2321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in 2017 again? How do you feel about the price chart today? on: December 02, 2021, 09:59:33 PM
I read an article from cointelegraph that says we have eerie similarities now with 2017. So basing on that, and if the pattern will be the same, the price could hit $300,000, but that's just a prediction though.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-price-dip-matches-october-2017-with-btc-explosion-still-forecast-before-2022

We really don't know what the future holds, if it holds then good for us holders, as many of us will be happy and probably be self made millionaires. But the lessons here is not to be complacent, we still need to prepare for the worst.
The sad part about this current situation is that we had a huge increase during late 2020 and early 2021, and we did not have that in 2016, which means that maybe 2021 was what we had similar to 2017 and not 2022 or 2021 December at least. I am not saying that we can't see 300k, but the increase from 3k to 20k doesn't require the same amount of money that requires us to go from 55k to 300k neither, that 6x increase requires a lot more capital and I am not sure if we have that anymore.

People need to accept the fact that bitcoin may not increase to 100k+ very soon let alone 300k, if we keep wanting for more and more then it would mean that we are going to be upset when that doesn't happen. Obviously it is going to be fine for all of us right now since we have made insane profit in the last 1 year, but eventually people will get bored again when price doesn't give them this much profit for many months even maybe over a year.
When it comes to movements then we could really tell it does have some similarities and there are some differences  which it really be the reason on why

people do really end up on having impressions that it might or might not be similar into those 2017 days or year on regarding the probabilities of market correction.

but if we do look out bigger picture and the level of adoption then we could really tell that we arent really the same into the past.
2322  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin allows tax evaders, Please pay attention.... on: December 02, 2021, 09:11:09 PM
Not only to me but I think it was clear to everyone that since bitcoin will bring the users economic freedom where they can avoid paying tax, the governments will surly try to somehow detect the bitcoiner and the people who earn with bitcoin to get tax from them, the whole point is the governments are based on the tax we pay and they cannot survive without of the taxes. Imagine you become a millionaire from bitcoin and you try to buy a luxury house and car, this can be obvious for any government to track you can make you pay the tax over the money you spend.
Its actually one of the cons i would say on governments perspective and thats why they do really tend to crack up into those crypto users and since it cant

be possible then this is where they do focused on regulating platforms which is attached to crypto and we know that people cant make out fiat
conversions or buys if they wont tend to comply on whats been asked.

Tax evasion is one of the most common problem and the thing on why government do hate up crypto as a whole.
2323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata December 29 on: December 02, 2021, 07:53:33 PM
Currently, the poll in this thread has favored GGG to 23 votes and zero votes for Murata. Indeed, GGG is really the crowd favorite wherever I read about this match.
According to their record GGG has the experience and knockout advantage compared to Murata. GGG's record is 41-1 (36 KOs) while Murata's record is 16-2 (13 KOs). Both their KO rate have frankly small gaps, 88% and 81% respectively. So that leaves GGG to have the upper hand in this fight but he will have to endure and overcome the challenge of fighting the opponent in his own country where Murata is viewed as hero and a gold medalist in boxing during the olympics.
Feel sorry for those who had high hopes for Murata to win because this wont gonna happen even though he viewed as a Hero and  gold medalist but wont really be that enough to beat out GGG and its no surprise that users on this forum had the same impression too and if you do talk about experience
then  its a huge gap and even KO percentage is almost the same but those numbers wont really able to be justified out but GGG shouldnt really
be that confident because we know that there is some sort of lucky punch that we do know.
The users in this forum is I think 70% to 80% bettors to sport like basketball, boxing or even MMA. That's why it's easy now to spot who has the upper hand in-terms of skills and experience. It's not new anymore that GGG is the favorite because he already proved his skills to the fans across the globe that he's the bigdeal whoever he fights and wherever it's going to take place. 88% KO rate is so high to put the Japanese fighter to his knees or even knockout cold if it catches 1 lucky punch from GGG.
When it comes to sports fans then this forum does have lots of variety or type into those people who do love not only basketball, mma or boxing but also with football and other sports as well which it isnt surprising.

Of course we could able point out on who would be the one will really be on advantage or even just seeing with those stats alone then you could
really tell on who could really win without any doubt.

You could able to compare it and there are times which we do various situations which we can see it that it would be a tough fight for someone.
2324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance and Coinbase on: December 02, 2021, 06:54:18 PM
such kind of websites are exist. Just need to search out whenever you need. I've an accounts on both exchanges. But i mostly use binance cause it offers trade with large pair of altcoins and doesn’t have any restrictions & limitations like coinbase! coinbase still has lots of things to develop. Coinbase has limitations with few altcoins for trade but trade is still not available in most of the Countries.
Verification is now a limitation. Now you need to go through verification in order to gain access to trading. Therefore, Binance also has its cons.

And we do really believe that they had only lost 3% of their users?
Cryptocurrency exchange Binance lost 3 percent of its customers due to mandatory KYC requirements
For sure there is more but wont be surprised if the community do trust up much Binance despite of such changes.

I dont have any problems or issues on both platforms because in with experience then i dont have any hardship or unfortunate situations
that i do able to get along the way.
2325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For those holding BTC for the long haul, do you earn interest on your stash? on: December 01, 2021, 11:48:22 PM
I have been reading up on some interest accounts out there for BTC and Altcoins and the yields are really good especially when benchmarked against fdic insured fiat.

What’s your take on this? Is this a good or bad idea?
Not a bad idea but I don't choose to get with those interest rates for holding bitcoin. I'm good as I'm the one holding it and not any platform that would take more than the interest that they'll give to me. I feel secured and better if it's on my wallet and I'm the one who has the private keys on it. The growth in value of bitcoin is already good to me, so whenever the price goes up, that's the already the reward for me and for the others too.
Majority would really be having the same mindset when it comes to this interest or staking on where it is much better if they do held off their coins on their own wallet rather than entrusting those coins on a platform just for you to earn small interest.

I feel secured too when you do know that you do possess the private keys of that wallet on where your coins been stored. You could sleep confidently
without worrying on something like that.

Basing with the risk is something depending on someones preference so its up all to you.
2326  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetJA.com | The highest Payout among all major Bookmakers + Free BTC on: December 01, 2021, 10:50:16 PM
BetJa still underrated. They sort issues out quick and pay prompt. I can't fault them.

--
Dont have any experience on playing on this site but so far reading up with those sentiments or feedbacks then it turns out that they are doing pretty well.

I wont still say this is underrated just because they do pay up on prompt and something on other factors too should be considered before making
such claims on being underrated.

If they are then they should consider on making out some marketing on this forum for some exposure and spreading awareness
that they do exist.
2327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is New Bounties are not paying Good Rewards? Real Or Trusted on: December 01, 2021, 09:25:10 PM
What research did you do exactly that gave you the impression that most bounties are not paying?
You see, the problem with hunters like you is that one's you join btc paying campaign you feel you know it all, like you have a secure payment source,
Let me give you a little something to think about, sovryn campaign gave me $2,500,  Dia 5k, then there is ltx, ach, and so on depending on when you sell, if you are not aware of what is happening with alts campaign (since you don't participate) don't comment ignorantly,
And not all of these bounties request kyc, besides I don't see the participants complaining so I don't see why you should worry on their behalf.
You seemed to be triggered with something I guess, smh.

Just like I said, "most bounty, not all bounty". Read that again.

What research did you do exactly that gave you the impression that most bounties are not paying?
This? I just meant about this and you talked a lot like you know every single users here who has signature camps.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5264387.0

Afaik, most bounties in the past aren't really giving a good rewards and some of them just want your identity and that's all. After that they're gone and I don't mind them at all since after I learned my experiences from them, they aren't worthy to try anymore. Only chosen bounties are giving a good rewards especially if the one who handles it is a reputable members here.
Gone are the days on which bounties are really worth  the time and effort on which they do really end up on paying well and those tokens becomes valuable but now i dont see for it to be worth at least for our time and effort given.

So if you do decide to deal with bounties then you should know the risk at least or be aware neither you would end up on having no pay
or would get out some considerable amount of rewards.

There are still some good projects but finding one would be the toughest part.
2328  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you manage Bitcoin price now on: December 01, 2021, 08:00:14 PM
As long as you are investing the amount that you can afford to lose then i see no problem with that because at least you can leave the funds for long time and wait for recovery and profiting .
and besides this is normal when the price increase there is a tailing of bearish as others will take their profit out and that is called correction.
Unfortunately I have seen so many people who invested money that they didn't even own in crypto. I read somewhere that some guy used all of his company's payroll to get into crypto hoping that he could make so much more, even 10-20% profit on that and cashing back would mean yearly salary for him and instead he lost it all.

I do not know how people "lose it all" in crypto, aside from leverage trading and big margins which is something you should probably not even consider when you are risking someone else's money. Dude lost his job and went to jail for doing that of course. All in all crypto is a very risky thing if you are not investing with the money you can afford to lose.
Diversification is the key!

Risk taking level is totally different on each person and not all would really be able to take grasp into something which is more riskier and some do tend or plan to play safe or less risky towards their investment.

When making such action specially on some pullbacks or corrections then this is something a very common one which is to buy but this
action is something the hardest thing to be done.

Why? We are still afraid that the price might shoot down even further.
2329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto's Wealth on: December 01, 2021, 07:04:57 PM
one thing that i dont understand!
where is his all 1mil coins? is there anybody who saw his wallet balance? i know its a cold storage
how people say hes holding 1mil coin??
You would really be having some nice good read on this link in regards to this
https://decrypt.co/34810/how-many-bitcoin-does-its-inventor-satoshi-nakamoto-still-own

When it comes to wealth then nothing beats out the creator itself yet its still not precise about those numbers he do own specially on those bitcoin test phase time of itself which means we dont know on how much he had mined that time but people were speculating about a million
which we know if its accurate or just presumptions.
2330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Macau Casino's shares falls against illegal gambling arrest. on: November 30, 2021, 11:36:03 PM
Isn't gambling operations are usually used To launder money? So do syndicates probably want to get their money clean, and they will likely find another way to clean it. Maybe they are going to utilize the crypto currency's now or is They are already doing so.

They could probably recover the losses that they have on their shares quite fast with all the people that are gambling in their operations.
A never ending finding ways on cleaning up their money and we know that this isnt only talking about gambling when it comes to those money launderers on tending to do such intention. There are various ways on how they would do it.

Once a certain method or ways had been bust up then they would just find another one.So its always be a cat and mouse chase which would
really be a never ending one.
2331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does someone use trading bots? on: November 30, 2021, 09:41:02 PM
Don't rely too much on trading robots when trading because trading bots are just a trader's tool

if you are a novice trader and just trying trading bots then you will find it difficult to make money unless you buy expensive full trading bots

try to learn first trading with small capital, if trading suits you then you can try using a trading bot

Seems like OP hasn't try the effects of book order on centralized exchanges, that's when you know the power of bots manipulation in trading. I'm not an expert but i know very well how trading bots behaves with technical trends charts.
Like kucoin exchange for examples, the design bots will appear plenty of buy order once they noticed that a a resistance has been tested but will disappear as soon as it be broken by high pressure sell order. If your Bots is not well configure and follow those manipulation, you are doom mehn.
If youre not experienced or totally noob then you wont able to to determine the movement of those bots on orderbooks. You could really see and notice

those if you do already have some experienced eyes or lets say you do already have the knowledge on trading.Of course there are lots who had been using up bots into their trades.

This is a tool for automation which its understandable that its useful on common aspect.
2332  Economy / Economics / Re: New COVID strain may affect crypto valuation on: November 30, 2021, 08:05:28 PM
Covid did hit the crypto industry but not that bad and when things were so serious, crypto fell down and took some rest, again brought up by institutionalists. Today, the situation is limited to some countries due to enough awareness available but I would ask those stupid people who don't wear masks and get out, please stop doing that because you are not just risking your own life but others' too, stay home and pay with crypto.
We dont even able to point out precisely that it was the main reason because the market could dip or drop like that without any events happening around

basing in real experience or situation in the market and we know that this market could move out without any relevant reasons thats why its really hard

to tell whether it could mainly affect for this new strand or variant of covid or not yet not all news would really be that relevant.
2333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to avoid all scams? on: November 30, 2021, 06:35:05 PM
Do you think it is possible to completely get rid of scams?

Hello everybody. I think everyone who has ever been involved in cryptocurrency investments is interested in the question of how to protect themselves from scams and loss of money. Recently I learned about the CheckDot project, which creates a platform with which it will be possible to get an assessment of any project in the blockchain world. In theory, this way you can get rid of a lot of scams, but does it help?

What do you think, is it possible to somehow get rid of scams among crypto projects?

Yes, it is possible if you can control your greed. Someone once said if someone's offer is too good for you then you should be suspicious. No one wants to distribute so much free money in crypto. Just do not be greedy, do enough research before throwing your money into something and always follow the trusted and verified social media account of a project.
Greed is actually the main reason and also if you do lack of knowledge and skills or experience on which are the main reasons on why you do get scammed

but if you are really that aware or sensible on your actions then you would really be finding this to be easy to avoid but there are people who are really that

easy to be fooled just because they are aiming on becoming rich on a short time possible which is one of the reasons on why people do end up something like this.
2334  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: November 29, 2021, 11:51:46 PM
I would say that staking RLB would be a great situation if you are already a gambler here and want to gamble more and you want to get something back. However if you are not risking too much here, or if you are not even here and only consider it based on this? Then I would say it is not really a great idea to start.

Just let the people who wager a lot of money already end up wagering, that would be a lot better for everyone involved. What we should possibly look out for here is that sometimes people get lucky, luckier than usual and that means you could wager only a bit and could get luckier than usual and then regamble with that money to get ahead of everyone else, without risking your own money.
Wouldnt really a bad idea to consider on putting atleast on something you do know that it could really give out some potential interest or profits when things turns out to be good.

You are already playing out gambling which do spending out money and having some side promotions like this would really be at least a good
earning opportunity too.

This is actually a good promotion in all angles ive been seeing.
2335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Take stock or hodl ? on: November 29, 2021, 10:36:27 PM
Option #1 is good, if you actually manage to time the markets well. In which, a huge majority of people simply cant. Most people are better off just holding. A lot of people could have more bitcoin right now if they simply just held, and not try to sell the top and buy the bottom.

I totally agree.

The more bitcoin and ethereum you own, the more profits you could make in the next all time high, wait for the dip and buy the dip again. But of course it is important to always do some technical analysis before entering a trade to maximize the profits you could make. On the other side, holding is still a good idea but it only applies to bigger coins since some Altcoins can't pump again that big after the dump.
While buying the dip is a great strategy and one that it looks easy in theory in fact it is a very difficult strategy to implement and the reason is because your emotions will be a huge obstacle when the time comes to try to make that strategy work, after all due to the volatility of the market it is not odd to see a huge correction or even a crash coming out of nowhere and even if you know intellectually that this is the time to buy more bitcoin, it is difficult to overcome the panic that you are feeling when you watch such a crash, and it is why most people fail to implement the strategy even if they know they can get great profits with tit.
Easy to say but when you are on the actual situation then it is really a very crucial or hard situation for you to make a move because you wouldnt know if the price would go down even more further or would really be having some recovery next thats why its really hard to make out some decision on times like these.

Its up to someones decision whether they do hold or would consider on buying because we do have different criteria and preference when we do make such action.

When you arent sure on what to do then this is where we do make out some options.
2336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you consider living on crypto? on: November 29, 2021, 09:31:25 PM
I'm not ready to live in the crypto world because in my country I can't transact using crypto. I'm looking for coins and I'm converting them to fiat. If I don't convert to fiat, I can't use the coins to shop at the market or to the mole. I mean, crypto transactions are not legalized in my country.
crypto is still not fully used for real life. only el salvador uses bitcoin as a legal tender, while other countries are still limited to commodity regulations. Fiat still comes first. crypto transactions are still not fully legalized. There are many considerations to consider before fully adopting Bitcoin.
As I heard, not the only country of El Salvador doing legalizing bitcoin as a legal tender, there are also a few countries that I have heard do the same on El Salvador. I think people consider this bitcoin just because it has a multi-purpose, it can be a payments system and it could be a storing the value which is you can gain profit after a long time of holding.
They are just on neutral phase because if you do try to compare it on what happened on  El Salvador or the level of adoption and acceptance then it is way too far off but its actually still good to see several countries does have positive impressions towards Bitcoin or crypto as a whole.

Would really be good to look at when adoption is on that positive impression on which as a citizen and living on a country which the government doesnt
really restrict out or something like that which would really be giving out that convenience for those people who do get involved with crypto.
2337  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Advanced Dice Game 🎲 Sportsbook 🏟️ Slots 🎰 on: November 29, 2021, 08:24:56 PM
Problems happen with every single casino, the miscommunication of complainer thinking he was getting mad at was wrong and that's fine, sometimes people do not understand each other that well so it is not really a problem. About the complaint part is that, sometimes even wolf.bet or there are other great places as well like wolf (which I won't name here) all have some problems, it happens and it is normal and we should not be shocked about it neither.

I believe that we should be basically just accepting the fact that "problems" happen all the time. The real difference is that, these great places handle it for you, you message them and they check and if they see a problem that was caused by them then they fix it for you and you continue to gamble.

In this case, the problem was partially solved by accepting BEP20 tokens, the transaction fees of which are much lower than, for example, in the Ethereum network. However, this does not change the fact that the withdrawal fees at WOLF.BET are far too high compared to other casinos.
Not that high compared to Stake which they had that fixed specially on Bitcoin withdrawal fees which is really too high and so as with other coins as well
and since Dinabot had been removed on then you wouldnt really have any choice.

Ive been Pm'ming about on this regard but what they had answered back? The support told that they cant do something about it.Lol

This is why i do hate up whenever i do encounter static fees and not dynamic ones which could really be a big hindrance for you
to make out some withdrawal.
2338  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that Mt Gox funds are going to get released? on: November 29, 2021, 07:20:55 PM
According to some news website, MtGox settlement may happen in the Q1/Q2 of 2022 so we can't expect a selling pressure this year also they are unsure if the payments will be in btc or in fiat currency. People involve in the settlement process for sure may profit from this and the worst if they decide to liquidate it and pay investors in fiat money.

https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/currencies/mt-gox-bitcoin-settlement-payouts-9-billion-dollars-early-2022-2021-11

If payments to MtGox users are made simultaneously and in btc, it will inevitably bring down the market. Often enough news is enough to influence the market, let alone the event itself.

This event could easily serve as the start of a premature bearish trend. Nobody would want this now, but we are also powerless to influence it in any way. It remains only to wait and watch the development of events.

MtGox story is a serious headache for the crypto community that everyone would like to get rid of forever.
Serious headache for those who do have funds into it on which this had been a long time running issue whether these people have really some high hopes on retrieving their coins back or not.

Cant really be denied on which this had been a very long long debate and process and waiting for those who do have money on this one.

Lots of trials and arguments and decisions to be waited up but if this one ends up on giving out those funds back even for a portion
then its inevitably to happen on that possible decline.
2339  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitage trading on: November 26, 2021, 08:36:14 PM
I think that few people still take the risk of  Arbitage and if they do, I believe they do  Arbitage  using some bot, in the past I tried to do  Arbitage  but the exchanges transaction fees were too high and for that reason I gave up. I wonder:

how many people in this thread are still doing  Arbitage and if do arbitage still have a profit?
You shouldnt mind for that question to be answered yet most likely they wont really able to see this thread in regarding whether they do really make some

arbitrage trading but for sure there are still traders who do make use of this kind of trading which could neither be profitable or not depending on different circumstances which is neither worth a try or not.

Fees is one of the most crucial on making these kind of trades yet you wouldnt know if it would be somewhat worth or would totally just break even
or you do patch up instead. So its up to your choice.
2340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best payment option in Binance? on: November 25, 2021, 11:40:44 PM
Hi,
It is time to withdraw some money from my Binance account.
I have to pay for a service some guy so he gave me an USDT wallet address.

What's the best method?
Withdaw to that USDT wallet address?
Via P2P in Binance?
Via Binance Pay?

Thank you
Via P2P.. You wouldnt really need to pay up some fees but of course you would be needing to transfer those USDT on Funding wallet and you could sent
out but it would really be needing some Binance account too but if you are sending it to non BInance USDT address then you would need to withdraw it directly and why wont mind that much yet fees is just too small for you to mind off.
