Então, achei engraçado, talvez o atacante conseguiu achar uma brecha em alguma porta e se aproveitou dessa vulnerabilidade! Agora, se o atacante desenvolveu um software malicioso e "upou" no site como voce disse Ninja, eu não tenho duvidas que isso poderia ser bem mais perigoso e o atacante consequentemente precisaria ter um conhecimento mais aprofundado nesse área. Outro ponto interessante, aconteceu com a Ledger, vazou alguns dados dos clientes ou algo do tipo, e receberam um e-mail dizendo para atualizar alguns dados, tu era redirecionado para um site falso, lhe pedia para inserir sua seed e "voilà", voce caiu em um phishing   Bom, eu acredito que a "galera das antigas" que estao envolvidas em cripto dificilmente caem nesse golpe, mas é bom se prevenir, pois todo cuidado é pouco!  |

O que o @bitmover comentou é muito valido, mas um dos principais motivos do ETF não ser tão popular por aqui, é que, o ETF começou a ser comercializado em 2002 ou 2004 aqui no Brasil (não me lembro a data certa) Eu tenho conta na AVENUE e infelizmente, existem poucos ETFs, inclusive, até mesmo a B3 oferecem mais ETFs do que a Avenue Bom, eu estou dolarizando meus investimentos aos poucos, comprando algumas ações e REITs nos EUA e também tenho uns investimentos alternativos, como ouro/prata, e também pretendo comprar algum titulo atrelado a inflação (Tesouro IPCA+ por exemplo). Precisamos lembrar que, ano que vem teremos eleições, e consequentemente, existem grandes chances de influenciarem o mercado brasileiro, dolar poderá chegar nos R$6,00, e principalmente se Lula e Bolsonaro forem para o segundo turno! As the title said, and already discussed many times on the forum how to prevent scams. Here is two strong policy that would prevent you being a scam.
1. Nothing is free in the world, so don't expect anything for free.
2. There is no such money-making machine that would multiply your assets within a day or month.
Hope you all get the point of what I want to say. Just keep in mind that two policies would save you from a lot of scams.
There are some relevant points that weren't mentioned above, and I'd like to share with you! • There is no fixed income on cryptocurrencies, it is almost impossible for you to promise a fixed return on extremely volatile assets. If you are offered, "Deposit 1 BTC and in 1 month you will have received 50% interest plus your Bitcoin, be wary of it, because there are high chances this type of "enterprise"" is some kind of pyramid or Ponzi scheme. • An example that fits what I said above is, do not trust advertisements/publications by famous people (Vitalik, Bill Gates, Elon Musk and others), if you are offered the following condition, deposit 1 BTC at this address and in a week you will receive double the BTC, this is suspect! Be aware guys!

I do not see Simmons get out of this and become a better player. Dude has been in the league for years now and still fears shooting threes, in an era where everyone is taking threes. His teammate, Joel Embiid is a big big center, dude is huge, and he takes more threes than Ben Simmons.
I doubt that he would suddenly change his mind and start shooting after he is traded. Don't get me wrong you do not have to shoot threes to be a great player, not like Giannis takes awful lot of threes however you need to have the confidence enough to shoot threes if you are given super empty shots by the other team, other teams literally do not even cover him, or at least start playing PF and a little bit more inside instead of starting from out and trying to get in. His defense is great but his offense became nothing like people expected and his lack of even trying to shoot shows how he is not even willing to improve himself.
I don't know if this is really plausible for Simmons. I believe if he stays in Philadelphia 76ers, he can improve in his future, not only Simmons, but Joel Embiid as well. They are young and still have a great growth potential in the future. |

Mas gente, pode ser que existam empresas e iniciativas super seguras fazendo isso. Mas CASO seja isso e seja um valor interessante, vocês arriscaram com um modelo de negócio desse com uma empresa que não conhecem? Eu não consigo entender qual é a ''segurança'' de você pagar pra uma empresa minerar pra você e quase não entendo também a diferença entre isso e as empresas de ''mineração em núvem''. Pode ser que eu seja muito preconceituosa e tenha uma perspectiva inviesada, mas realmente não vejoa diferença e não vejo como confiar.
Tem alguma empresa ''conhecida'' com um modelo de negócio parecido com esse?
Então @Disruptivas, esse é o "x" da questão. Eu também não conheço nenhuma empresa que ofereça esse tipo de serviço. Caso a empresa lhe prometa oferecer algum rendimento fixo por mes, somente para deixar sua ASIC hospedada lá, desconfiem, pois isso poderá ser algum tipo de piramide/ponzi. Me veio uma duvida, será que de fato, quando um cliente compra uma ASIC com eles, ele realmente adquiriu esse produto? Será que ele poderá receber a sua ASIC em sua propria residencia caso ele queira? ou com esse dinheiro da compra da ASIC, poderá ser utilizado para sustentar essa possivel piramide? (se realmente for isso). Pois a média dos valores das ASICS estão em torno de $10k ~ $12k (até que é uma graninha alta) Agora uma pergunta um pouco off-topic, será que é somente eu que não entendi NADA sobre a Compass Mining? Eu nunca vi uma matéria tão porca quanto essa, e no site também, parece que quanto mais eu leio sobre essa empresa, mais confuso eu fico. |

Also interested in the return of Klay and I made some research regarding this and below was what I found. Seems that we still can't see him play this year but the good thing is he is making good progress and we can expect him to be back in the first quarter next year.  Thanks for your feedback, guys! Seriously, he'll probably be back in the first quarter of 2022? I believe it's a long time, I don't know what Klay's real situation is like, but I believe in my opinion that he can come back before March 1st, maybe he can come back in January, well, I don't know for sure, it's just a guess on my part. hey guys,

Probably December - January. I don't think they will rush this now and let another accident happen just like last year. It will be better if they will put him in at his best health rather than looking for an early win. Steph and Green could somehow create some wins just to avoid being in the last seed of WCF. You said an interesting point, it is preferable that Klay comes back when he is 100% healthy, or something close to that. The Warriors cannot anticipate Thompson's return, because if he returns early and is injured, the entire team could suffer from his absence again. |

RESULTADOCom esses dados/informações que consegui, acredito que não é viavel (pelo menos para nós brasileiros) de minerarmos Bitcoin. Alguns dos motivos, • Valor do Kw/h aqui no Brasil infelizmente esta altíssimo (lembro-me que algum tempo atrás aqui em casa pagávamos em torno de R$0,75 kw/h e na ultima conta daqui de casa veio beirando o R$1,00 kwh • Valor de uma ASIC ainda esta alto, eu ainda acredito que para comprarmos uma ASIC (SHA-256) é algo ""impossivel"" no Brasil, pois os valores são extremamentes altos e se caso quisermos importar alguma ASIC de fora, existe uma chance do produto ser taxado na alfandega • Se você não tiver uma estrutura, uma fiação relativamente de boa qualidade nas instalações elétricas de sua residencia, ao ligar uma ASIC + chuveiro + microondas + algum outro eletrodoméstico de sua casa, existem grandes chances do disjuntor desarmar, pois o consumo de eletricidade esta sendo altissimo e para sanar esse problema, é necessário refazer o dimensionamento dos condutores e disjuntores da casa. CONCLUSÃONÃO minere, COMPRE Bitcoin que será muito mais vantajoso e você não terá dor de cabeça Agora, se você tem "gato" na eletricidade de sua casa ou usa painel solar ou conseguiu roubar algum carregamento de ASIC ou placa de video, é de pensar para minerar alguma altcoin ou TALVEZ Bitcoin |

If you're looking to get security and also have a storage for holding crypto , hardware wallet is one of the best options.
There are also paper wallets, it is an interesting alternative, but the hardwallet is more advantageous in all aspects.
DESKTOP
Better options, Electrum and Wasabi, if you don't have the purchasing power to buy hardware wallet, these two are good alternatives.
Wasabi being focused on privacy, it has the option to mix the coins to preserve user anonymity.
Electrum, on the other hand, is good, one of the things I like most about Electrum is that it can be used by an inexperienced user, but it also has several relevant features that can help from the less experienced user to a crypto specialist.
By the way, getting away from the theme, if someone wants to use a wallet for ETH (and other tokens, including ERC20) MeW is an interesting and valid choice.
MOBILE
Mycelium and Electrum, both are good, I don't advise to store huge amounts of crypto in mobile wallet, I think it's interesting you have a certain amount of Bitcoin in these wallets, because depending on the situation, it can be useful nowadays.

^^ First of all, if you sign a free agent you always make think that you got a good deal for free. Especially when the player is young and you can build him up for the future, but sometimes it's not that easy. Considering IT's age, it's highly unlikely that people will so much interest in him. Even if he is a free agent. Well sure you can buy him for free but I highly doubt that he will be given anything more than a filling role in almost any team. But as a coach, he might prosper. A lot of players who were not so good in their Glory days have shown real promise as a coach. But as a player, I think his time has come.
