Obrigado pelas explicações @lcharles123 , confesso que não sabia disso Admito que estou preocupado com essas oscilações constantes de "shitcoins" no mercado, enfim... é ReAu pra cá, Dogecoin pra lá, e alguns dias atrás foi a Shiba Inu. Mas todas de um tempinho pra cá deram uma boa recuada! Vejo que essas são chances de especular e ganhar uma boa grana, mas numa dessa você pode se dar muito mal investindo em "porcaria" e só visando o lucro e não o verdadeiro projeto da criptomoeda, todo cuidado é pouco  Apesar de tudo eu vejo como algo bom essa febre dos memes, porque atrai mais gente para cryptos. Deve existir vários grupos por toda parte na internet e muitos tiveram o primeiro contato com esses ativos através dos memes. Gente de toda idade, maioria mais jovem. Essa é a chance deles fazerem o processo de investimento através da compra e possivelmente a transferência para a própria carteira. Mas provavelmente a maioria não compra mais que 50 dólares, só de brincadeira, até porque é dinheiro de brinquedo.  Então, é ai que ta o "problema", com esse "oba oba" dessas shitcoins, diversos investidores podem entrar no mercado com o intuito de especular e ganhar dinheiro - FOMO Até acho que algumas pessoas não tem conhecimento nenhum de cripto, a pessoa entra no mercado querendo grana facil, não conhece como o mercado de cripto funciona e se caso a pessoa é hackeada ou perde todo seu valor investido, existem boas chances das pessoas falarem mal das criptomoedas, consequentemente queimando a reputação dos criptoativos. |

Sim, disso não tenho duvidas, mas o meu medo disso é que, o mercado de cripto possa ser facilmente manipulado nos dias de hoje (acredito que até mais que o mercado de capitais/ações) Também pensei nesse viés, se ocorrer uma ampla adoção das criptomoedas, a tendencia é que o mercado "fique diluido", com isso fica mais dificil de manipular pelos grandes players no mercado |

Galera, com esses tweets recentes do Musk, podemos ver que ele ter uma certa capacidade de ""manipular"" o mercado pois ele é uma das pessoas mais ricas e influentes do mundo! I agree with you DRose and Westbrook at their prime can't be stop specially driving inside, they can shift momentum and their guards will be at lost and those ankle breakers. But Westbrook stand the test of time, after his injury it seems that he is back to previous versions in Washington. Yes definitely! I agree with you! Although Russell Westbrook is 32 years old, he is still consistent in his games, and he can help Wizard I think Russell Westbrook has athleticism similar to LeBron James, they are getting older but still playing well and being a reference in their respective teams I am very sad for the injuries of DRose, if he was not injured so much and maintained the same performance that he had in Chicago, I have no doubt that he could be one of the greatest PG in NBA history, maybe top 10 (in my opinion) I am passionate about game of Drose (prime) and Wesbrook, they are extremely explosive. I have never seen a PG in my life with their speed, jump and explosion. Is very rare to find a player with these characteristics. |

@sabotag3x , o ETH valorizou muito esse ano e eu acho que boa parte dos investidores estão comprando no boato, ou seja, estão se antecipando para a tendencia de mercado! Isso provavelmente esta acontecendo porque logo logo pode haver uma migração para o Ethereum 2.0, e boa parte dos investidores estão esperando por isso há anos Não sei, acho um pouco dificil, mas pode chegar perto do CoinMarketCap do Bitcoin sim, disso eu nao tenho duvida, mas para isso acontecer a migração para o ETH 2.0 precisa ocorrer perfeitamente sem nenhuma falha ou atraso. |

Vi esse documentário um tempo atrás e achei ele muito interessante, realista e até mesmo um pouco perturbador! Tive uma disciplina no mestrado que se chama Produção Limpa: Materiais Tradicionais e Alternativos Aprendemos diversas coisas, e uma delas é, que logo logo o mundo pode colapsar pois estamos utilizando o mundo de forma abusiva e isso é muito preocupante! He hasn't been happy in Cleveland and it is clear.
What are the possible teams he can go to? Warriors? Portland? Or another team?
I was thinking about that after the Cavaliers being banged up by the Mavs hours ago. Why is there no team trying to snatch this good player? Positions maybe? Age? (he's just 32) Injuries? Yes, its because of injuries. After signing with the Cavaliers for a 4 year contract (2019-2020) he had been on the bench most of the times or out with an injury. He needs to prove something again before a new team will try to take him for a trade if its an option or if the Cavs will try to rebuild their roster putting players to highlight Kevin Love's skills. They have a good roster now but not that great. Sexton, Nance, Allen, Wade, and Prince but its just not enough. They need a consistent scorer and outside shooters because their defense is already strong. Yes, Kevin Love is still a good player, and he can be very useful on any team in the NBA. I may being ambitious, but if Love goes back to playing as he played in Cleveland, I think he has a chance of being an AllStar again. Let's see how he will behave in his new team. Changing the subject, I am impressed with the performance of AD against the Suns, scored 42 points, it seems that he returned 100%. My question is, will AD and LeBron James maintain this consistency in the playoffs? |

One team that I heard a rumor, that he could go to, is Timberwolves or Warriors, but are just rumors. I believe he will go to Portland. Love to Portland would be awesome. Dame hasn’t been happy and I think that move might be able to keep him around a little longer. I’ve always thought Love has been under appreciated since leaving Minnesota. He does deserve to get out of Cleveland and go to his hometown Portland or his original team Minnesota. Yes, Kevin Love grew up and studied in Oregon, so he has affection for Portland. Love is a good player, but unfortunately his weakness is his defense, he is a more offensive than defensive player Even though he's over 30, but Love can make a difference in Portland. |

Ahhhh sim, agora esta explicado! Eu achei estranho, realizar IPO para captar "só" 5 milhões, eu não vi sentido nisso. Já que é oferta de titulos, provavelmente eles vão emitir algum tipo de CDB, Debenture ou algo do tipo para conseguir recursos! Bom, se conseguirmos algum balanço/balanço patrimonial de alguma empresa, por exemplo COINBASE ou Mercado Bitcoin, podemos realizar um valuation e saber o "valor justo" para a ação da empresa. Claro que isso é somente previsões não é um valor exato que podemos saber de uma determinada ação. Eu também concordo com o que o Ninja disse, acho que é mais vantajoso nós que estamos um bom tempo no mercado de criptomoedas a investir nela propriamente dita, talvez investir em ação de uma corretora possa servir para quem não quer se expor diretamente a cripto, como por exemplo, investidor institucional, investidor que não tem conhecimento no assunto ou leigos etc. |

Olha, eu não sei qual o objetivo do Elon Musk em intervir no mercado desse jeito, não sei se é pela zueira/diversão ou outra coisa! Se uma criptomoeda é EXTREMAMENTE volátil e ""frágil"" a ponto do valor dela oscilar sei lá, 15%, 20%, 30% ou 40% em uma fala de uma pessoa, isso mostra como boa parte dos investidores estão querendo especular e ganhar dinheiro "fácil" com essa criptomoeda, boa parte deles não estão olhando o fundamento da moeda e sim em querer surfar nessa nova onda! Olha, de certa forma ela esta fazendo um certo "barulho" no mercado, esta sendo falada no mundo todo ultimamente!! Eu não li o whitepapper da Dogecoin, e não sei se ela é uma criptomoeda rápida nas transações, baixas fees, escalabilidade e demais outras coisas. Mas eu concordo com o @sabotag3x ... Se os desenvolvedores trabalharem afinco em melhorar o protocolo dessa moeda e se ela for adotada amplamente, eu não duvido dela conseguir aumentar seu marketcap e consequentemente sua adoção. Mas tudo também depende se o mercado irá aceitar essa moeda no modo geral. |

Sim, venho percebendo isso em boa parte dos produtos, chocolates, doces e bolachas principalmente.
Eu acho que as empresas fazem isso, pois, fica menos perceptível aos olhos dos consumidores notarem uma diminuição em um determinado produto, do que, ocorrer um aumento no valor do mesmo.
Sem falar que, no art. 31 do CDC (me corrijam se estiver errado), as empresas são obrigadas a informarem quando e quanto foi a redução no peso de um produto aos consumidores.
