, to them its just another way to make $. Therefore, they don't see it as real money.
It is your assumption not an established fact. How people see bitcoin doesn't make any difference to its usability.Bitcoin is treated like real money whether you spend it or hold it

If you hold bitcoin it becomes as investment.
To use bitcoin as a real money, you must accept bitcoin's value is current level. If you believe in future of bitcoin like it will price the higher values then there is no meaning in spending bitcoin of itself as real money.
2320  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why I believe BTC will continue going up on: January 10, 2016, 08:13:37 AM
I think upwards, even after the halving. People keep saying the halving will be priced in well before the event. They said the same leading up to the last halving too. However, the major significant rise came a few months after the actual having when the realization of the decreased supply started to take effect. I think the same will happen this year and the decreased supply will have an even more profound effect.
Do you think the initial reaction upon halving is a huge sell off followed by another slow and gradual growth towards ATH?

Yes sell off and stable prices are usual things in any trading. But I believe the halving storm will swallow all these pitfalls and will take bitcoin prices to new high price levels. Because, new money inflow can do any magic.
