Are you really trying to help or just trolling around here?  Well, it's pretty obvious that you're doing the latter one Roll Eyes. Dude, if you can't understand what OP's saying and will just contribute nonsense things then better to avoid replying at all. This kind of posts are not healthy for our forum.

Don't listen to this noobs. You can own as many accounts as you want. There is no rules prohibiting the number of accounts you can own.

You're right somehow but I think it would be all useless if you still don't have good posting habits. In short, quality[/] always weighs greater than quantity.
2322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you HODL because you believe the price will go up? Or are you lost too much? on: November 18, 2018, 01:24:21 AM
Of course, I hodl especially these bearish days in order to cut the loss and still hoping that btc will pump hard again. This is the safest way I've known for preservibg the value of my earnings.

But assuming that these bad days don't improve and continue to fall down 'til the moment that I badly needed some money for my thesis then I will not hesitate to withdraw. It's hard for my feelings but I don't have a choice anyway.
2323  Other / Meta / Re: WHAT TO DO WITH 1 MERIT ? Why we need this update ? on: November 17, 2018, 01:03:12 PM
This post was made some months back, after the new merit system was put in place, and up till now, the OP still hasn't earned any merits for him/herself
Well, it's not too hard to find out why until now he wasn't able to get even a single merit. As you will take a look on his post history, almost half of it is composed of bounty applications which is really disappointing. So sad for him because he's not improving 'til now. He's not yet worthy enough.

But still, props to him for not complainibg to the merit system. Anyway, he really don't have the right to complain in the first place since it's his fault for getting nothing at all Grin.
2324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Received your bounty rewards? on: November 17, 2018, 03:31:42 AM
How often were you scammed in the past considered in percent of all campaigns? How many were paid? And do you have an idea to avoid it?
In all of the signature campaigns I joined before and until now, I never get scammed even once (believe it or not). The secret behind it is always making sure that the campaign manager don't have a negative trust, the funds have an escrow and the payment rates are not to good to be true (not too high, not too low — just the average). I also make sure that I only join in campaigns with reputable managers (e.g. yahoo62278 and Zapo).

I know that facing a scam is very hard to avoid but for sure it is not impossible to achieve as long as you are thinking twice for every actions you do Smiley.
2325  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin now a stable coin? on: November 17, 2018, 01:59:43 AM
Nope, btc is not yet a stable coin. Ideally, it will only be considered if the trend on its price becomes horizontal or at least there are only very minimum changes happen as per unit of time. Being volatile is a natural attribute of crypto, it's always there.

I noticed that everytime btc and almost all of the cryptos in the market drops the usdt rises. What is special on that coin? I really wonder why this is happening?. Anyway, seems that usdt is a good "Plan B" when every time btc and other leading coins drop. Thus, long term investing for this coin is a good choice.

2326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which step takes you most time when you join in an airdrop? on: November 16, 2018, 03:02:56 AM
Airdrop is a good way to get free tokens, but it always takes much time and brings few rewards.
Yeah! You're right, you can get free tokens. But the question is, are those tokens worthy? Even how much you own a particular coin, it's useless if it is a shitcoin.
By the way, are you still willing to join in airdrops? If not, why?
I never joined airdrops before and never will be (I guess so) because of only two reasons:
1) Majority of the airdrops spreading around us are scam.
2) As I've mentioned a while ago, chances of getting a shitcoin are big.

The ending, you're just like investing your effort, time and hopes for nothing. I'm not discouraging others to avoid joining airdrops, I'm just sharing what I noticed from my friends who tried this before.
2327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when bitcoin becomes stable? on: November 15, 2018, 11:49:59 PM
I don't agree, there's no significant rise only but when it comes to drop, there is — very huge IMO. I guess this happens because people are now losing interest in btc and thing is I'm really afraid of. I just really hope that I'm wrong.

For now, new ATH is a little bit impossible for us. What a bad way to end this 2018 Sad.
2328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If an ICO team is anonymous, is it a scam? on: November 15, 2018, 02:03:16 AM
The above reason sounds too good to be true Grin so do not believe in that. The moment when they reasoned out why they refuse to tell their identities in the public already looks shady for me. Why it seems a big deal for them for them to pill infos about their team if they are a legit project in the first place? They should not be afraid at all unless they have bad intentions from the very start. Honestly, this is the first project I knew with this kind of set up and foe me it is not trustworthy. Avoid it as much as possible, "Prevention is better than cure" fellas Smiley.
2329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Bitcoin Question on: November 15, 2018, 12:33:11 AM
The word on the street is Bitcoin is a dead project.
If you really believe in bitcoin — to its potential and capabilities — then you should not listen to those who don't. They're just mad for two reasons: either they once become a btc investor and hold grudge after losing money or they don't fully understand btc's essence. It would be a good idea to stop wasting your time revolving along that "street" simply because it's toxic.
Will BTC death free all the markets or will BTC take down everything with it.

No one knows unless it happens. But in my opinion, I think the market will survive and eth will replace btc (assuming that it remains on the second place).
How do we get all the norms to demand the supply and get a bull run going again?
That was a tough one too. Even how great we introduce the concept of cryptocurrency and how hard we convince others, chances are big that few will only follow. Most of them are just interested on its huge price, nothing deeper than that. Like what happened before 2017 ends, many invested due to the hype it created but ow that btc is on its downfall again many of them backed out that's why the market seems not improving 'til now.
2330  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is falling !! on: November 14, 2018, 06:43:06 PM
I've witnessed worse than the current situation we have, it doesn't scares me anymore Grin. I know that it sounds overconfident but that's what I really feel. Just being honest.

Of course, I also hate every time btc's price decline. No one wants to see their savings declining too, right? So for that reason, the best thing we can do is to keep holding (or play more with the fluctuations if you're a trader). The concept is so simple, don't be scared and do not spend 'til the right time comes. Stay with this plan and for sure you'll never lose money.
2331  Economy / Economics / Re: Offline stores that accept payments using bitcoins on: November 14, 2018, 01:25:02 PM
Offline shops? I guess you mean real life establishments. If so then for sure there are plenty of stores accepting btc in your are or in your region at least. Just learn to research and get updated with your fellow crypto investors if they found one.

Here in the Philippines, there are resto bar, pastry shop, meat shop etc. accepting crypto as a form of payment. Well, crypto is not on its optimum level yet and currently more active in online applications but I it would become even popular if we support it further Smiley.
2332  Other / Meta / Re: „Self made” Full member thanks to Theymos? Not exactly, but in a sense… on: November 14, 2018, 02:43:06 AM
Before that day I always though that without crypto knowledge at the expert level and perfect knowledge of English getting even one merit is impossible.

Which seems reasonable to conclude that. For me, that was all true. Chances of getting merit are less for those members who belong to the mediocrity what more to those members who don't even know the basics of cryptocurrency. It only means that Knowledge is the greatest basis for ranking.

Congrats, you deserve to be promoted Smiley. Though you are more quite active in your local board, I think it doesn't hinders you at all for getting merit. I look into yout post history and I can say that your above average. Keep up the good work.

<snip>
cryptovigi, You are an inspiration. Do you ever need part-time opportunities? If you see this can I ask for permission to PM you sometime?

<snip>
i know what are you filling now <3  congratulation,  keep it UP !
today i got my first Merit to. and this was so big gift for me and my motivation.

Oops, both of you might also get ignored by Jet Cash Grin. Kidding aside, quoting the whole post is not a good habit. Only quote what your answer will correspond or only what you want to emphasize. Do better next time.
2333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you most interested in learning about? on: November 13, 2018, 10:21:48 PM
I pick "how to make money with bitcoins" and it's not surprising to know that your poll shows that it is on top. That was expected afterall since all of us want to earn money using btc's volatility, right?. I'm pretty sure that majority of us came here in the crypto world with this reason.
Here we have presented a few options to get a better feel for the community here on BitcoinTalk.
I'm a little bit upset with the set of options presented because I wasn't able to pick my real choice. Actually, I want to learn trading and mining.

2336  Economy / Economics / Re: ECONOMIC ANALYSIS/RESEARCH POLL: Cryptocurrency replacing fiat in the future? on: November 04, 2018, 01:38:56 AM
I choose option 3, they will both work in parallel. In my opinion, you don't need to only pick one between crypto and conventional money because they are both beneficial in their own ways. Crypto provides greater security features and cashless transaction while the other one is very simple and easy to use, and widely accepted around the globe. In that case, I don't ser anything bad or disadvantages on either one of them, it only means that having fiat and crypto at the dame time is a win-to-win situation for us.

Actually, I want to choose option 1 from the very beginning but i hesitated after reading the word "will" because I believe that there are still tendencies that mass crypto adoption might not happen.

I think zapo can now write closed to this campaign
I know that he will, let's just wait for the meantime. He is not new in this field anymore so there's nothing too much to worry about. Maybe he's just too busy these days.
2340  Local / Pilipinas / Re: HUWAG MONG SAYANGIN ANG TIME MO NA DI KA MATUTO DITO SA BITCOINTALK ng Bitcoin on: October 13, 2018, 12:50:01 AM
Aim ko rin sana makabili ng gaming laptop like Zephyrus or Predator by next year but since dual purpose itong GPUs (both for mining and gaming) then ito na lang bibilhin ko. Aaralin ko na lang kung paano mag set up, I know na mukhang mahirap pero kakayanin.

Thanks sa tips kabayan Smiley.
